Dr. Martinez and his tech Veronica assisted him today on doing a cleaning on my teeth. Dr. Martinez pulled all four of my wisdom teeth and also did some fillings for me in the past couple months. Today was to be the last thing they needed to do before me having to just come back for regular cleanings every six months. Today was the first time I got my teeth cleaned and experienced no pain during the process. I'm still in disbelief and now asking myself what all my previous dentists were doing when I went in for cleanings and they process felt more like torture. Previous dental work had traumatized me and scared me away from the dentists which didn't help my teeth but when you find a dentist with such a great staff like this there is no reason or excuse for not taking care of your teeth since it's fast and pain free. I called my sister as soon as I walked out and I convinced her to give him a chance with her dental work since she has had the same previous experience as me. I'm confident they will take care of her and she will also decide to start going to the dentist regularly. Thank you so much Dr. Martinez and your whole staff at Risas Dental including all the different techs that helped you during my dental work. Everyone is great and so friendly.

Where do I even start. I’ve completed my braces treatment with them. I’m obsessed and highly satisfied with my new smile! The staff there is extremely nice! I would name them but there’s so many! Every time I go to Risas for my ortho adjustments, I always cross my fingers hoping that Nikita will be the one assisting me. She’s fast and efficient and doesn’t make me feel bad about my teeth. Ever since Ive had braces, my gums have swelled excessively and I have been self conscious about it. Nikita has been listening to me rant without judgement and without showing annoyance. Today I went in with gum pain and she helped me communicate that to the Doctor. Also, today the front desk scheduled me for an appointment on one of my work days and I asked them for another day but they didn’t have other availability. I told Nikita and she made arrangements so that I would not have to call in to my job. She’s a great manager and I really appreciate her and how she goes above and beyond for her Risas patients. (I really hope she sees this!)

This dental office is amazing! All of the staff their are very friendly and are always willing to help. Yaritza was the staff member who helped me that day and she was very nice and helped answer all of the questions I had. She went above and beyond to make sure my experience at Risas was great. I received a cleaning there by Dr. Martinez he is really great and let’s you know exactly what’s going on with your teeth and provides great advise on how to maintain your dental hygiene. I have recommended them to many friends and family members as well. My dad recently went and said that everyone was very friendly and that he had never had such a great experience at a dental office like he did at Risas. I highly recommend everyone to go to Risas, they are so friendly and ready to help with whatever your needs are.

I'm paying for bad a service, for the second time this year I have to go back to have something fixed in my daughter's braces, and despite it being their mistake they don't give you an appointment, they just tell you: you can come sit down and wait for a place. The first time the steel tie fell off and we had to come back for nothing because the girl told me we don't have an orthodontist today you have to return the day of your appointment, and this was 7 weeks later, being a dental clinic there is no orthodontist? aha and I was born yesterday to believe that nonsense. Overall, I barely went on Monday, I received mediocre treatment and They fixed the steel tie thing but now I have to go back again because the girl forgot to put some elastic tie on my daughter's braces.

Walked in as a new patient this past weekend, and I am very satisfied and glad that I. This Dental Office is very clean very welcoming, friendly understanding, and the prices are very economical. Thank you to Dr. Martinez, who was patient with me took his time to explain to me & made sure I understood exactly what he was saying and did not rush through my consultation or my dental work. I went in for three cavities and a chipped tooth, I’m glad that I ended up at this location along with Juany his assistant that day who is very sweet and kind throughout the whole process. I don’t usually leave reviews but my experience here was outstanding i went it with a horrible tooth pain and last minute the staff was able to take me in instantly. They cared for my well being and treated me like if i was apart of them. Not the mention Dr.Sy who did a amazing job at helping me get rid of the horrible pain i had she took Carr of it instantly and was concerned for my well being let alone her Assistant Juany was such a amazing help i couldn’t thank more for the staff there for taking care of me and showing they cared for my pain. I drive to this office from Austin for my ortho care and it is so worth it. I made this decision because of the reasonable prices. I am so glad I stuck with them - the service and staff are awesome. Veronica, for one, is AMAZING She is patient and so knowledgeable. I trust her and Dr. Arslan with all of my ortho care. I appreciate when Dr. Arslan takes the time to answer questions. Luckily for him, by time he comes around, Veronica has addressed over half of them (today the questions were: why do people use bands? I came to the Labor of Love Event today, 9/4/23. It was my first time coming here. I was treated with kindness by every staff person I had contact with. They even fed us tacos and donuts and provided coffee/water/juice for us. They make sure we were comfortable while we waited to be seen. All of us that were there today got a free dental cleaning, a free simple extraction, or a free filling. On top of those free services, they all thanked US for coming. I was pleasantly surprised because every single staff person was polite and extremely courteous. Dr. Melendez was a jewel. Thank you so much to Risa's Dental for this true Labor of Love.

I am a parent of two teens and one 10 year old. I was in need of an orthodontist for my two teens. My children were long time patients of Smile Structure which they have change their name before, doctors, staff and I wasn't a fan of that. I was on Nextdoor app and asked for a dental office or orthodontist and a patient referred me to Risas. The office off Woodlawn is closer to me. We saw Dr. Sy. She is very detailed and friendly. We were referred to Dr. Arslan for braces, I can't wait for the visit because they have such an affordable plan. The office is very friendly and clean. Thank you Risas for all you do to keep prices affordable!

Genuinely fed up. I wish they told me from the beginning that there is nothing they can do for my expose and bonds. Been with risas almost 3 years and it’s been the same nonsense. Fed up with the nonchalant doctor who neither speaks to me NOR checks behind the assistants NOR listens to my simple questions. Risas has been a waste of my time and money. It’s so sickening. My treatment is nearly paid off and I’m still getting trash service. I keeping getting assistants who are either not familiar with expose and bonds or simply don’t care (because no one checks behind them after the doctor spends 2 seconds giving instructions.)

Great customer service once I walked in, Angela was such a great help on taking down my information and giving me piece of mind and was very kind for offering me a bottle of water. Odalis was awesome on making me feel very comfortable before and during my procedures. Came for Labor Of Love. To get an extraction of a broken/rotted tooth. It's my 1st time coming and upon arrival we were assisted quickly and treated with care. I know I'm making this place my whole families new dentist place. We were given free tacos, OJ, coffee, water, and even had 95.1 radio posing hits. Yaya was here and made everything easier and Risas made it even better. I give this place a 10 out of 10, highly recommended. They work with you on payment plans too. Great place great people great prices. Got my fillings in for a great deal. They really take care of their patients and work with them. I had the great pleasure to be treated by Dr. Nath and her assistants which I only caught the name of one, his name being Angel. I did have one issue with two fillings but was treated quickly at no extra charge.The place is exceptionally clean and very comfortable with a greeting and farewell when coming and going. I’ll be honest, I hadn’t thought to check with Risas before because they seemed high priced, but they’re very affordable! First visit with X-rays was only $10!! And the front girls Angela and Vero were soooo nice. My 7 year old had a great time chatting with them lol. She saw dr. Martinez and the assistant Daniela, and they were both amazing. My daughter is usually scared of dentists, but they made sure she was super comfortable! Will definitely be coming back again, and will refer my family and friends here!

I’ve gone here for nearly a year, and every check up or adjustment for my braces I’m treated wonderfully. The front desk ladies are always very welcoming and assist you immediately. Dr. Arslan has done a great job on my teeth and braces. Just like all of my other appointments, Sandra did excellent and quick work. I was done with an adjustment within 15 minutes! I’ve never felt more comfortable and confident with my smile than I do now. Highly recommend visiting here and getting some work done!

Coming back from my appointment, I felt that Dr. Arslan and DA Jackie were very helpful. Jackie helped me choose a color because I went in indecisive, though she didn't seem to be bothered, in fact she enjoyed being a helping hand. Went to have my teeth cleaned 11/7. Took me in promptly and the assistant Juany was friendly and was very efficient. Dr. Martinez checked my teeth and found an old filling needed to be replaced. He explained exactly what I needed and was able to replace it at that time. I really appreciated not having to return at a later time. I’m so disappointed, I just got my braces today and one already fell and two are loose. Now I have to wait for the orthodontist two weeks to fix them… maybe consider other places if you’re getting your braces.
