I had visited the store for a return. Female lady with a thick west indian accent said " You!! Why are you returning this? In a loud, demeaning tone. I said I would like to speak to a manager if you're not able to assist me. A black female " Shada or sha " ( no name tag of course ) approached me and her first words were " Are you serious?" sarcasm intended. I said " I would like these items to be returned and I believe it is the store policy. Is it not? She immediately said I am not going to help you and I told her I am going to file a complaint and see what they have to say about you belittling me infront of other customers and employees. As I start to walk out, she immediately apologized and took the return. ( as it is policy ) After the return, I asked her if i could speak to her privately ( manager ) and I told her I had a death in my family and I was not able to flyout. Therefore, I am returning these items. Even though, she apologized to me multiple times (afterwards) she had absolutely no right to belittle me or intrude in my personal life ( as my return was within policy). I had called customer service (Devyn) and he agreed my return was within policy and she had no right to even ask why the items were being returned. I already filed a complain so they can teach their employees etiquette and manners 101. I am sharing this experience only so you don't have to go through this yourself as this was my first and last visit to this rite aid.

Sunita in the pharmacy! Rudest person I’ve ever met! I’m a loyal customer. I came out of convenience to pick up my drugs I asked if I can cash a few things extra and she said nothing as though she was mute I had other questions about the medication and she still remained unresponsive I felt discriminated I also asked for assistance to get a bottle of zinc she refused to assist and immediately said I’m sorry I can’t help you we are all busy go look in that isle “over there”. She could have called front end to assist she goes against everything rite aid stands for she’s a troll and does not belong in customer service someone needs to do something!

They never pick up the phones. the new manager "hayoung" is rude on the phone and in person. I asked her where an item was and she didn't want to help me in the aisle and said they were very busy. so unprofessional. there's always a line at pick up of at least 4 or more people, and only 1 person gets it while there are at least 3 of them standing in the pharmacy that are just talking or on their phones. Absolutely ridiculous. the old manager "Anna" and other pharmacist Noel would help me find an item if I couldn't find it on the shelf, seems like they are the only ones doing their jobs. Send your business elsewhere.

Let me start off with saying how disgusted I am of the customer service here went to purchase some post it the last packet saying .99 cents rung up full price . And told the cashier and the cashier asked manager she rolled her eyes accusing me . I said if that is a problem I don’t mind paying full price she screams I know you did that . Are you kidding me never never again will I go to that rite aid there that girl needs to be fired ... please I don’t mind pay 3.50 for post it but if it clearly saids 99 cents and it’s the last one it’s okay to ask right ? Disgusting . And I am a manager and retail .

My thing is if you don't like dealing with people maybe this is not the job for you. Being miserable and having an attitude with everyone like someone owes you money shouldn't be the proper attitude at a pharmacy. If you are that stressed out maybe you should take off because you may make a mistake and end up killing someone with the wrong drugs. Just a thought. And again to be clear it was the two BLOND FEMALES that where working on 1/17/19.

The minute I went into the store it was so clean and well stocked. The employee named Sharlyne was so helpful and polite. She helped me to the point that I was like I want to let your manager know how much of a great job she was doing. Then she laughed and said that she was the Store Manager and I could not believe it because of the service she gave me . I never went into a place and had a manager helped me so much. I told her that she is awesome. I recommend this place for everyone to go too. Great customer service and a wonderful shopping experience.

The young lady at the pharmacy tried to help me after there was a customer asking a lot of questions and needed help with using a credit card. My issue with this Rite Aid is I kept getting an automated message but never got connected to the Pharmacy. As a result I could not find out if my medication was ready and had to wait another day for the prescription to be filled. The pharmacy needs another assistant and customer service phone can be improved so important information can be obtained by patients who need medication.

This is one of the worst store when it comes down to customer service satisfaction. The security guards are always harassing shoppers but theres always someone shoplifting so i guess no one is really securing this store. Even though the store is always stocked yes, that I have to say thank god for 2 of the sweetest cashiers there are the reason for the one star. No matter how much you call and complain the manager or higher ups in this store blatantly ignores the complaint cause nothing changes.

Came in to make a purchase, was asked if I was paying with a card, I said yes, but did not want to use the self check out, as I wanted cash back. Went to a register made my purchase only to find out they had no cash. Why have a feature if the customer cannot use it. Shouldn’t you know before hand and say sorry we don’t have cash back right now. The woman in the store had this self righteous look on her face. Avoid this rite aid like the plague.

If there was a slot with zero stars they would be deserving of it. I came into this rite aid for something and they didn't have what I was looking for so they had a really rude attitude with me. They never have anything in this store. The lot is always filthy as well. I will never go to this store again. Their loss as I shop at this store and often have to get their generic in place of my favorite name brands. This place is disgusting.

This place has cashiers with the worst attitudes. They talk with nasty attitudes like they hate their jobs and also they answer the phones with the worst attitudes. Sometimes they don't even answer and worst of all if they do they leave you waiting for 30 minutes. Then the NEW Pharmacist is just like them. She never wants to talk to her customers, have them on hold for hours and never have to answer questions.

They don’t answer their phones, terrible service especially the pharmacy. I’ve been calling since 9am and NO ANSWER. They will have some excuse like “we are giving flu shots that’s why we couldn’t answer that’s bs. It’s been over an hour now. I can’t even think how this pharmacy can be busy because they have sh!t service.

I was feeling sick from the cold weather and stopped by Rite Aid to find medicine I can take to make me feel better. The pharmacist Victoria was extremely helpful. She even walked me to the aisle to help me. This was a very pleasant experience and I will definitely be getting all my medicine from Rite Aid from now on.

They always have 1, MAYBE 2 cashiers, with a 10-20 people in line. And they have 2 SELF CHECKOUT machines that DONT WORK. I have never seen these self checkout machines working for YEARS. Terrible location. Be prepared to spend a lot of time in line. On todays visit I’m here buying one thing, from 8:30-9pm ……

I'm a regular here. I shoo here because it's conveniently closer to my place than the supermarket. The store has great varietie . They always have what I need.. one thing I do wish is they open up self service check out it'll be even more convenient..the staff here are friendly they keep me coming back..

The line sometimes are too long and they only get one cashier on there. One cashier bounces off two computers to take care of customers . Also the self checkout machines are never available. And the pharmacist female there is always with an attitude. Needs new management !!

This store is horrible. I went to the pharmacy to fill a prescription for a friend. The pharmacist was too busy to talk to me about whether or not the medication was ready or even available. They were rude. i sat there for over an hour. I will not go back there again.

Pharmacy seem to pick up phone calls when they feel like it. Most staff are pretty good but I believe there are a few who don't care enough to do their job.

Unacceptable. The 3 Self Checkout machines are always Out-Of-Service, and lines can get long at various thimes off the day.
