Wonderful people. Came out to fix broken, loud fire alarm, and ended up scaling 3 floors to let me back into my apartment as I had locked my keys inside so I didn't have to call out a locksmith and pay a fortune. They went above and beyond the call of duty. I thank them so much.

Such a wonderful team at Roma St, I took my son in and the firies showed him in and around the truck, allowed him to use the fire hose, turn on the lights and sirens etc. He absolutely LOVED it, and it was a special experience. Thank you.

I went unannounced with my 4 yo boy, Dale took care of us, the showed us the poles, explained us everything about every single truck. He even showed to my son how to operate a fire hose. Great experience and amazing people!
