We requested our ride from Rome city to FCO Terminal 1 the night before our departure (10/27/2021). The request form online was very easy with two pre-paid payments methods, PayPal, Credit Card as well as cash option to the driver which we chose. The rate they charged, €48, is as very competitive comparing to the flat rate from Rome city to FCO with allwhite Italian taxies you are on the street is €49 and limousine service booking thru our hotel that we stay is €55. We decided on this as we don’t want to risk not being able to catch a taxi in the morning since we want to leave the hotel by 8:00 AM. We submitted the request by 6:53 pm and on the website it says they cannot guarantee availability if you submit your request past 7:00 pm. So after receiving the system generated confirmation email from them, I called anyways to make sure that it’s confirmed “confirmed”. After speaking with the agent over the phone; they sent another email manually to confirm my booking which gave me a price of mind that i much needed. The driver next morning arrived 30 mins earlier and he had informed our hotel concierge of his arrival! The ride was Mercedes E-class and was super smooth the whole way that took us only 35 mins to get to the airport. I would really recommend the Rome Airport Transportation service wit the ease of use of their booking and the communication.

I used service twice last week (Nov 18-22) when I was in Rome with my family. The first trip was from Acilia (a south-western Roman suburb) to Villa Ada (a north-eastern Roman suburb). The second trip was from Villa Ada to Fiumicino airport. On both occasions, the driver was prompt, dressed in a uniform, courteous, and professional. Both cars (Mercedes E-class and Lancia Voyager) were well maintained and super clean. The rates are as posted on their website and there is no surprise when you get dropped off. The drivers would chat if you wanted to but if you don't want to they'll leave you be. Both spoke English but I spoke Italian to them so I can't comment on how good their English would be. The only complaint I might have with this service is that you can't book the service over the phone and finding the booking form on their website isn't terribly intuitive. The next time I'm in Rome I'll definitely be going back to Luca and his great team of drivers.

I booked an airport to Rome pickup for my wife for July 15. Unfortunately her flight was cancelled due to a national strike of Air traffic controllers on the 15th. I was able to rebook her flight for July 14 & they didn't have any cars available which I understood being that it was already July 13. They said they would cancel the reservation . When inquiring today why we haven't received a refund yet they responded the following. "the deletion was requested by you. for flight change. For the business that's out there these days it's not my fault we don't have cars available" Avoid at all cost, what a horrible way to conduct business. For reference that this isn't a false review as the owner of Rome Airport Transportation claims in his response below please see my 60 other google reviews & ratings ( all positive reviews)

I would give them zero stars if I could. I booked and confirmed my airport transfer 15 days prior and they never showed up. I tried calling but the office doesn't open until 9 am. I emailed them. They responded with an apology and that were some problems with management and that they just saw the exchange of names and services for my booking. How do you run a business like this when people trust you? And they put on their website as a trip advisor certificate of excellence 2016. How? Do not book these people if you have a time restraint like catching a flight.

Our flight was changed. I informed this company way ahead and they confirmed the new timing by e-mail. The morning of our departure, they let us know that they apparently did not receive the e-mail (strange as they confirmed the change). So we had to find another transfer last minute but we found a perfect one. After 3 weeks, they refunded our money. That 's the only positive thing to mention. I would not recommend to use this company at all.

We paid for a pick up at 16:45, owner lied, said we scheduled for 5am. We have the paper work to prove our reservation, he threatened to call the call the police on us, and refused a refund… scam/thief! Stay away at all costs. Edit- Again, he can’t show us anywhere where it says 5am. We have paperwork confirming 1645. I think the reviews and his replies, tell you everything. Also still refusing refund.

I made a reservation for a car to drive me from Rome to Fiumicino airport. Despite filling out the online forms correctly, and both calling and emailing two days prior to my appointment, they never showed. When they were not at the agreed pick up point, I called and was assured that they would be there in 10 minutes. They never showed. How are you to rely on a business that behaves this way?

We have used this company for transportation from Fiumicino airport to Sorrento. our driver was waiting for us with a smile. he was elegant dress. the car was spacious and very elegant. all the service was great. on the way we stopped for a break. the car also had the monitors. we have seen the story of pompeii. excellent private service. excellent rates advice Thanks again Karen

I booked Rome Airport Transportation for my trip from Civitavecchia port to Rome Fiumicino airport and highly recommend it. They arrived early and the trip went perfectly according to my expectations. The whole process was super easy and I would book again next time I'm in Rome.

We used this company from Fiumicino Airport to our Hotel they were there waiting for us and knew exactly where to take us near the Trevi. Perfect. Then used them post cruise from Citiavechia Port to the Airport. Once more they were on time, clean car and good staff.

Booked my reservation a month in advance. Confirmed the reservation a week before the trip and they indicated their cars were fully booked and they had to cancel my reservation. I received no notice that my reservation had been cancelled. Not very professional.

Very professional service - picked us up on time from the airport and transported us to our accommodation close to the Vatican. The vehicle was top class, Mercedes Benz, and we'd use them again if we were to return to Rome.

As our flight changed from the original reservation, I notified them and received confirmation that they had the new flight arrival time. We waited for 30 minutes for the driver to arrive. The van also smelled like vomit.

My experience at the reservation was so poorly handled, I lost complete trust and confidence with this provider. So I booked elsewhere successfully and had a better experience with their competitor.

Professional car service; cars are spotlessly clean, drivers are safe and professional. Used multiple times and will again. Highly recommend.
