very bad experience. Bought the blower few months ago and rarely use. It got problem but they said no warranty because some reason, and I have to pay the service. I spent around $2500 to get chainsaw, brush cutters, blower last year in their shop,but service is so bad. Very disappointed & I will never go back again.

I been in the shop to buy hedge trimmer and there is one totally treat me by the rude way without any reason without I do any thing wrong at all.this why I left the shop and bought it from another shop.until now I don't know why he was like this and what I done wrong with him

Absolutel rip off i will never go back there again 21 days to service a wipper sniper and with the money they asked for to repair it i could almost have brought a new one.with that said i never give a bad review but i can't tolerate people that think us as clients are stuip.

Took my MTD ride on to repair oil leak. Waited 6 weeks and was charged almost $800. They charged the belt and blades …wot the hell and didn’t fix oil leak. Bunch or rip off artists. Stay well away!!! This is not the first time I’ve been shafted by these guys…shame on me

I've made numerous purchases and each time have been treated like a valued customer and been given honest advice. As a large landholder you can spend a lot of money on equipment so you want to get it right and have good follow up service. Highly recommend this store.

We bought a ride-on from Riverstone Mower World and it's been great. We were also recommended Gator replacement blades when needing new blades and they're a great product. The team's product knowledge and ability to undertake repairs has been most helpful.

Do not go elsewhere if you are looking for the most competitive and expert advise on all things lawn and garden maintenance. I'd know, because I'd been to GYC in Castle Hill, and other dealers in Galston, Dural and Northmead. All were out shone by RMW.
