Ross code service is terrible now that they are more busy. The waitress only cares about the tip. I went there a week ago and we ordered food at 10:30 and was told the kitchen closed, and first we were told the kitchen closed at 12am. The waitress said she'll put the order in but don't know if we'll get it. A couple next to us came and ordered food right after but got their food so we told the waitress and she claims they ordered before even though we were sitting right there. We never got the food! I called another waitress 3 times. I wanted her to tell our waitress to come to our table. She looked at me and walked away. My friend called her as well and she looked and walk away. They only care about who will tip them.They jacked up their prices (which i can understand during the times we're going through), but if you're gonna jack your prices up, please have better service. There is absolutely no regards when it comes to social distancing when you enter. But they give you a hard time to go in. When you get there, people do their own thing and are sitting close to others. Its crazy. Please offer training for your employees so they know how to treat people, especially if we're gonna be spending over $200 for drinks and hookah. A shot of tequila is $14!!! Rip off and Hennessy is $250 for a small bottle? The owner is disgusting and rude, legit told me on my face that he’ll lose money if he moves me and my friends to a different spot. Thanks!

If I could rate this place a zero, I absolutely would. We had an extremely horrible experience here. The staff were rude, pressuring, provided unacceptable customer service, and an absolutely terrible manager. A minute after getting into this place, 4 or 5 waitresses came and asked us if we were getting any drinks. We said we would and we needed few minutes to get situated, but another person and then another person came and were repeating the same things. They gave us a table and when a couple of us went to the restroom, our friends who were seating on the table were moved to a much smaller table. They were asked to order drinks immediately as well when we hadn’t even been handed a menu. So after being moved to a much smaller table, then came the third waitress asking us the same thing. All of this interaction happened within 10 minutes or less after we entered this place. The manager yelled at me for asking for a few minutes to order the drinks. Avoid this place at all cost if you can.

Overall great experiences every time I go. I’m a regular here. I’m sorry for all those who had bad experiences. It was just probably for that moment in the night. The food here is great. The drinks are fantastic. The waitresses, bartenders, and rest of the staff are very friendly. There’s no lines of disrespect in this establishment. I go to tons of venues in the Industry. Code is by far one of the best. It’s a “feel good” on arrival setting. The ambiance does it for me and the hundreds that attend here. If you’re looking for a place to kick back and chill during the week. This is it. You want to have a great time with the Caribbean vibe, well then, this is the place to be. It’s not that expensive like most say. It’s fairly priced. I definitely recommend to anyone and everyone to come out and have a great time here. Weekends are busy. So you should book ahead of time! My experience here wasnt at all what I expected. Firstly the items are over priced. It was confusing to place orders for our drinks and food. Most of the servers were pleasant, but they were overwhelmed with orders. We placed all orders recieved a bill and paid full cash plus tips. There were times we tired placing order, but you couldn't even get hold of a staff. We ordered drinks paid and didn't even received them. Had to reordered again and pay again. The music was good however the dj kept changing too fast you couldn't even enjoy it. Before leaving one of the server pulled my husband aside saying we have outstanding bill. How is that possible idk. Because we paid how were got our items and coming to an end it was a rainy night we came with umbrella they got stolen. I dont think I will be back to code.

Absolutely trash establishment. As a business, the owner, and management should know that first impressions are everything in gaining new customers and keeping regulars. I went to Ross Code last night and the bouncer in front had the nerve to probe me with questions about why I'm at the venue and who I'm there to see. Then he proceeds to "search" me which is fine, and demands that I pay him $20 for entry. That would have been fine, if it wasn't for the 3 dudes that came up from there car, got searched and walked right in. I asked if they weren't paying and he looked me in the eye and said "no, only you pay". If this is the first impression of a business, I will not be going there again. Ross Code and it's management needs to fix this.

My absolute # 1 go to spot!! Either too party or chill, i always have a great time!! Drinks flowing, hookah smoking, different flavors to choose from, the music is on point, Code staff is very friendly and fast service upon requesting drinks or appetizers!! Live DJ on the weekends!! Many different drinks to choose from their bar, and food selection menus!! Amazing atmosphere when entering, indoor and outdoor seating!! Very diverse place for all cultures to enjoy!! Not to mention all the screens to watch sports and games live!! Never a dull moment, definitely recommend celebrating an event there, such as birthdays, etc or checking out the vibes to bump to some good music enjoy some drinks, and food with some great people.

Went there for a birthday event. Everything was great from the beginning of making the arrangements with Ross and Kim to the actual day. They were super helpful, communication was cleared between us and Kim was great in helping us with everything. She took care of us during the night. Our server was super attentive and kept checking on us throughout the night. Kim was always available to any questions I had and she took care of us from the time we entered to the time we walked out. I would recommend and use here for future events. Only down side was the dj spoke too much during the songs. The hookahs were great. They lasted all night. That was quite a surprised.

Horrible service ! Went in, sat down, waited almost 30 mins then left ! NO ONE CAME TO SERVE US. I even got up during this time to tell someone at the bar that we are waiting for our order to be taken. She said she will send someone and no one ever showed up. Extremely disappointed. Left and went to a better bar with top service. Before exiting , I went back to the young lady I spoke to earlier about it and told her that we have been waiting for almost 39 mins so now we’re leaving and going to another place. Her response : “ well at least you see I told the girl to come” . No apology or anything . Not good enough!

I read reviews on Ross code lounge and still decided to give this place a chance. Let me start by saying the waiter we had was a sweetheart, but the overall experience was bad. The drinks and food were TERRIBLE! I’ve been to many lounges before me and my friends and this place is by far the worst. The waitress made over me and my friend drink twice and both times it was bad. The food was cold and not tasty for the price. This place is definitely Overpriced & needs to do better. The best thing here was the waitress, the hookah and the music was okay too. Food was bad drinks were bad and not worth the price !!

I had my birthday at Ross Code Lounge this past weekend. I love coming to this place as I have been attending for years that I just had to throw my party here. The music is always so good and versatile. We were dancing and singing all night! The service was excellent! The bottle girls and hookah service were top notch. They came to my vip numerous times throughout the night to ensure that me and my guests were well taken cared of. The food was tasteful and we ordered numerous items. I would highly recommend this place for a night out and great time!

Okay I picked this spot because of TikTok my overall experience was 5/10 the waitress aka bettyboop gets a 7 she was very sweet & friendly the hookah 8/10 the Food was horrible no flavor small portion and pricey 4/10 the drinks were very watered down 3/10 the music was all over the place 5/10 we had an issue with the bill because they brung us the wrong food and didn’t want to take stuff off the manager or whomever came with a bad attitude young girl with a ponytail was very rude wasn’t really helpful will not recommend

Since Ross Code Lounge has opened I’ve been there countless times. On every single occasion the service has been terrific. You never feel anything short of family when you walk in - each server and bartender treats you like a VIP. The food has consistently been delicious and the drinks have been on point. The code pasta w shrimp and the codetinis are absolute must haves! Parking is not always the easiest to find but honestly, you shouldn’t drive after a couple of Codetinis anyway :-)

Been here twice, had a good experience both times. First time I went was after work on a Wednesday, ordered the Henny Mojito pitcher (got a free hookah with the purchase), Shrimp tacos and the code platter. Everything was great. Staff was great and helpful. There was also a live DJ. Second time I went with my friends on a Saturday night, vibes were nice, but the music could’ve been better. But I would still recommend. P.S. It’s a not a joke when they say a place where friends meet. Nothing but great vibes. The food is amazing and will have you craving more. The hookah is smooth and hands down the best in queens! Feels like a second home. Favorite drink- Henny Mojito!!! Every need is catered to in one location. Ideal date night or even girls night out. Favorite local djs are always on deck. Trying to have a good time with my friends and family, but everything turned out differently. It’s overpriced just from the entrance, I had no option to bring my coat with me inside. Bottle prices where different for the table next me and I ended up paying 50 dollars more than them for the same thing? Workers had bad attitude, specially that girl manager. Saw they way she yells at everyone! That was horrible

Second time coming here and not doing it again. Vibes are nice but security is incompetent and seem to lack common sense. Establishment has great servers, drinks were okay bc we bought bottles but Securities behavior cannot be justified. Not sure if they are trying to build their ego at the customer's expense or feel powerful. There's a million other better places to go, don't waste ur money here.

Bartender who's never seen patacake in his life cannot multi task. Vybz are ok but service is terrible, the bartender wiped down the bar more than he served drinks. I notified him of my order 3 times and he continued to serve other people. After notifying him of this he ignored me completely.

It's all about money... You have to pay $20 to go in then pay $3 to check your jacket. They don't give you a choice if you want to keep it or not. The $45 for a bucket and the rushing you to finish it. They dont want you to use your vape there but you can purchase there hooka for $50. Save your money and go somewhere. Don't worth it.

I love this lounge, the shrimp tacos and jerk pork were both delicious. The atmosphere is amazing. I danced to good music the live DJ was spinning. It got Lit. T was super fun. The cocktails were tasty. I’m waiting to go back for another fun night.

Had the pleasure to work for Ross directly. Not only would I advise you to not go, but he doesn’t care about his patrons. Only the money they spend at his establishment. He also decided to short me money and other workers money on their shifts. Comical establishment that won’t last forever. Good luck Ross you’re going to need it!

Came here on a Friday, vibe was good. Given the area this place is decent. Music was good, hookah was good, and the women serving were very nice. Only drawback is that the bouncers get kind of aggressive, but again it goes back to my original point about the area so I understand why they have to take precautions.

I didn’t end up going all the way inside because the people I was meeting made a detour and went somewhere else before and stayed longer than expected. But what I saw I would have loved to return that night. It was packed and looked like a safe crowd who were out for fun.

Great vibes and music from all Genre In a spacious and entertaining environment with tight security to ensure you’re having a good time with a peace of mind. The prices are affordable. The owner is a very down to earth man also. You gotta check it out to experience it all. Did I mention they close at 2am?

Ross Code Lounge was epic! I had an amazing time here with my friends and family. Celebrated my birthday here. The VIP section was huge! Music was on point and the bottled service girls and hookah girls were all so sweet and checked on us all the time. Will be back again! Thank you Ross for a good time!

I celebrated my husbands birthday and our anniversary on a very busy night at code and had a wonderful experience . The owner Kim checked on us from start to finish and made sure everything was perfect . Definitely a great experience . The bottle girls were top notch - lots of fun and on point .

Too much Indian music. They rarely mix the music for everyone. They play a few good soca and dancehall songs then they cut it and go straight back to Indian music. Nothing is wrong with Indian music but it’s 99% that and 1% other. It is just too much and it kills the entire vibe of the party.

Paid $20 for a dead club. They also mandated jackets and flannels for $3 (which is not in their dress code). When we tried to dispute not having to pay $3 for a long-sleeve t-shirt, the bouncer got hostile. Scam lounge, not worth the money, and overpriced drinks. Go to Blend or Nyx instead.

If it’s a lounge (not a club) why charge $20 for entry. Food was uncooked and cold in the inside. I wouldn’t even feed my dog their food because of how unseasoned and nasty it was. Mind you both food and drinks are over priced and drinks watered down

We had an incredible time working with Ross Code Lounge. They have a unique venue, great service, delicious food and great music. From our experience, the service has always been impeccable. Definitely a place to visit if you want to have a great experience.

One of the worst clubs I have been to. They have horrible service. Watered down drinks. I waited over an hour for drinks and hookah at my table. On top of that. People who ordered after me got served first. Never going back!
