I made a very expensive custom order to be picked up from this store. The order was an hour late than the pick up time agreed upon and once I received my order not only was it incorrect but the flowers were squashed and poor quality. I was told to ring head office as they could not do anything at the store, I rang head office and they were very dismissive and unapologetic about the situation. As someone who has been a regular customer for more than two years and has made multiple very expensive customer orders before, I was extremely upset and dissatisfied not only with the order I received but also with the way the situation was handled. Overall extremely disappointing.

Disappointing and unhappy with this place. My husband ordered flowers to be delivered to my work place IN THE SAME shopping centre and they never showed up. He then went into the shop where they said they had been delivered but I had not received but then changed their mind and said “it’s here, do you want them?” Of course he did, because he had ordered and paid for them ! To be delivered! Then he received an email saying “ YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED” Which it hasn’t, because he had to collect them manually and no give them to me. What an absolute mess and a huge waste of money

Did not get value for money I ordered the $69.00 arrangement plus $20.00 delivery showed the lady what I wanted them in and but got the $39.00 arrangement in the the small box I told her a few times that I did not want. When I complained they expected me to bring them back in the store to be replaced, which means they new the stuffed up. They ruined my wife's 30th wedding anniversary. My suggestion is, it is ok to buy in store but do not get any thing delivered as you do not get what you order.

I went to Rosita with no clue about flowers and what to have, I only wanted a bunch of flowers for my fiend's birthday. I have to say that the service here is outstanding, the florist was very friendly and patient with me, she helped me not only to chose the best flowers but suggested about the colours and combination, the final result just amazing. Simply beautiful! Definitely will come back. I fully recommend this flower shop!

My go to flower shop! The flowers at Rosita are the most beautiful ones I’ve ever seen. When I see there flowers it makes me so happy. A wide selection of flowers. I am always willing to pay for high quality of unique flowers. The flowers at this shop are just amazing. The staff are also very welcoming, friendly and are willing to listen to my custom bouquet requests. I will always keep coming back here!

Be careful and make sure to get a receipt after buying flowers. While you're looking away, they'll take money from your account twice. Not only me, but others have experienced the same thing. And they'll never give you a refund. And if you complain something, they laugh and ignore it. I bought flowers to wife with my kids today, due to this bad experience i will never visit ROSITA again.

Bought a bunch of Rose yesterday 11/10, within 5mins back to the shop... we discovered the flowers were badly and dried leaves..my partner walk back to the store and asked for an exchanged (even refunded)... they refused to do so and accusing us of not leave in water and we left the rose outside for too long... Bad service and dont recommended at all

Just left this shop and won't ever go back! Server with very strong accent too busy texting on her mobile to offer us any kind of service! Made a request to which she said "no" and proceeded to ignore us completely! Was looking at the $99 bouquet but will go somewhere else. This "florist" obviously doesn't need customers....your loss!

Most beautiful flowers in town plus the staff is great. I'd request everyone searching for flowers to make time and support such businesses. Stop promoting the online mafia killing these small hard workers. Stay safe during the pandemic everyone. Wear masks when out wash hands everytime you touch unknown surfaces or things. Thanks

Terrible experience and bad customer service, the woman at the shop today was very rude and closed the store in front of me at 5:15pm this Friday instead of 5:30pm I asked her to please serve me before she closes. The hours should be changed as it is misleading. The flowers looks so gorgeous really ashamed of this attitude…

Worst customer service. Rude staffs member just talking to each other in their own language. Asked for help and was about to spend $100 to customise a bouquet and she just pointed outside said it's all they have. Too lazy to even assist and continue to chat. Pacific fair store is much more helpful.

I recently had some flowers delivered to a friend of mine who turned 90yrs,I couldn't ask for any more beautiful arrangement from Rosita florist at garden city,they were beautiful and my friend just loved them,thankyou so much ❤️ again,I certainly will be going through them again in the future,

Went in to get a birthday flower The flower was beautiful but the staff were rude and seem like they didn’t want to be there The costumer service was very poor. Love the flowers here for years but the service is very poor. I only go here if I have to otherwise won’t recommend .

Most beautiful flowers you will ever find. So many bright and beautiful roses. The staff is soo good too. They are good at suggesting which flowers are appropriate for different occasions and have never let me down when I book same day deliveries.

In the past I have not had good experiences with Florists. However, I was extremely impressed with the service provided by Rosita Flowers. The flowers were well presented and arrived on time. I would be happy to recommend this florist.

This place is the place to find the best quality for bouquets and flowers! I gave my mother in law a beautiful Rosita bouquet and she loved it! The staff is very attentive to details and friendly, definitely recommend passing by.

Quick response and helpful customer service in picking out flowers over the phone for delivery on same day. Nothing was too much trouble. The recipient was absolutely thrilled and loved the flowers.
