Tienen que tener mucho cuidado cuando compran paquete de viaje con esta compania. Cumplia 10 años de boda y mi esposo y yo decidimo buscar lo servicio de esta compania. Nuestros aniversario era en Diciembre y empezamos a pagar por nuestros viajes desde Febrero osea le pagamos a esta agencia 10,500 dolares por pasajes, hotel y traslado. Cuando llego el dias de nuestros viaje resulta que cuando llegamos al aeropuerto, ellos nos no habian reservado asientos. Nuestros viaje era a las maldives y Dubai. En el aeropuerto nos dijeron que nos nos habian reservado asientos y lo unico que tenian era el asiento #70 para mi esposo y yo en el 34. Ustedes se imaginaran la frustracion de tu viajar con tu esposo por 18 y media en asiento separado y lo mismo cuando veniamos de regreso. Cuando llame a esta agencia me dijeron que mis asientos no estaban pagado que yo era que tenia que pagarlo en el aeropuerto. Osea 10,500 dolares y reservado desde Febrero y nos no habian reservado asiento porque el di ero no le alcanso, o porque, no se? Asi que cuando quieran hacer un paquete de viajes, tienen que tener muchos cuidado, pues son muy incompetente y ellos no preparan los paquetes, ellos se valen de otra compania localizada en California para hacer estos. Osea tu paga doble porque ellos no lo saben hacer por ellos mismo. U.n viaje super triste y frustrante gracias a esta agencia.al aeropuerto

Fuí a Notarized un documento y cuando llegué a la casa me dí cuenta de que lo había extraviado. Llamé dos horas después a Rivas Travel y ellos lo tenían guardado. Les agradezco enormemente su delicadeza a la hora de trabajar con los clientes, su eficiencia y cortesía y a la vez el cuidado que toman con los asuntos personales de los demás. Immigration services- The company took my money and did not follow up with the service that I had paid for. They fail to complete the task, take your money, and lack professionalism. The owner had a very disgusting attitude let alone does not care about my case after it was filed and paid for. Please don’t go to this place. They took my money and failed to complete it.

Great working environment! I was welcomed by Mr. Rivas assistant (Adriana), and David Rivas is an excellent Tax Preparer. Very funny guy also. Would definitely recommend anyone to come. During the winter time he closes a little later than 5P.M. for those who get out of work at 5, just have to call before visiting the office.
