From the moment we enquired about the house we just sensed a great vibe and rapport with Robert & Vincent who run this family owned Estate Agents. Robert & Vincent endeavored to make sure we could see the house on numerous occasions and at times that suited us and actually spent a good amount of time with us at the property as opposed to other estate agents who wanted to rush us in and out as quickly as possible. As this was out first home, they could sense our anxiousness of the whole buying process, but they made it paramount to go above and beyond to make sure that the whole process went smoothly, with no pressure imposed on us. It was these aspects of the buying process that built our high level of trust with them and without a doubt we will be highly recommending our friends and family to Robert Vincent Estate Agents for their honestly and professionalism. Greedy Landlords....I was a Tennant for 7 years. I am a single mum with 2 young boys and a disabled mum. After 7 years the rent increase was over £500 monthly, i refused to accept this high increase but did accept some increase. I was told they was selling the property and i was given a section 21. I had built up a life after 7 years of living there with schools doctors work ect. If you rent a property from these beaware they are greedy landlords, they DID NOT sell the property i was living in, they just rented it out again for more money. The deposit i paid 7 years ago was supposed to go into a rent deposit scheme, never happened, it went in 1 year before they evicted me, obvisously this was a planned action knowing they wanted to evict me. What is frustrating is they way they lie to save face. I would check everything you are told because not everything is the truth. Greedy Landlords..

I found them by chance searching properties and me and wife had both a lot of lucky to find them. I can guarantee, if you are looking for properties, speak with them, they will certainly will not measure esforces to get you comfortable with all your queries. If I could give more stars I would give without thinking about. We only met face to face Vincent, that showed us the property very friendly and patiently. The term 'going the extra mile' is often seen to describe the service offered by organisations but rarely can it be seen to happen as in the case of Robert Vincent Estate Agents, who on discovering that their buyer, through no fault of his own, found himself temporarily homeless and was forced to sleep in his car, took him under their wing, offering him access to their bathroom and shower, finding him temporary accommodation and even buying him a quilt to ensure that he was warm. Robert Vincent have been the most professional caring and understanding estate agents I have ever come across, I have a small young family which arises it's own problems in a household as in safety, all of my demands have been met, wether it be a tap not working to removing garden hazards, I have found them exceptional with there service and also very kind, cheerful to my children. Couldn’t recommend Robert Vincent any higher- they went above and beyond every step of the process to ensure we knew what was going on and were supported. The communication was brilliant and both Robert and Vincent are such lovely men it was a pleasure to talk to them on the phone to resolve any issues that came up or just get helpful tips about Penge, roofers, extensions (anything we had questions about!). They made what could have been a very stressful process feel easy and we could really tell the difference between this family run business and the big estate agent chains.

Unprofessional bullies. Used to be in liquidation, says it all really! very shady practice. Friends with landlords and make things up to steal peoples deposits. Such a shame as i used to reccommend them all the time. Now i honestly feel guilty for doing that as they have now shown their true colours. Oh don't full for the good cop bad cop routine. They are all extremely dodgy with bad morals and bully boy behaviour. I wont rest until I right the wrongs i did by reccommending them to people.
