Have shopped alot at rivers lilydale. Staff are very helpful. Love the sales when they are on. Every clothing item and shoes I have bought excellent quality fitting perfect as my size can vary. Changing items never an issue at all. Prices are very reasonable even when there no special sales on. Just recently I purchased clothing half price got a great outfit including shoes. Went back Saturday 2 days ago bought more on sale. Got great help by staff to choose a new top to match both pants I purchased. The staff know what they are talking about particularly in sizes quality of the clothing. Very friendly staff don't push you to buy items. I've shopped at rivers since it opened in Lilydale I used to travel to chirnside Park or Ringwood.

Fantastic range of clothing and the store was very neat. the staff were very helpful and they knew alot about their products. This rivers store didn't feel like an outlet at all, and had great signs everywhere which made it easy to shop by prixe. Will definitely be back

I like that they have xxxL clothing, I bought new shoes last week and I like them, they are light but strong, I have walked About 6k in them they fit fine now, the staff at friendly.
