Great store for jeans for my daughter. Lots of different styles and they can order items for you at the desk. Nice clean, well organised shop and staff were very polite and helpful. Great customer service which is oh so rare in this day and age! Well done Romford River Island.

Shopping in river island was fun.I Personally love their jean trousers as it stretches well and yet firm(the high waist)I also buy children's wears there too. They have beautiful styles there and I like shopping there.Staff are very friendly and were very helpful

I’m always shopping in river island & I spend a lot of money in here but since some of the new staff has been working in this store I find the attitude of staff isn’t as professional as they should be & can be rude, which lets the shop

Dont like the lighting in here gives me headaches. However its laid out nicely plenty if room manoeuvre. Wheelchair accessible. Good music. High quality stuff for decent prices. Kept tidy and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We popped in here to look for some shoes for the wife, along with some handbag shopping & dresses for an upcoming event. As usual River Island did not disappoint & was able to provide items needed & I left with a Happy wife.

Visited Sunday it was quite busy, had sale on so things was messy, decent selections of bags, shoes, jewellery, children and women clothing. Thought price was fair.

Great place to shop they are a little expensive and only downside is selective plus size clothing not fair larger size male or female want same exclusive styles.

Horrible customer service, especially before the closing time, changing rooms and email receipts are not available closer to closing time too.

Only place that done mens shorts over 36 inch waist. If you are over six foot you need larger fashionable clothes.
