Don’t waste your time going here, went here 4 time calling ahead scheduling appointment going at my appointment time and ending up waiting an hour or more just for them to cancel. No communication with the customers at all. Even if you have an appointment they still take the walk ins before you so no point of scheduling an appointment. Still ended up waiting for an hour to cut my sons hair and when it was his turn I was told I still have to wait another 30 minutes. Unacceptable, this is not how you run a business.

I have been having Rosie cut my hair for a very long time. She always does a great job on my entire families hair. She had great ideas to change things up when I want something different. I have tried others and always return to Rosie because her consistent high quality hair cuts for a price that is way too low. I always tip a lot because I feel horrible excepting such good work for so little. I recommend Rosie to everyone.

I've been going to Tracy for over a decade, and I can't praise her enough. Her color and highlights are fantastic! Tracy's passion for her work is evident in every appointment, and I always leave feeling beautiful. She goes above and beyond by not only making your hair look amazing but also helping you maintain its health and prevent damage. They have signs inside and outside the store which say: "Walk In Welcome" But if you go there without calling.They will make you wait super long time.They will keep serving the people who already called. Which make sense. But since they have signs It would be a great idea to Service one customer who called and one customer who just walked in. Service and staff are decent.

ok yes i agree rosie is nice but the other gal had something Bugging her, MEAN and REALLY NASTY FACE, U COULD TELL. DONT RISK IT. BUT i WONT GO BACK, EVEN ROSIE DIDNT UNDERSTAND WHAT I WANTED AND KEPT SAYING NO NO NO. REMEMBER ROSIE, i KNOW MY HAIR BETTER THAN YOU DO. My husband gets his haircut by Tony and I sometimes get a mani or pedi from the wife. This is a very great service that they provide. My husband always looks sharp and Tony does extra by cleaning up my husband's beard hit in the nostrils and checking on his ears. Before I had my sisterlocks installed, Tony used to line me up too.

Friendly establishment with great rates for haircuts and more. I paid $11.00 for a haircut today (August 1, 2022), and it was one of the best I've ever had. Barber was very detail oriented, thorough and listened to what I wanted. This place gives you the biggest bang for your dollar around.

They provide great care and a large selection of professional nails. They provide, hair cuts for men and women. I have gone there on a monthly basis for professional nails. Rosie's House of Beauty has such great service and low prices, that I will be going there with my sister in April.

Made an appointment with owner and made clear what I wanted and had some new guy doing my hair pulling and expecting to cut my hair.,all during she does someone else's hair and not says anything.I left before he started cutting my hair so my nice day at solon turned horrible.

I've been to a couple other places for hair cuts, but I always regret it. "Tracy", is my go to beautician to cut my hair. She is very professional and very attentive to detail. She makes sure you are 100% satisfied with the end result. Very fair prices. (Full service salon)

They do an amazing job on nails/eyebrow waxing here. You even get a nice arm/hand massage when your nails are done. Haven't gotten haircut/color here yet but planning to soon. Highly recommend for nails/eyebrow waxing. They also have free Green Tea!

I understand they take walk-ins and they get pretty busy. But they have to be transparent with time and appointments. They make you wait hours until they let you know the availability. Not fair for other customers. Last time coming to this business.

Best barber in Portland! Reasonably priced & good with kids. Nice pedicure service also reasonably priced. Big off-street parking lot on other end of the building. Call ahead for an appointment or you may have to wait.

The worst barber. Had appointment at 2:30 but he let someone in Behind me first. Do not let them give you a hair cut. Worst. Go get a cut somewhere else. The worst place. If I could I would give it a 0 star review.
