The owner of this garage, Steve Stylianou, is racist and extremely RUDE. From my first encounter with him when I visited the garage on Wed Jan 15, he was most unwelcoming. Today, Jan 17 when I took the car for inspection after prior booking, his true character became apparent. While waiting to be attended to, I stood up to swing my arms to keep warm. Strangely, he was angered by this action and my presence while my car was being diagnosed by his technicians and resorted to an emotional outburst demanding that I should leave the garage and come back later to find out the outcome of the diagnosis. Based on my prior encounter, it dawned on me that I wasn't welcomed as a customer. I have NEVER encountered such a rude individual in my entire life at over 60 years! Ridge is a NO-GO garage for the people of colour!! BE WARNED.

I was worried about my clutch so gave Ridge Garage a call and spoke to Steve on the phone. He advised to pop in a not long after. Two guys (sorry I didn't catch your names) checked the car over immediately, were very reassuring in that there wasn't a problem and sent me on my way, explaining that it might've been slower to come up because of the cold. Couldn't have been nicer. Would recommend to anyone - and will be back when my service and MOT is due in April. Thanks so much!

They did an amazing job on my bmw x3 fixed the problem,, that kwik fit and another garage could not seem to do ASAP for a great price!. When I got my car back, I later realised they had added new screws and fixed my air pump on properly which they did not need to do.. I have returned for minor things but will be shore to always use this fair and professional garage. Thank you to everyone who wrote a good review this is what made me visit the garage.

These good people are very highly recommended – best proof is that I have used them for around 20 years, with four or five different cars, none of them particularly new. They have always been very obliging, efficient and intelligent (in the sense that they recognise any real problems immediately, and unlike some of the big chains do not go hunting for spurious faults for which to charge the ignorant driver). Enough said.

The customer service standards of Ridge Garage have plummeted through the floor in recent months. After a decades-long relationship with several members of my family the change in recent months has been dramatic and I'm not sure why. It seems that some key members of staff are no longer working there but the new management seem to be keeping very tight-lipped. My family is very sad about these changes. Such a pity

Ridge Garage is absolutely brilliant - always ready to help, always very clear about what needs to be done and why, amazingly quick and good value compared to the big-brand garages. I've had all my cars serviced and MOT'd by Ridge for more than 20 years and I'd never go anywhere else. (Steve, if you're checking online reviews as you seem to, you'll have me on your system under a different name!)

Really put me off having a car.... nearly could have killed someone or even myself... Well no further comments In the end No harm done other than to my bank account and once again in the faith I put in people to do the right thing in the 1st place....

Steve and his team are polite, helpful and only do the work requested always showing you the worn parts and explaining the condition of the car. He has been servicing my cats for 15 years and zI would not go anywhere else.

Had my car serviced recently and was disappointed with there level of service. They were quick to over charge me and I would only recommend you go there if you are extremely desperate. Very unsatisfied customer.

This is something I should have done years ago. Steve and the guys at Ridge Garage have never let me down. They are friendly and they know all there is to know about cars. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

I went to this garage 2 weeks ago and the service was first class. The owner son was in charge and he stop doing some work just to quick sort out a problem. Very frindly and humble. 10 out of 10.
