Started out good but began going downhill gradually from the options to the service but tried to make it work I recall asking multiple times throughout the process for the numbers so I wouldn’t be wasting time I was repeatedly told give it a min the internet went out after being there for 4 hours so was told to come back next day even ask about numbers again because if it was already pulled up and ready u seen them so you know what they were before the internet went out but no next day come the numbers are brought out and not in my price range I respectfully declined but was then told hold on jus let me work the numbers but then went to tell me how to manage my money to make an payment I declined respectfully numerous of time but wouldn’t stop I actually walked out he followed me out with frustration still trying to sell me the car and then said I needed to come back in and say no to the banks THIS IS SERIOUS BUSINESS YOU DONT JUST WALK OUT I reluctantly went back in to hear him talking wit his people how I don’t understand how it works I go to the restroom and come back out he’s now standing there with his manager still trying to get me in a car I can’t afford and then said we’ll what can u do after I had told him my budget and what they had on the lot wasn’t going to get me in anything I wanted I then say im getting overwhelmed & anxiety is kicking in I just want to leave for a response to be “no reason to be anxious” but to look around & all eyes are on me. As a customer if I wasn’t approved I would’ve had to accept that No and move on They should learn that as well because if he would’ve accepted the No & understood his did his part sometimes it just dont work out I wouldn’t have any complaints but the behavior displayed after I declined was not cool as a woman I don’t appreciate how I was handled I felt ganged up on in the end

OIL CHANGE COUPONS NOT HONORED BY McKinney Services 4451 Lafayette Blvd. McKinney's aka NAPA AUTOCARE is rejecting customers who pay for oil changes with courtesy coupons from RIGHTWAY. My husband normally takes my car to get it serviced at McKinney but he was not able to do it so I went to have the scheduled oil change. I gave the lady my car keys and the coupon, only to be told 5mins later that I needed an additional coupon. So I called husband to bring another coupon and he tells me he provided only one coupon before. I then explained to her my husband is on his way with the coupon. She so rudely said she will not service the car without it. Surprised as to why this lady could be so mean and unreasonable to not service the car until to coupon arrives. I told her it was a simple mistake and most females(such as myself) know little about cars and it would go a long way if they provided this information in their policy or at least have it posted in the lobby. She took this suggestion as an insult, then blamed it on RightWay, stating,"You should call them about it!" And worse, she then told me she don't feel comfortable servicing the vehicle and gave my keys back...Unreal!! I called RightWay after this rude gesture trying to sort this out. I was told by RIGHT WAY, that they don't have to service my vehicle. What!!! I was totally disturbed by this whole experience..why provide a courtesy that can't be provided. Please note, McKinneys is known for providing substandard service to customers who provide these coupons as payment of service. I will be contacting the BBB to file complaints on both companies for not providing a service through mutual agreement. This is common practice trust me...but I can always report unsatisfactory.

I'm glad that others experience was good for them. However, my experience was not so great they took advantage of my need for a vehicle for work in my desperation/need I drove off the lot with a check engine light on that they said they would fix and contact me with the shop information. Fast forward to 2 almost 3 weeks no call I called them they had no shop information for me at that time 2 days later I call them back and they give me a shop. I take the car in shop gives me the estimate the engine needs replacing they less than 30 days in they put it on my warranty company which is not paying it all I tell them that so they move it without telling me, I call them to find out shop information I'm told that they moved because the shop they had me take it to is too proud of there work...lol Fast forward 3-4 months later finally finished I'm told I need to pay a deductible, I tell them dealership said they would take care of it they refused said I would be paying it. It's not about the money it's the principal they said they would take of check engine light and they didn't the warranty company paid for the repairs and that's fine they should have paid the deductible because that's a part of taking care of the check engine light. I didn't feel at all they lived up to their end of the agreement, and even more so I should not have drove off the lot.

Will never get another car from them they ran me in circles for months when it came to fixing my car a week after having my car the transmission went out on it they sent it to services which is a joke and they know it but will keep sending their cars to them and only excuses they kept telling us is they are a third party that was hired. Our car gets out of service after sitting for 2 1/2 months on there lot which they lied to us and told us they was sending it to Ford which we knew was a lie because we opened the hood and the transmission was still sitting in it just to find out today they never sent it over because Ford said that it was on a recall and they would have fix the problem with no charge don't even bother to call if u have a problem with your vehicle cause they will definitely act like they are not there I had to pull up plenty of time to find out they where lying .... Leon and Chris both are full of it and they know it they both would keep lying to you save your money and your time and go somewhere else. And Leon has no problem telling u they doing u a favor by fixing on your car which was suppose to be fixed before coming out of service from what Chris told us when they sent it back to service....thank God I contacted Ford myself

They’re liars and scammers. They’ll make you write a good review when they “surprise “ you with your new car but it’s all part of their way to have ppl write good reviews about them. Please read the entire contract before you sign because they’ll make it seem like you’re getting a great deal when they know it’s not. Always check the value of the car you’re wanting to get on kbb or carfax to see the actual car value. When you’re car has problems a month later they’re all of a sudden not responsible or warranty doesn’t cover it but theyll tell you a different story when you’re buying. Y’all just watch out and read the contract thoroughly and ask questions and make sure you document what they’re telling you so you have proof. They sold me a 2016 sedan that is worth $5,620 according to carfax and kbb which they sold it me for $19,585.87 I called the maker company of the vehicle and they told me that I got scam big time. So the real question is where is the difference in the money going? They’re using us so they can continue to grow they’re empire. Please y’all do not go here. Go to Cargurus or a carfax to get you a decent car for a good price.

These people hit my credit over 11 times AFTER I was told they were going to do it once. Then I was told I had over 500 cars to choose from including the cars sitting on the front row just to be denied every time I said what I wanted. I was first brought a older Tiguan that had body damage with moderately high mileage, then I watched them jumpstart a suburban that they initially said they didn't have. Ultimately, the third and finally car brought around was a little Toyota corolla. I didn't want to get locked into those expensive payments for that type of vehicle. I was not happy at all with what I was offered. So not only did I waste my time, but also my credit my dropped by tis visit. I ultimately was able to find a way better deal somewhere else. I am happy I did not let them pressure me into making a bad financial deal. Its crazy that everyone that was encouraging me to go there ended up with their cars being repo by them. Based off of my experience, you are better off going to Oak motors.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE THEY ARE A JOKE!!! THE WARRANTY COMPANY THEY USE ARE SCAMMERS!! AND THE DEALERSHIP IS NO HELP AT ALL WHEN I CALLED AND EXPLAINED THE SITUATION THE MANAGER SAID “IDK WHAT YOU WANT ME TO DO ABOUT IT” THEY DONT CARE THEY SELL LEMONS. Omg I came it 10 mins before closing! My car broke down on me this morning. Went to oak motors and got turned down. So I went around the corner to Right Way Auto’s. Michelle at Right Way Auto was the best help I had!!! I had my three kids with me running around like crazy!!! And she was very patient and helpful ( lol y’all know how out babies be!!). IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS, I WOULD! This is by far the worst services i have had.... We got a car from them 3 months ago and realized we couldnt afford the payments(yes i know our fault). They go through a bank called Ally.. The bank calls everyday wanting money even though we have done a voluntary turn in every time they call and yet 2 months later, the car is still sitting there. first they say we owe money on it and they cant come get it until its paid even though its there fault for not coming to get the car when i asked them too. Now they say they cant get ahold of the car lot for the title. they been saying 2 months now that they dont have our title on file. They are wrong, i went to there website and downloaded the exact title to my car. THIS PLACE ALONG WITH ALLY INSURANCE IS FISHY.

Those guys r unprofessional, 2 months ago I was trying to buy a new car for at least $10000 cash. They literally said they do not believe me and asked me to show proof that I have the money, and show them my bank account that I have the money which is absolutely unacceptable in their part as a professional businessman, I did anyway. I told them the kind of car I wanted, they brought me a nice car, I drove it a little bit, I told them I like it, then after a few minutes they told me they make a mistake that the car is $18000, and brought me another car to tried. It was hilarious because I think that 2nd car was the worst car they got and look like a $5000 car.

If I could give zero stars I would. The sells associate Alex told me everything under the sun to sell me a bad vehicle. He took advantage of the fact that I am unfamiliar with the mechanics on a vehicle, and told me false information about the engine light being on. Six days after purchasing the vehicle the vehicle abruptly begin to shake and the engine light began to blink. Alex was extremely passive aggressive with handling the situation and I was told the vehicle needs a new engine. After putting a large amount down for the payments I had to go without a vehicle inconveniencing myself in my family.

Unprofessional. Problematic at best. An will over charge to the extent of 4-5 grand more then vehicles worth. Lied about blue book pricing to get the deal they want. Taken care of back multiple times to be fixed and is never fixed. Or if it is a new problem occurs. Was told that an emergency break isn’t supposed to stop the car but slow it down when I let them know I almost got in a wreck an pulled it an it didn’t do anything. Then was told I’m more then welcome to go elsewhere. Very unprofessional very grimy and would not recommend to anyone after the amount of drama I’ve went through.

The guy was super nice and helpful. I got my car today and so far it is 100%. The only thing I didn't like was when he came and talked to me about how much my payments would be he told me they would be $⭐30.00 a month no not $30 but I am not putting the first number. Anyways when he brought me everything to sign after I said ok. We are going over it and when I got to the payment page it said my payment would be $50 more a month then we agreed on. He told me there was nothing he could do and that's what I would have to pay. I agreed because I needed a car but I thought that was wrong.

They made me sign a bunch of papers before showing me any cars available within my price range after I told them what I can afford. He showed me a car 8000 dollars above what I could afford. When I asked him the price of the car he refused to answer and when he was forced told the price. They play foul with customers. Thats not how you do business!!! Don’t sign anything before checking cars you’re interested in. No transparency whatsoever. I was frustrated to spend more than 5 hours to be told they don’t have a car in the prize range I want.

Came here not expecting to be approved for a ride per my situation I had already been turned down several time....but when I enter the build I was greeted by Michael Clifton He was polite professional and eager to help me. He and his colleagues worked hard to get me approved. He was confident from start to end that he could help me which was refreshing I left with a better SUV then I ever expected to get.
