I felt that calling Rio Grande Travel was a waste of my time. I filled in their form to be contacted, and no one called me. When I called them, they were unable to help me. I wanted to find out what my options were for a tropical resort vacation in three months, find out what the price points were and my options, but they insisted that I already had to have a destination, number of people, and budget. These are exactly the things I needed them to help with. If I already knew where I was going, what it cost, and how many people, why would I need them?

I have dealt with Al Logsdon for over five years now and no one does it better than this gentleman. He was always been so very helpful in attaining information for us whenever we have decided to cruise. Yes, we could save money on booking through Costco travel but the personal customer service we get from Al, beats everyone else. If you want great service, you definitely need to visit Al.

My family has booked several trips with Rio Grand travel agents over the past 25 years. However today when I call to have a travel agent call me or meet me to book a trip to Africa the woman who answered the phone said I should check out the website and needed detailed info before she could get me to an agent. If i had that info then I wouldn't need a travel agents assistance.

RG Travel was my go to place, and then Al passed away. After that, there were a few who were willing to bend over backwards and then one in particular became very rude and never again will I go back. It was obvious that Al was the backbone of this place. Go somewhere else. I can't recommend them any longer.

I went to Rio Grande Travel back in June to inquire about cruises and I spoke to Al and I left making reservation for 2 cruises and the service has been 5 stars, also Al showed ways to save money , been very fortunate to have found Rio Grande Travel. Will recommend them when ever I can.

Wanted to book a cruise for my wedding and wedding party.... the guy was completely vague. He acted like he could careless about my business. Too bad too because we were ready to put money down and book it right then and there. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE

I will never, ever stay or even stop in this City. They encourage burglary, and even the Police won't do their jobs. I used to stop twice a year- never again. The Police Dispatcher actually told me "you can report that on line....."

Never responded to my emails. Very rude when I called. Kept giving me excuses on why they can’t quote me. Kept debunking their excuses and finally just decided to reach out to another agency. Won’t recommend them to anyone I know.

Tim should find a new career. The reason I would call a travel agent is for expertise and he has very little. I'm better off booking it myself. Called again to get someone else and Bev was much more helpful. Ask for Bev!

Booked my trip to Ireland 3 years ago. Karen Risinger was able to book my flights, get all information that I needed, and also took care of my insurance policies for protecting me while overseas.

Called to inquire about a Disneyworld vacation for my family and I & was sent straight to someones voicemail. Needless to say, I'll be calling someone who answers the phone.

Worked with a great agent years ago named Cathy. Recently talked to one of their workers named Margaret and had a horrible experience. Bummed.

Al has always been more than willing to plan our vacations . Wouldn't go anywhere else.lots of kuddos Al keep up the awesome work.
