I was out along my errand route, and found myself in need of a quick watch repair (battery replacement), and was directed to Rogers Jewelers. Now I see why this business is one of the few that survived here over the last 20 years, even as Regency Mall went bankrupt! They started off as a kiosk, and now run a full service jewelry shop. Their boutique roots give them the edge on providing stellar customer service, plus they carry unique and custom pieces you won't find at chain brand jewelry stores. They were busy when I arrived, however, I didn't have to wait to be served. I was greeted right away by Michelle, and in less than a minute, I was being assisted by the owner of the store. It cost me only $12 and 4 minutes to get the battery swapped out, and they even reset the time and cleaned it up for me. I have visited other repair shops in the area and had great experiences, however, this place was by far the fastest service I ever received for a watch battery replacement. Plus I enjoyed the friendly and engaging conversation with the employees at this location.

YES--they are friendly when trying to get you to spend. I give them that. I fell for it too. Don't do it!! Their jewelry looks pretty but it's cheaply made and won't last. Go to a beauty supply store. It is cheaper and the same quality. I bought a ring and within ONE WEEK stones fell out. The receipt says w/in 30 days that you can exchange items if in the same condition right? I took it back two weeks later -they tell me it's not in the same condition because the stones are missing. REALLY??!!! No exchange and no refund. I got played.

Have been going to them for awhile to get jewelry either fixed or adjusted they cut one of my husbands necklaces shorter to fit a bracelet for my little boy and when i tell you it looks so legit and perfected they did there thing !! Roger's Jewelry is amazing they have the best jewelry deals in Jacksonville, fl. I have been shopping at Roger's Jewelry for years. Larissa was amazing gave me a good price on my jewelry sets and even a great deal on my wife's new diamond ring. I have personally compared prices with other jewelers in the city and Roger's prices beat them everytime. I will be back pretty soon to drop another bag on them gold Cuban links.

Bought a charm from them in December of 2019...the charm broke by April of 2020, not even six months.
