Sharing what a great service is provided by Chris and John at RR Maintenance. Chris was responsive and easy to work with from the beginning. My project started with pulling carpet and laying new flooring throughout the entire living area of my house (done by another contractor). Chris offered that the painting should be done after the flooring, which I truly appreciated. Enter RR Maintenance on a repaint of kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, hallway(previously wallpapered) and bathroom to include ceilings, doors, trim, etc. There was a lot of repair needed on the walls and after they were done it looks like a brand new home with beautiful walls and trim oh and the ceilings look amazing, too. The attention to detail and precision can't be topped. I cannot praise their work enough. Throughout the project, Chris and I talked each day about what was happening. I even changed out the color on the accent wall in the LR, which was a good decision. On the final day, completion day, furniture was moved back, floors were swept, vacuumed and mopped basically leaving the rooms in better shape than at the outset. I highly recommend RR maintenance and will be using the services again in the spring for some much needed deck work. Thank you for a job well done!

I needed my deck repaired/replaced and I found Chris Roby’s info on Next Door. He came to look at the deck and gave me different options for this. I opted to have the bench removed, the deck planks replaced, the stairs replaced, and everything stained. I didn’t replace the fencing because it was in good shape. Chris pressure washed the fence and stained it to match the new decking and stairs. I’m very happy with the final product. Chris answered all my questions and I didn’t feel pressured to choose one option over another option. If you need your deck replaced or updated, I’d definitely recommend Chris Roby.

Oh my gosh. Chris and his colleague were amazing. They gave us a quote for about 1500 square feet of flooring and staining our absolutely massive deck that was extremely reasonable. They immediately got to work and finished up the job just in time for me to list my house. We got more than a full price offer right away and one of the things people commented on was how amazing the floors looked. Money well spent. Would HIGHLY recommend!

RR Maintenance was great to work with. Chris was always early and communicated well. One of our bedroom walls was a wreck after the removal of some shiplap; he repaired the wall and it became the best looking wall in our entire house.
