Was shopping for mens boots, was trying on a pair size 12, good fit. Another different boot size 12 didnt fit, staff daid may be different factory, shouldnt make any difference. Wife found a random pair of boots on shelf, asked staff member the price and was told $65.00, they were size 12 and fit well. Went to pay and was told they were $120.00 as you had to buy another full price pair to get a half price deal. Rang the manager and she said she couldnt sell at the prices we were told, not good as they dont have anymore of that style coming in and being a size 12 they are not common so probably sitt there for ever

I would like to give negative 10. I was waiting at checkout and just yelled excuse me so that could get as i have to catch a flight. Leah the store manager cane out and said wait “ I am cleaning your mess” I told her to be polite. She refused to serve us saying i don’t want to do a business with you. Very rude and unethical behaviour. Asked her name and she said I am store manager and poking us. This is second time . Definitely need better staff and change of manager.

Haven't had the nicest experiences there recently, served by the manager there, the bellow comments don't lie unfortunately. A couple of times I've questioned if I can purchase something for the online price or do click and collect. No, they don't price match their own prices and don't offer click and collect. Recently the store looked pretty bleak. Disappointing, I hope they make some positive changes soon.

The two girls serving were rude and did not know what a jumper is. One of them led me to hoodies and told me that is what Rivers call a jumper. She then told me to leave after I tried to explain to her what a jumper was. They also allowed another customer to heckle me in the store. When I said I would not be returning they said “Good.” I am offended by their rudeness. They need re-training or dismissal.

Getting overpriced for what they are. Rivers used to be a cheaper "no name" outlet kind of brand with weird, cheap TV ads. Now you go in there and a pair of no-name Rivers casual men's shoes start at 89.95 for something you could pick up at Kmart for 19.95 in the same shoe, just a different label sewn on. Save your money. They aren't what they used to be.

Staff was very rude, I asked if she can scan an item for price as it didn’t have a tag on, she refused and said I’m busy at the moment, 10 min later still she wouldn’t budge to come and help. She has no customer service and didn’t say a word and acted angry. Her name was Angie K. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT RIVERS AGAIN!!!

Great place for clothing and shoes I brought a beach towell at a very good price recently and the young girl with long hair is brilliant lovely personality cheerful and happy excellent customer service thankyou it's nice to be served by someone who obviously loves there job well done

Staff are friendly and efficient. BUT the quality of the products have plummeted to the point where they fall apart within a week. Will not be returning after being a loyal customer for years.

The sales staff are very rude. The two ladies staffs behaviour is so unprofessional. They were mocking and making fun of the customer. Horrible customer service. Won't recommend to anybody.

DONT shop here! The quality of clothing is terrible! Rivers DO NOT follow there own warranty guidelines and refuse to help when clearly there is an issue with a faulty item. Disgusting!!
