"Be careful when you return goods purchased from their website! Wasn’t given a returned receipt and now I had to keep chasing for my refund with their customer services! I was told by their staff at the Bromley shop refund will go back to my account around 7 days automatically but now it has been over 10 days!"

Hi, I had a really good shopping experience in Robert Dyas, Bromley. A young girl called Darcey was very nice and polite. She was trying to upsell products, offered me a carrier bag for my heavy product and even ask if I was doing more

Highly NOT recommend it. If you don't pick up the parcel within 4 weeks, they will take it for themselves and make you believe that you have collected it.
I only popped into this shop because of a deal on ear buds which I really needed.
Pawel who works here is so grumpy and rude. Won't be visiting again.
