Jhanvi, a very sweet and humble lady, was appointed for me and she reached at my place well on time. She was carrying bag that contained all necessary equipments and products needed for the facial as well as manicure, pedicure. She looked professional and was dressed well. She began with the manicure which continued for a regular 30 minutes time wherein she cleansed, scrubbed, moisturized and massaged my hands. At the end, she used a pack to finish off the manicure. I must say I really enjoyed the massage and my hands felt very soft, supple. What I liked the most was that she used fresh pouches for all the products she used on me which means that you don’t have to worry about them being sanitized before they are applied on you. After manicure, it was turn for the facial. I opted for VLCC facial as my face looked really dull and lifeless. It was a 6-step facial which included cleansing, scrubbing, detanning, moisturizing, massage and face pack. Jhanvi was sweet enough to describe what she was doing and how it will help brighten up my face. The facial lasted for 70 minutes leaving my skin fresh and glowing. Jhanvi also carried a disposable bag to keep the used pouches and she made sure that she left the room squeaky clean by the end of the service.

I clearly requested Sameera on a watsapp and a call I need a facial, KERATIN spa, normal waxing hands without underarms, eyebrows and Upper lips. She gives me the package for 1299. I don't know what miscommunication happens but the beautician comes with Loreal spa products and was kind enough to admit it before starting my hair spa. When I called Sameera and questioned her about the mistake, and how much I pay. They make me pay 999 for a facia+ normal waxing only hands+ eyebrows and Upper lips. No apology for the mistake, no consideration for the charges. I felt cheated paying 999 for only a facial and hands waxing. Sameera did not have the decency to even call and clarify. She has made a mistake the second. The made a mess when I requested for services in Nov 2023. Not worth it if the customer pays for the carelessness of the staff.

Have never come across such a dirty salon Not at all organised, professional are not trained. Took a package of 6 services and land up at the salon at 5.30pm with prior appoinmnt, yet thy kept me waiting... Finally wen my hair spa was taken the water was not there in their tap...there thy kept me waiting half hour andand than soa shampoo was not ther at salon Thy use some shampoo sayingvit works and all I can say is besudez dirty the salon was totally disorganized

I must share this with all . Have had a second session today on 3/5/23 with Priyanka , the beauty expert from Rose Lady salon. It was an amazing experience with Priyanka’s service. She is extremely good at her work and her polite demeanour is praiseworthy. She does all her service with patients and focus. I have rated her service 5 stars. Go for their services without a reservation in your mind . Wonderful service Rose Lady Salon . Keep up the good work .

Great services by Priyanka Paik and Geeta! Very relaxing massages and facials. Loved how quick and mess free Priyanka was in her waxing skills. The 2 stars were given for mercy and other than that there's nothing that I found as a service. It is the pathetic place I have ever seen in my life. Most unhygienic and untrained staff with absolute no knowledge. I am new to Mumbai and got carried away by the reviews given to this place. I don't recommend this place even to my enemies.
