I have recently engaged the Roofing Corp team for a couple jobs across 2 separate properties. one house had performed the comprehensive tiles roof renew activities including leak diagnostic, repairs, cleaning, sarking relay, roof coating. The metal roof part of the other house had an urgent leaking repair due the recent heavy rain caused noticeable leaking. During both Jobs the whole team has presented the 1st class expert knowledge in their job fields, high level proficiency as well as pleasant communications. Any great customer experience actually is a package, I would definitely recommend the Roofing Corp team to anyone needing roof services and no need to shop around for pricing advantage, benchmarking peers through various quotes is not that necessary. Once you focus on quality and 100% result with reasonable price, hopefully my positive experiences with this trustworthy business would save your time for hesitation. The 1st job has been completed extremely pretty and the roof looks much sexier compared to the previous image. The 2nd job finish looks like a craft, the seamless connection between metal roofs in two different phases as well as the seamless transition between tiles roof to metal roof. The team has seriously consider the beauty of the roof from either distance view or google satellite view beyond the trouble shooting for “no more leaks”! Pricewise, very professionally reasonable, it appears my jobs are under their confidence job warranty, I do not think there will be any issues at all, however, at least I can see the confidence of the services rendering.

We bought a lovely home as a deceased estate last year. The terracotta roof had been put on 23 years ago and no care was ever given to it by the previous owner. It become overgrown with moss, lichen, and covered in dirt. The gutters and the screen guard were covered with moss. Every time it rained, water would pour off the roof corners and over most gutters. We hired Roofing Corp to repair and renovate it. They assured us that it would come out good as new. We chose them because of the competitive price quote, their professional knowledge, and their polite business demeanour. Their responsiveness and their promptness are excellent. (When they said they would come look at 2pm, they were there, and the quote arrived that afternoon.) All necessary tradesman licences and insurance certificates were provided with no hassles. And they worked around my schedule so that I could be here if there were any problems. As a bonus, the youngman who did our job, Jed, was exceptionally polite and very hard working. The results in the attached photos speak for themselves. In two days they have completely transformed this house. The roof looks absolutely brand new! Our neighbours are so impressed they are going to hire them as well. And you should too.

Great experience with Roofing Corp. We had significant leaking to several areas of our roof in March Sydney storms, some which were straight forward, one which was a real trouble point, on both tile and metal roofing area. Yasser, Jedd and team were exceptional in getting this repaired for us. We really valued their responsiveness all throughout the job - for inspection, quote, follow-up and repairs. Very knowledgable about the issues and creating a bespoke solution for our trouble point and for spending the time to talk it through with us, and explain the options. The work was excellent - Jedd and team got me up on the roof during the process to talk through the plan and show me how it was going to ensure we were happy with the repair they were creating. They even fixed up a couple of tiles I had broken trying to do interim repairs. Big thanks to Roofing Corp team, very happy to recommend them as top quality provider.

A tree fell on the roof at the side of the house but that was covered by NRMA insurance. After insurance fixed that section, we noticed (a couple of months later due to mould on a patch on the ceiling) the roof was leaking about 5m away from where they fixed the roof as one of the tiles had lifted up on the top (probably from the impact). The insurance claimed this was a "new event" and refused to rectify (typical!). RoofingCorp helped us out with this, were very honest and kept up the communication throughout the process (as they had a lot of work on in the meantime). They managed to squeeze us into their busy schedule, their work looks meticulous (they re-aligned all the top tiles with their mortar - didn't just "put back" the one that lifted, which I'm sure dodgy tilers would do) and they were all very friendly too. Just like the other reviews, we highly recommend this honest group. Couldn't be happier!

My experience with Roofing Corp has been excellent. I had issues with leaking in heavy rain that several other companies tried to fix, with the most recent one making it much worse. The work required was very extensive, pretty much a re-roof, reusing the existing terracotta tiles, but clearly that was what was necessary to eliminate the many problems caused by over 40 years of damage caused by falling branches, several heavy handed cable and satellite installers, skylight leaks, general aging and original building defects. Yassa, Jedd and team are exceptionally professional, honest, always on time and have considerable pride in their work. I consider myself lucky to have found them and for them to undertake the work.

Yassa, Jed and co are a professional team that clearly care about their craft, customer service and have decades of roofing experience. They are friendly, respectful and great communicators as to their thinking and approach in identifying and resolving the problem. Roof leaks are notoriously tricky to fix, and although the initial fix didn't fully rectify the problem. Turns out that the leak only occurs when it's raining severely hard and the wind is blowing a specific direction. Yassa and team were extremely quick to respond and came immediately back out to inspect, triage and fix the problem within hours!

A gentleman came out to inspect my house for the many jobs it needs: new gutters and downpipes, re-bedding and repointing the terracotta roof, adding downpipes and capping, fixing a leak on a flat roof, etc. Apart some practical advice I got, the visit was a waste of time, as I received no quotation for any of the jobs, and not even a reply to my texts when I tried to follow up. I can understand if a roofer is not comfortable / skilled / interested to perform certain jobs but, NOT quoting on ANY of the above, or at least letting me know why, comes across as a rather unprofessional and disrespectful conduct.

I am a return customer of Roofing Corp. Both times we had a roof leak and the team was extremely helpful. We find them very responsive, punctual and their work is meticulous. We had the same guys we had the 1st time (they don’t subcontract) and they are always courteous and polite. Their pricing is also fair and reasonable which is why we don’t bother contacting other roofers anymore. They do get extremely busy especially with the recent weather events so we are very lucky to have had them squeeze us into their tight schedule. I would highly recommend them for any roofing jobs.

Excellent quality and service. Yesser and Jedd have been excellent to deal with. I was originally looking to replace my roof but Yesser was the only roofer that got onto the roof and inspected the condition before quoting. Jedd communicated regularly about when they would be on site and sent pictures of the condition when decisions regarding further repairs were required. They also fit me in before a big job which I appreciated as we had only recently purchased the place. The job looked so good even my neighbour commented on the work.

I had a roof repair job done by Yesser's worker Jedd. No leaks but needs repointing and replacement of broken tiles. He did a great job in repointing my entire roof. He also replaced about 75 broken tiles. But it was a totally different colour (gray instead of red) because he couldn't source the old tile colours. All in all, it was a good job and the price was reasonable. I'll just have to wait for heavy rain ensure the job did not introduce leaks. I would have given 5 stars if the tiles colour was more similar to the old tiles.

We called Yassa while another member of his team was working on a neighbour's roof. (We had been waiting for another reputable roofing company to return our calls, but obviously they have been 'snowed under' and unable to respond.) Had some fibreglass panels on the roof changed out for sheet metal and while they were here I asked them to have a look at re-pointing the roof caps on the tile part of our roof. You can't do better than Roofing Corp. They restored our roof in July, and last week we found a leak in the ceiling. I emailed Yassa on Friday night and he was on my door first thing next morning to check the roof. He was very thorough, couldn't find anything and suggested it was the aircon leaking (he was right). Roofing Corp do a professional job. They are prompt, & good communicators. We’ve had several different roof leaking issues over the past 5 years. They’ve been repaired by 4 different roofers (recommended by others) who used substandard methods. Most leaks eventually reoccurred. Roofing Corp have stopped the leaks using top quality flashing materials & methods. I don’t engage the insurance company’s roofers anymore.
