I was with Rinse for over 6 months. and besides the glass in my sheets and multiple missing items. Sheets,pillow cases, socks, towels, expensive clothes. Wool hiking socks that were $26 a piece. I'm finally done with rinse!!! they don't care about you as a customer. They don't care about your things. Being missing and their customer service is abysmal as their service. . shame on you rinse. I was a good customer. I have 2 bags left but I guess you won't make that right either. I won't put myself in danger any longer from receiving glass in my items, which I documented to your company only to be told too bad. So sad nobody else has complained about this. as if you would have told me if they did. And the last customer service person I spoke to need some retraining because she's obtuse and combative, doesn't mind putting the Burden on the customer. I provided documentation of what I paid for my items. I don't need to send you a link. I sent a screenshot. I'm not your secretary. And beware of all, the extra fees that they put on your account after you've paid them $5 service fee every time you have your bags picked up. This is a bad practice and they know it and they do it anyway, just to nickel and dime you to death

I used Rinse for the first time this week, and the pickup was great. My valet showed up with a Rinse bag and I transferred my dirty laundry into it. The next day, I completely forgot that I was supposed to be getting my delivery and wasn't home and I was sad that I wouldn't have my clean clothes. But it turns out my valet was able to come to my apartment door and hand my delivery to my roommates, so everything worked out great! I've never had wash and fold done before, but I was really impressed by the quality of the folding, it's kind of nuts how well they folded it. The clothes smell great as well, somehow seems cleaner than when I do laundry myself. Overall, a great experience! Disclaimer: I work at Rinse as a software engineer.

Overwhelmed with work these days, the laundry has been piling up. I have a W/D... but not enough time to devote to several hours for a single load. Laundry wash sitting, forgotten in my washer for dayssss.... RINSE has been a lifesaver. I'm on my 3rd bag and cannot praise this company enough. Super responsive to questions, the app is easy to use, and the attendants I've met are awesome and friendly. If you need a little kickstart to get though a laundry mountain - give them a try. My clothes are returned folded 10x neater than I ever could, smelling fresh (or like nothing if you want fragrance free) and organized into packs that make sense for my drawers.

This is a very poor wash and fold service. I have used many over the years and this operation clearly use the highest heat settings and fastest wash because they have ruined multiple t shirts of mine that have been fine in a normal washer for years. The folding is done poorly and the bottom of almost all the shirts I've had washed there curl up. On top of all this they have cancelled my membership with bags remaining and have not refunded me. WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS!

At first I thought it was a wonderful thing save time and money I thought lol. Joke was on me because I was informed that my first wash would be free and I have $100 credit. I asked if rinse washes cotton dog beds and I was told yes. However upon receiving my clothes I was happy at first but I noticed I was missing items. To make matters worse my partner had two different transactions from rinse and we have only used rinse services once’s. We shouldn’t have used rinse.

I would highly recommend Rinse to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable place to do their laundry. What really stood out to me, was the quality of the wash and dry. My clothes came out looking and smelling fresh and clean, with no damage or shrinkage. Plus, the prices were reasonable and competitive with other laundromats in the area. I will definitely be using this service again in the future.

I've been using Rinse for at least 5 years now. Probably not the cheapest option, but they actually pay their employees a fair wage, and I have clean clothing now on a regular basis. Plus the founders sent me a handwritten thank you card the very first time I used the service. Five stars, would absolutely recommend.

Rinse is so easy to use. Super convenient, especially for bulkier items like comforters that are such a hassle to lug around. I also used them for stain removal on a few items and they all came back looking great. Have also asked for repairs in torn seams and buttons. Great customer care overall.

The pick up and drop off service are wonderful. They ask me if they should pick up and it’s very easy and flexible for me to adjust time or day at any point. The deliveries are always in the window stated. The cost is maybe a little higher than bringing it in myself but the convenience is king.

It was our first night in SF and we had a bag of dirty laundry and no where near us was a good enough area to just use the laundry mats. So our hotel concierge told us about rinse ! It was so affordable, great communication, quick and easy pick up, drop offs. Awesome 5 stars.

Great service that has made life significantly easier. They show up any night I need them. I don't even need to be there as long as I leave my laundry out and their drivers, which they call Valets, just pick it up and get it back to me the next day nicely cleaned and folded.

Started using Rinse when I had to have rotator cuff surgery and was unable to fold laundry one armed that was 5 years ago still using because they spoiled me love just sending dirty close off and they come back clean and folded ready to just go into the dressers.

So easy! Dry cleaning (& a bag of clothes for donation!!) picked up & delivered from front door. Cleaning is as good as local dry cleaners. Communication via text to give extra info- stains, missing buttons could be a little better but usually works out!

I have used Rinse for many years. My apartment is 46 steps from the street. I am eternally grateful for Rinse which picks up and returns my heavy bag of laundry to my door!!! They are also good at washing my clothes in a timely fashion Susan in SF

Best customer service. After a mistake on their end, they immediately refunded me and also rectified a very time sensitive situation. I was expecting to be ignored when I brought up the issue but was very satisfied with the experience.

Great service with a quick turnaround. The valet persons are on time and friendly. The staff are quick to resolve any issues encountered and the quality is excellent in cleaning and laundry your garments.

They charged me a $12.50 additional fee because my order total was under $30. So it was a total of $50 for wash and fold of a 2.5 lbs bedspread. The fee is in small print and almost invisible. Robbery.

You should be transparent about $30 minimum price for the dry cleaning. I can’t find any such information, at least from the mobile website. It just implies per-item pricing. Would never use this again

Rinse does a fine job with the wash & fold, but beyond that, they’re excellent at communicating about the pick up & delivery service, and the delivery people have been reliable and good natured.

The valets do not follow delivery instructions. My items were left outside my front door...ready for porch pirates. Hope this company has good insurance.
