It's beyond comprehension how this practice still has customers. The staff here has no care, regard or respect for their patients time and the doctors whilst competent are incapable of running to schedule presumably due to chronic over booking. Dr Nagib stands out particularly in this respect. For example, Today I left work early and turned up for a scheduled 4.30pm appointment and had to wait until 6pm to my doctor. How hard is it to notify your clients by text that the doctor is running late? especially when it's by 90 minutes? I've tried to avoid this madness in the past by asking for the first appointment in the morning only to watch in disbelief as 3 people walk in before me. If you have to see a doctor without an appointment it gets worse. Expect a wait time of over 2 hours if you're lucky. Continuity of care is an unlikely prospect when the doctors are often fully booked into the following week. I suggested to the lady on reception as a matter of courtesy that they should really notify patients when the doctors are running so far behind. Her reply was that it was a busy practice and she didn't have time. I guess she'd rather have a room full of angry patients than a handful of satisfied ones. The management of this practice is one of breath taking incompetence and I am able to concur with the majority of reviewers that there is nothing 'super' about this clinic. My past experience of this place is that a scheduled appointment has never run to time and I advise that you to steer clear of this unprofessional monstrosity.

Nagib "looks after" both my grandparents and I could cry at how he treats them. He keeps these two elderly people in his waiting room for hours past their scheduled time and then rushes them so much that they get flustered and don't even manage to voice their concerns and then they run out of time and he tells them to book another appointment to do it all again. He is heartless, thoughtless and incompetent. Several times, his management of my grandfather has put him in hospital- including putting him on the wrong medication (which the hospital keeps taking off him), and telling him to take certain medication and then calling at 930pm to say he made a mistake and not to take it anymore. He refuses to listen to the concerns of family members and continually just sends my grandparents for blood tests which are unnecessary. He doesn't seem to have a good grasp of how to treat his patients. We are desperately trying to get my grandparents away from him but they are stuck in their ways. The wait times at this clinic are ridiculous. This is not due to "emergencies", this is due to them overbooking because the doctors are so greedy. There is no way a medical clinic like this would have so many daily emergencies that the scheduling gets delayed by multiple hours every single day. I'm disgusted at this doctors inability to care and slow empathy towards our elderly. You are a cruel man Nagib,and I am contacting AHPRA to look into your dodgy consultancy

Useless. Been coming here for 10 years god knows why never liked any of the doctors besides doctor Brendan ah wong. He was the only one to truly help. Yet, he’s gone away and left me in the lurch. He was the only one I could put up with and undstand, as the rest have strong accents and I have trouble understanding and they get frustrated with me for not understanding. Not to mention every time I’ve been there I am maid to wait a MINIMUM of a hour! I’ve been in there 3 hours before and left because I was over it. What finally blew it for me? The longest wait on hold I’ve ever endured with this super clinic. Should have left a long time ago. Don’t even know where to go. Gave up on my antidepressants because Brendan left, and because i don’t like any of the other doctors and they don’t like me because ei can’t understand them. Rude doctors, long waits on phone and in clinic, and was told by one of the docs (can’t remember his name) that I didn’t have a certain condition, told me to get a xray and he was surprised to find out I actually did have it. No apology. Had been diagnosed as a child so I knew I had it. He refused treatment because he didn’t think I had it. And he wanted me to go get a ct scan that I couldn’t afford. So I gave up. Not helpful at all. Rant over.

He calls me back 2 and a 1/2 hours late past appt time which I missed and I then spend 20 minutes connecting to the medical reception Who then Emailed doctor Heaney To call me back urgently which never happened.After waiting 2 hours for another call frm the Dr I tried to call again & I waited 30 minutes to get through to medical receptionist and could not get through at all despite trying more 10 times that arvo. It is suddenly too busy at Rosebud supa clinic because the company that owns this medical clinic is prioritising vaccination jabbs over genuine medical Condition Patient appts bec it is easy quick money as Vax jabbs are consistently quick easy appts to complete, therefore faster turnover which equals MORE PROFIT. The company that owns rosebud super clinic DOES NOT CARE it about its regular patients/clients. I had a medical emergency & I was in hospital & waiting for vital pathology results frm the hospital which reception & Dr knew abt & I get treated like this. They worship more profit over the medical well being of their regular patients. Disgusting & negligent.

I have been here twice and both times I have been left regretting not waiting to see my usual doctor. The first time I felt like the doctor wasn't listening, didn't care and I basically had to diagnose myself. The second time (a different doctor) was the most painful doctors visit I've ever had. I had severe tonsilitis and needed a series of 5 penicillin injections in my bum. I'd had an injection in my bum before and while it hurt more than one in my arm, I wasnt expecting this one to be as painful as it was. It hurt so much I said there was no way I could have another 4 of them (needles don't usually bother me). I opted for a slower recovery with oral penicillin tablets and I was right to do so. I didn't know a doctor could stuff up an injection in the bum so badly. He did nothing but increase and prolong my discomfort. I couldn't sit or lie on my left side for over three weeks and i had a massive hematoma that lasted for a couple of months. It was almost three months before the pain had completely disappeared. I will never go back to this clinic. Apart from the ridiculous wait times, the doctors seem to be either inept or completely uninterested in their patient's comfort and well being.

My partner, who had been in Frankston Hospital for 8 days, was discharged on condition he get a blood test two days after discharge to make sure he was continuing to improve, if not, his treatment needed to change. The blood test was taken and the results sent to Rosebud Super Clinic. I explained this to the receptionist and was told Dr Tom Heaney had the results and would phone my partner when he had time. I phoned twice, but was told the doctor would phone my partner. The clinic then closed for 4 days for Xmas without giving my partner the results. I phoned again when they opened and was given the same information. We are still waiting. Dr Heaney just needed to tell us one number from the blood test. He failed in his responsibility to maintain high personal ethical standards and show respect to others. He failed to to take a few minutes to relate important information to us that we could not obtain in any other way. Luckily my partner improved but was in agony for the 7 days it took for him to get another blood test and see another GP. My partner will no longer attend Rosebud Super Clinic now he knows the standard of care falls so short of basic.

A patient of some 10years +, It's not even worth 1 star these days @ The Rosebud Super clinic, there's certainly no customer service from the Receptionist named Sandra, NOR from the Practice Manager (*Amanda!). Whom I just spoke to, 27 calls to get through to there this morning. Last Thursday told by Sandra to ring around to another Dr's surgery or go to ER, an 8 day wait to be seen by a DR there. I asked to speak to Amanda this morning, who did not want to deal with what I was saying, how rude Sandra is that she needs to get some customer service skills, to be told during the conversation to find a new Dr's surgery, after I informed her only been to 3 Dr's surgery's here on the Peninsula in the past 48 years, then hung up on me, whilst speaking to her!!! What is going on there?, considering 3 new Drs from Rosebud, Duff, Williams & Coffey joined there.

It's the Easter long weekend and we needed to take my 4 yr old to see a doctor whilst holidaying in Rosebud. Both the opening hours on Google and their own online booking system clearly suggest they're open. We booked an appointment via their online system and it was accepted. Fast forward to the day of the appointment (Saturday) and the entire facility is shut. Words cannot accurately express how disappointing this was. If you're not opening up over Easter adjust your systems accordingly to indicate this! We had to scramble to find somewhere else to attend to our medical need. I can also say we weren't the only family let down by this poor operational management of this facility. Others were equally as disappointed. Seriously, lift your game. You have a duty of care to this area and you've failed to meet that obligation this time round.

Rang last Friday (13-01-23) for appointment and being advised none available but I should call 8AM SHARP on Monday to have a chance for one vacant appointment to see GP. My wife and I made 58 calls between 8AM and 9:10AM to get announcement that I am calling out of hours. The hours are 8AM but only on Google. At 9:15 after close to 10 min on hold I got patronizing response that: 1- too many calls come through 2- no doctors before 9AM 3- will report to management Never come across such clumsy disrespectful explanation. Never I will go there ever. Gave them one star only to be able to write this. Will be glad to give them NEGATIVE 5 stars. I have a heart condition and after this experience advise all to stay away from Rosebud Superclinick. Disgusting treatment of clients (not patients) from front desk.

Totally irresponsible clinic. I was sent for an MRI because of a shoulder injury and was told the clinic would contact me IF there was an issue. I waited a week in pain before contacting them only to be brushed of by the receptionist and told that if I wasn't contacted there was no issue. I demanded an appointment and once there I was then told I had a torn ligament. The doctor offered no advice on rest or recovery time whilst also answering phone calls while I was sitting in front on him. With a rude receptionist and a totally incompetent doctor I will never be returning to this clinic and don't recommend anybody else do either. They are incompetent, rude and lazy and you will get better advice from Google. Edit: I emailed the clinic as requested to discuss my review and have received no response.

There does tend to be a wait at this surgery, but i tend to expect that at most surgeries, let alone one of this capacity. I've seen several gps there, and they have all been most polite and helpful. I'm now seeing one doctor solely (I have a variety of health issues unfortunately), and he has been as helpful and supportive as i could ever hope for. Everyone has an off day, ed doctors, and I don't doubt some patients drive them to distraction.. but these guys at least try to be professional and helpful.

Terrible x 100, never get in at yr appt time, on average 1 1/2 hrs wait to see a Doctor. I've waited 3 hrs then left without seeing anyone. There is no where else to go in Rosebud unless you go private. Other than the hospital, go there instead, this clinic processes patients like a factory conveyor belt, all about profit nothing else enters their minds, including the receptionists, I'm not that "old" but I feel myself saying Is this the world we live in today ?? One star for?... the location

I have never experienced such a useless doctors appointment. I have a medical condition and needed follow up tests done to manage it. Dr Brendon Ah Wong told me that he didn't believe it was worth tax payers money. I am a tax payer. I wish I could stop Medicare using tax payers money to pay him for a service that he did not perform. I advise that you don't see this doctor. He was rude and showed no empathy like a narcissist. I won't be returning to that clinic

I was recommended to see Tom Heaney as I have no way other than to vent here. My family and I have endured 4 days waiting to hear from him from my tests wether I have bowl cancer. Staff have there hands tied, they are wonderful but I am disgusted in his lack of professionalism, care or just the courtesy in making the 4 booked phone calls After seeing another doctor and being told I was misdiagnosed wow fantastic news, but angry at his total lack of care.

Whilst it's hard to get an appointment within a week the standard of care given by the staff and the GPs is very good. It's worth remembering that the Rosebud Superclinic is a 'Free' clinic funded primarily by Medicare, unfortunately there are many people that forget this and are overly critical of the service. If you don't like the service provided, pay to see a GP! It pisses me off to hear people constantly whinging on wait times - grow up!

If you are really injured or ill don't go here, go see real doctors who will help you and who won't tell you there's nothing wrong , not only once but twice. Have a foot injury and was told my foot was OK, so I walked on for 2 week in pain, got 2nd opinion at a different clinic , sent to a specialist, mri, revealed serious damage , now looks like I might have to have surgery, Thanks Rosebud Super Clinic for the A1 treatment. That's sarcasm.

Honestly I came from the city before so wait times are a hundred percent normal as most drs I’m use to, in fact if there was never any wait times ild be concerned they don’t have enough feet walking through the door. Absolutely loved Dr. Jun. believe she has moved on, will try a few others there. Probably open for the longest hours on the penninsula which helps when you work and need after hours.

The front desk and nurse were all very helpful, however after seeing the doctor I was no wiser on what might be causing my discomfort and pain. I just had a bunch of referrals for urine test, blood test and an ultra sound. There was no communication on what had been dismissed and what might the cause of my pain. So I’ve made an appointment with another doctor at a different practice.

Thank you to Cal on reception for helping me arrange an appointment for my Mum who was very ill. Cal was kind, understanding and very professional. She went out of her way to find a time for my Mum and then when she was in the clinic, she looked after her with a glass of water and offered her assistance to get to the car. It made a very difficult time much easier. Thank you!

Do not see Dr Nagib here. He is incompetent and not willing to help or even talk. He gave us wrong answers to important test results and just wanted us to leave with no concern or questions. Unbelievable, he acts like he doesnt want to be there and should definitely not be allowed to be working as a Dr. Could cause life threatening results if you take his word on anything.

If I could give less than one star I would. Dr Wagdi Nagib should find another profession as he clearly doesn't want to be a doctor. After waiting for an hour and a half past my appointment time I was treated with disdain by him. I worry for any poor unwell soul that might come across him. My son went in after me and had a similar experience. It's concerning.

Rediculous, been here several times to ATTEMPT to get an appointment but ended up having to wait 3 hours! Just to see a doc for not even 20 minutes? And they never even sent me out my blood test results, absolutely useless! Between the absurd waiting times, rude staff and overall incompetence, better off going to any of the other nearby medical centers.

Receptionists friendly but I had to wait for over 2 and half hours for my appointment. Patients were going in ahead of me. Asked for help several times and the receptionists told me they were sending a message to my doctor. When I finally got in, the doctor said I was not listed as one of his patients. The worse service I have ever experienced.

I booked a fist appointment here and waited 1.5 hours. Still not seen to and had at least another thirty minutes wait, a little hard to wait so long when you work and are on your break. Why? - who knows but I thought doctors visits were 15-30 minutes so why such a long wait when I had an appointment. I will never know if the doctor was good.

You are told that your booking is at 9am. Having experienced long delays prior I thought I had the 1st appt. Not so. Arrived at 8.50 to be told by may I say passive aggressive bench staff. (A bit like glorified flight attendants) meaning they have all the control. No empathy for the worker. Neef

This has been our family practice for many years and we really appreciate our doctor and wouldn't want to see anyone else. Just had a family appointment for our annual flu shot and the kids didn't even know the needle had gone in. Done and dusted within 20 minutes. Thank you so much!

No surprises for me when I logged on and viewed the Google rating. Not a place I would recommend to anyone. Bulk billing is the only reason you would visit this clinic. No service provided, long wait times and no caring whatsoever for patients.

Absolutely atrocious! I went in today with an elderly gentleman I support who wanted a copy of his medical records. $15 for a print out and another $15 to have it sent to his new GP. His new GP printed out his blood test results no charge!!!

Do not go here if you are under 30 and wanting a vasectomy, especially if you are childfree. Hearing that a doctor told my partner that I will 'change my mind' is honestly insulting. You will more than likely be refused.

I have been a patient with Dr Prabash and cannot say a bad word about him, his bedside manner is better than perfect. The nurses are friendly and always upbeat, the staff always greet you with a friendly hello.

Came here for child immunisations and was absolutely amazed by the male nurse. He made balloon animals from gloves and made the whole family feel at ease!!! Highly recommend him to everyone
