Communication not good. Spoke to Hannah on the phone yesterday to arrange an exchange. They put aside the item for me to collect today. Hannah told me over the phone they close at 4:30pm on Sundays. I rock up just after 4:20pm and they were closed. Paper sign on the door had 4:20pm as the closing time on Sunday. Doesn’t make sense why I was told 4:30pm was the closing time?Website even says 4:30pm?? This needs to be fixed ASAP for future customers. Not happy when I purposely made the trip for this one exchange.

In Store: Staff appeared to be in a distracted trance before and during my interaction. Had no idea about item and when stock would be back. Disinterested in finding out for me. Online: Order not fulfilled correctly. Online query returned a strange message which I think was an un-vetted AI response. Summary: I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone whether it be in store or online.

I am disgusted that Rivers DO NOT OFFER CUSTOMER SERVICE and allow refunds, with receipts on purchases. I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN!!!. i bought item as a last resort due to lack of availability at shops i usually frequent but got caught out with this item of clothing. VERY SNEAKY AND NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY, ESPECIALY WHEN SIZING IS ALL OVER THE SHOP

Allowed to browse for as long as I liked, which was great. When I required help the staff were attentive and friendly. Great range and styles of clothing and footwear. Clean store with staff managing high housekeeping standards. The memory foam men's dress shoes are the best. Comfortable with style to trip the light fantastic.

The shop has improved the lay out better than it used to be.Has great veriety of stock at bargain prices. Staff at checkout great. But the fitting rooms a disgrace ,dirty and doors do not close. How can a big store like that present something so discusting. Shame Rivers.

A worth while place to shop you can get good value for your money make sure what you pick before you leave the store there are fitting rooms here they will worn you the item may not be returnable good friendly service

Outlet store that has some real bargains. Good choice of clothes and shoes and accessories. Good staff at registers. Don't expect floor service, it's a shop for yourself kind of place but that suits me to the ground.

Love it for the bargains. Specially end of season sales. Stock up on underwear. Great value underwear and shoes. And plain T-shirts. It's a no brainer when it comes to biyibu basics. Why go elsewhere???

We were served by Hannah and Ellison and they were extremely helpful. Great customer service and true mateship. With their help, we went in and got out with exactly what we needed very quickly.

Excellent store for someone bigger than average good selection of basically everything for this time of year No problem exchanging goods and friendly helpful staff who are not over pushy

From my experience the range and quality of clothing etc has improved markedly and I was able to get quality slippers for mum at a really good price. Great service. Ample parking.

I'm a Rivers Man, always seek out their stores for quality and value when travelling e.g. socks and underwear, a big store, limited parking, friendly and helpful staff....

Everywhere is so dusty, my nose couldn't handle it. Not sure if any cleaning is being done. The store is pretty big and has a good range of clothes, for a good price.

Rivers was good quality years ago. Then for awhile was less quality clothes but now back to making quality clothes at good prices especially clearance price.

This store is a MESS. Disorganised, nothing advertised online was instore. Wanted men's shoes ..3 pair...and they had never seen them, but ad online???

The staff were excellent even though they were extremely busy the young lady that served me couldn't have been nicer a pleasant change from many places

Its always worth the time to rat through the racks to find a hidden gem. Some if the clothing is out there, but if you keep looking you might find it.

Don’t bother. Refused to change for a incorrect size purchased that was actually put on incorrect sized coat hanger. Poor customers service.

Parkdale store is great. Layout good. Clothes and shoes/boots at a great price. Membership has its rewards. Ample parking too. Staff nice.

Need to fix your air conditioning, went there yesterday didn't stay long store was too hot, store needed a tidy up

One of my favourite clothing stores, excellent clothing range and sale prices are unbelievable.

they didn't have the shelves of jeans they used to have and not selling 3 1/4 shorts anymore
