I cannot recommend Roofing Pros USA enough. Every step of the process was handled flawlessly, professionally and efficiently. Robin and Tracy made sure we were informed about every detail, they were always right on time for every “meeting” we had and were always incredibly happy and nice to work with. I also was so pleased with the crew on roof day. It was a team of 4 guys who were efficient but did not rush through the work. I really appreciated the attention to detail, especially checking for wood rot (as we had a roof leak) as well as how sparingly they used the plywood materials. They did not waste material or time which was a big deal to us. The roof took 2 days to complete, they even came back on a third day for additional clean up (roof nail check) and Tracy came back to make sure we were happy. Again, highly recommended, the entire staff from receptionist to sales to crew and beyond were absolutely a pleasure to work with!

From start to finish Tracy Moreland exceeded all expectations and stayed in touch with me about all of my concerns. One of the biggest concerns was scheduling the work once all others details were completed. We have a 5 year old that is noise sensitive and panics easily.Tracy assisted in setting the days that work would be complete. The crew arrived on the scheduled day at 7:30 a.m.and completed by 6 p.m. that day. Roof top temperature was around 140 degrees. Josh and entire crew......WELL DONE. My roof on my home in Ocala Florida was damaged due to a previous wind storm and after awhile I started losing more and more shingles. They make you sign this paper, telling you that is not a contract, his representative Knoah told us is just to speak on your behalf with your insurance. But guess what YES it is a contract and you only have 3 days to cancel it if not you will need to pay $2,000.00 or more in penalty.
