Very poor, rude and untrained staff. (At least one anyway). Tried to get a simple exchange but was a battle and they were constantly on the phone asking how to do it. Offered a store credit and to pay again for the exchange. Ridiculous behaviour from this chain. Will never go back. Did I mention VERY RUDE.

I bought comfortable leather shoes here that are very light to wear. Was very happy with the prices too, as almost everything was 40% off. Their refund policy is very good too, as I changed my mind on one of the tops I bought, and was refunded the money without being questioned. Very good experience here.

Extremely dissapointing experience with online shopping. Ordered few tips, paid extra shipment to know later that 80% of the items were out of stock and I ended up paying shipping charges for only two items. I would never have placed order for only two items.
