Seems a nice enough park. Visited today in order to get close to the 181st Street Fish Passage on the Bronx River. It was free to enter and the bathroom was open and working. A stout fence separates the playground from the Bronx Zoo. As there was no foliage on trees I was able to get close to the fish passage.

Between the animal statues, awesome river, cool playground equipment, and great location, this is a great park. Very clean and easily one of the best playgrounds in this city. Great park right next to the zoo! Never too busy on Wednesday, so you can really make a full day of it on the free zoo day.

Not to be confused with those Westside towers, but to be Incorporated with The BX 40/42 Bus services provided by MTA. Located at the Badus of the Phipps/Lambert Houses complacent this location is adjacent the foremost entrance to the World famous Bronx Zoo

Lovely little family park with outdoor grills already established. A small park where the family and children can enjoy the grounds with a wonderful view of the Bronx river and it's falls.

It’s actually a very pretty place. Really great for relaxing. The river/waterfall situation is also really cool. The environment might be a little meh, but it’s okay overall.

Love the park and view of the water but ... the city bikes in the water, come on people we must do better, also to be in the park your suppose to have a kid with you.

The waterfall is just stunning and you can see the track for the Bronx Zoo's Wild Asia monorail in the background. Also not a bad place for birdwatching!
