Huge thanks to Kristian, Dylan and Johnny! We had a hot water leak in our old house. We got an estimate from a different company to repipe/reroute. The estimate was shocking. Called Rooter Solutions for a second opinion. Kristian came out right away to assess the situation. Not only was he professional but he took the time to thoroughly explain things, how we should've gone about getting the issue resolved (something the first company failed to do), gave us our options along with his recommendations and spoke to us as if we were old friends, rather than a business trying to make the ultimate profit. We were confident in our decision to go with Rooter Solutions. Within days, Kristian took the time out of his busy schedule to accompany Dylan and Johnny just to introduce them to my parents and let them know who would be working on the house before heading to his next appointment. He returned at the end of the day just to check in with my parents and see what progress Dylan and Johnny made. Greatly appreciate the courtesy. Dylan and Johnny were beasts! They worked endless hours, were polite and professional as well. They completed the work in less days than originally quoted which is amazing! Besides the exceptional work they did on the house, they made my parents feel comfortable and were respectful towards them which in turn made me feel comfortable going to work and not having to be present the whole time. They went above and beyond. If you have ever had that dreaded feeling when having to contact a company in fear of being overcharged, being sold services you don’t need, your house looking like a construction zone at the end of each day and being uncomfortable with who is in your home; these were never concerns with Rooter Solutions. We couldn’t be more pleased and the technician, Joseph, was as nice as he could be and very knowledgeable. Rooter’s technique for discovering problems in the lines and pipes that may be hard to detect otherwise helped prevent an issue that would have been very costly if not caught in time. Many companies might just let it happen and reap the benefits a job like that can bring, but they didn’t do that (and they could have) and for that I am very grateful. I called Rooter Solutions when my hot water heater valve burst and water would not stop running from overflow pipe. They shut off the flow and advised that my heater was still under warranty, from previous installer. They also checked water pressure and found it was too high (120+ psi), causing the initial malfunction. I offered to pay them for their expertise and time (25 minutes), but they politely declined. Although I had previous installer back to fix the heater under warranty, I will definitely call Rooter Solutions for all future plumbing situations. Rooter Solutions - Professional, honest and friendly.

In 2022 and 2023, these guys have been fantastic for ME!!! In a ‘day’ when foreign material and services are greatly sub-par, and all the bought-out businesses in America by the foreign national, and the sanctity of a ‘commitment’ has ended, and over-charging and indifferent workers plague the American public, Rooter Solutions have been a brilliant ‘bright light’ of honesty, professionalism and just old fashioned courtesy. They have served me twice and I recommend them over all the ‘service middle-men’ companies for honest billing, honest estimations, and “quality” and ‘timely’ work…and polite to boot!

I called Rooter Solutions plumbers for their $54 coupon and they got me scheduled right away. The office was kind enough to give me updates and let me know that Ruben was going to be my technician. Ruben came on time and was very kind and helpful. Once Ruben cleared my kitchen sink, his supervisor Kristian came out and did the camera inspection that was included in the coupon and was kind enough to explain the conditions of my pipes as he ran the camera down the line. I highly recommend Rooter Solutions Plumbers for your plumbing needs.

I called at 6:10pm on the Friday night of the Christmas weekend. The gentleman who answered the phone was extremely helpful and pleasant and dispatched Gil immediately to the house. Within 5 minutes I received a call and text confirming. Gil showed up 15 minutes later. Not only was he polite and personable, he unclogged the drain in 10 minutes. No up selling. Very professional and comfortable to have in the house. The price was the $54.00 quoted on the phone and he was great with our little dog too! Highly recommend!!!

I had a terrible clog in my sink drain that I discovered after taking the plumbing apart. I could not reach the blockage. I called Rooter Solutions and they were able to get to my house in just a couple hours. Gilbert and Morgan showed up and diagnosed the problem really fast and got right to work. Within a half hour it was all good and put back together. I can't speak highly enough of Gilbert and Morgan. Very professional and just nice gentlemen.

My main drain was clogged up on a Saturday. I called several places that wanted to charge a "weekend fee" and an "emergency fee." It would have cost $300+ That was until I called up Rooter Solutions. I called them and Frank came by within a couple of hours. He was very nice, professional and just a good dude. Fixed up my clogged drain in no time and the price was very reasonable. If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Very unproffesional, came out to fix my bathroom sink, left and the next morning my bathtub backs up. They then refused to come back to look at it due to a false accusation of substance use on my property (my wife and I smoke cigarettes) while one of the plumbers was vaping on my priperty indoors without permission. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

After failing to attempt to repair a problem coming from the cartridge in the shower multiple times I decided to call Rooter Solutions Plumbers. Representative Isai Saaib listened to the problem I was dealing with and within 3 hours the old plumbing had been replaced and both the hot and cold water were flowing without any issues. I highly recommend this company for providing efficient service.

Scam alert! Beware!! Rep wasn't successful clearing a simple clogged sink, so he said he would send an associate with a camera for "further inspection" and to recommend a solution. Seemed fishy, like he wasn't really trying to unclog the drain, so I called another plumber who came out and easily had it unclogged in 5 minutes.

I had a backed up toilet at my bar. I called them around 11 am and they had someone at my location in less than an hour.
