I have known Kashif for over 20yrs and there has been NO time that he has ever disappoint myself or my family with his professionalism, he always come through for us at all times. This year l find myself stranded in Nigeria on lockdown cause of Covid-19, l called Roman travel and Kash arranged an Airbnb for me since the hotel l booked had to shut down and all flights grounded, how you do it, l don't know but Kudos for you for coming through in less than 2hours. We were stayed in the Airbnb for 2months and called he back to see if he can help us to get back to the UK, infact to my surprise he told me he can arrange for repatration for us at this point we have run out of funds, it was like living in hell fire, we just want to get out and come back home. I’ve been travelling with Roman Rd travel agent for 5 years now and every experience has been fantastic . He helps you find the best resorts , Always has time for you never makes you feel that you are asking to much . He gives you his full attention when you are there you have his number and when you are away anything goes wrong or you are unsure off you can call him and he is quick and ready to help for example .. we recently went to Spain and because of COVID unbeknown to us they closed down 90 hotels and when we got there are one was closed. I called Roman road travel agent he’s said they never let him know and to give home ten minutes and he will sort it out .4/5 minutes later he calls back said so sorry for The inconvenience but he upgraded us To a fantastic better than the hotel we could afford and also put us on full board, where we wasn’t before he was so apologetic and kind And later that day called asking was we happy and could he do anything more for us. We had a fantastic holiday and my boyfriend asked my hand in marriage.. I said yes .... So I’m looking forward to booking my next holiday with my favourite travel agent.. Might be ?? Roman Travel Ltd was introduced to me by a friend about 5 years ago. I had never booked flights or holidays through an unknown travel agency and it would be fair to say I was dubious. I have been using Roman Travel for around five years for our holiday's and flights ✈️ Kash and Taylor give good advice and get everything right for us. We have a disabled daughter so things need to be right for us as her needs come first. During covid-19 we were able to talk to them regularly as two holiday's got cancelled and as promised once they found out when we get our refunds Kash called me to let me know when we'd get our money back.
