Rooty Hill Station has so much parking nearby, we often find ourselves parking here instead of Mount Druitt as there are usually plenty of open spaces, plus it's quite safer to an extent. Nice restroom facilities, but is in dire need of facilities for accessibility and an upgrade, especially with the retirement village being built next door.
Good station, but despite being a busy station on the T1 line, only 1 in 5 trains actually stop here. Needs more trains stopping here and desperately needs an modern upgrade. Needs modern accessible facilities such at lift access and accessible toilets which are now standard at other Sydney Trains stations.

Great staff at this station and a fantastic bathroom for a railway station. Quite a quiet station but lacks rail service frequency. Difficult access for prams and not wheelchair accessible.
Get in some good training here - running from rapists and Lads in bunches that is. Real rating 1 star, but I was threatened with a houso bashing if I did that, so 3 stars it is! …
This is the station that is forgotten in terms of upgrades. At the very least it needs a single set of indicator boards at pedestrian bridge level.
Nice upgrades and renovations. However a key function for the roofs and walls of all the stairways is that it does not keep the rain out.
there are no roots here an i cant see the hills and also there is a creeper that lives here

Recently implemented wheelchair access and lifts makes the journey more pleasant
