Worst experience ever! Was leaving the mall passing through to the outside exit and Anthony the racist lost prevention guy told us we could not enter because my son had a sucker in his mouth and they don't allow food or drinks! My wife asked if he was serious and he said yes so my wife told my son to take the wrapper out of his pocket and put it in his pocket. As we are halfway to the door I guess we didn't take the path he wanted us to because he comes up to us and says yall need to get out of here and then gets on the radio and says there is a crazy little mexican woman headed that way. This is outrageous! I attempted to call the manager and the District manager with no answer. I left a message with the district manager we will see if we get a call back. NOTE: Not to mention that one of the only 5 star reviews on here is from a man that has never reviewed anywhere but here did not leave a comment and just so happens to have the same last name as the manager? Classy

I've worked for ross for over a year in the past and I enjoyed it. I have been to several Ross stores in the fort worth area and none of them are as unorganized and filthy as this location!! The people are so rude and not friendly at all. If I ever try and return something they accuse me of wearing it even though there are no stains and the tags are still attached. This has happened on more than one occasion and the same manager will ask me if I wore it before and say oh BC it smells like it. For some reason I think he just does that to embarrass me even though I never worked at this location. They are hateful and never clean their store. You'll always find kids opening toys and running around and clothes scattered all over the place. The bathrooms are always filthy too. The only reason I come here is BC I live 3 Min away

I rarely come to this location, even though is closest one to me. Sad to realize that as Hispanic that customer service is not our strength. Saw a pair of boots, obviously returned and already worn, with their original price. I approached one of the cashiers and told me they were reduced to $7 and change, she only needed the right price tag to ring them up. When I ask the lady with the machine to make the tag, she told me they were $40 (in a not very nice way). I end up not buying anything because I stood there for a good ten minutes waiting while she was giving an attitude of not wanting to be there nor doing her job. My advice is to fix that in this particular location, not for me but for your regular customers, they deserve better.

But needs check !!!! “ for more recently good service to the community “ it was my 1st time entering to shop at Ross Yesterday , when there’s a Guy in the 1st entrance didn’t like how I was told to live my bottle in the front desk , didn’t said excuse me miss or said nicely ??? It just rude even tho my bottle was closed “ any Absolutely no signs posted in entry. No where “!!! In or Out “ especially why don’t ask all customers to check on there purses??? And see if they have a water bottle . I am never never coming here AGAIN “ Thank you “

I walked in there today with my daughter and grandkids without a mask. I told the children "Let's go this way" and the lady at the front very rudely repeated back to me "Let's not go this way". I didn't realize she was referring to me not wearing a mask at first. So, I looked at her and told her I was exempt so she proceeded to call her manager up. I told her not to worry that we would just leave. She had handed my daughter a mask and when I told her we were leaving, she took the mask back out of my daughter's hand tohand to another customer. WOW. I WILL NOT EVER GO BACK THERE.

I typically don't like Ross, because it's cluttered and I have a hard time finding things. But, this was my first time in this store and I was quite surprised. I walked in with my mom, and wasn't really looking for anything in particular, but did end up making a purchase. The line was long and there was only 1 cashier. And when I went to try on clothing, there was a girl back there, but I guess she went on break because when i came out, there was a male security guard letting people in the fitting rooms.

In the past I would have given him five stars but now they get three because I cannot find clothes that fit me anymore. They have nothing but skinny jeans on the hangers they don't keep dress shirts the way they used to in the nice packages they hang up a bunch of loose clothing here and there and you can't find what you want. I used to enjoy buying nice white dress shirts and other dress clothes but now it's not Ross's dress for less it's something else.

This is a store that sells designer brands at a fraction of the price. They have clothing in a large variety of sizes and all are reasonably priced. Other than clothes they also carry shoes,purses, and some household items (bedding, rugs,etc.). Many items are even less expensive than Walmart. And their clothing lasts for a long while. I have tops I bought here 4 years ago and still wear. I usually buy my clothes from here. Love it!!

I would give zero stars If I could I walk in there for 2 minutes in a security lady ask me nicely to wave my food at the entrance and on the way out this black dude security just kicked me out right when I was at the door leaving and he was very rude and he said he was just gonna give me one warning no to come back inside with food I didn't even answer I just walk out there not coming back here ever just for the costumer service

First time@ Ross today, as soon as I walked in I was approached by security because I had a water bottle in my baby's stroller. He said I couldn't come in with the water bottle. He said no drinks allowed in the store. It was a 103 degrees outside in Texas. Absolutley no signs posted in entry. So I turned around and left. I guess profit is so good they didn't want my money. If I could do zero stars I would. Shame on you Ross.

Very rude SECURITY lady their was this morning saying my 1 year old can’t have his snaks put them away after she rudely was on our butt about it gave them to him on our way out she still says he can’t have them with us very stupidity we are already on our way out he was in his stroller he is not going to touch no clothes y’all really need to get it together and think about the babies

Customer service average I haven’t come across a rude associates in this location.My only concern is the restrooms it’s DISGUSTING. It smells like pee it’s super dirty ! I suggest you hold your breath or just hold it. Also I don’t understand why there is only two or one person at the cash registers. This store has so many consumers, they should take that into consideration.

Enjoy their sales, great prices and is always stocked up with great stuff but sometimes employees can be rude and the loss prevention will fight with you if your kids have drinks food ect...they will not let you in. They do not greet only the loss prevention if he feels like it and when you ask for help they seemed bothered toys are always open and restroom dirty

As I walked in to Ross, through the mall, the black security lady got on her radio, and said, "New customer, New customer. She's wearing black/pink shirt, black shorts". I did an about face, and said to her, "No. You don't have a new customer. You all are weird." You obviously don't want me there, so why would I spend my money?

If I could give zero stars I would!!!! Horrible store with very very rude staff. If you work in the public you should atleast have a pleasent additude. I couldn't agree more with the post about the security guard!!! Don't ask to try anything on cause you will get harrassed the rest of the time you are in this store.

Ross's in all right place you know I sometimes have shoes to fit me but no clothes to fit a big tall person you know it's kind of like a five-and-dime store if you ask me you know they have a lot of stuff you feel like shopping through all the stuff but I wouldn't put too much stock into it

Never have I ever been to a Ross that doesn’t let you go inside if you have a drink on you. EVEN IF ITS CLOSED WITH A LID. So dumb. I had a drink in my hand that I was holding for my child and they told me I couldn’t come in unless I got rid of it. Instead of getting rid of it I just left.

Always find more than what I was looking for at very reasonable prices and the customer service is great. Store is clean and well maintained and everything is in its place, go here when you're not sure of what you're looking and find everything you didn't know you needed! …

Coming from the mall into the store was told they have a no drink policy in the store .they have now lost a customer for that maybe if ro Running a customer off before they even get in the door .theyll soon be out of business with that type of customer treatment

I don't appreciate the no water bottle. I keep a water bottle with me at all times. They told me if I was going to shop I would have to leave my water outside till I finished shopping. Like I was going to open the water and pour it on their merchandise.

Security not friendly. They was disappointed by my 2 year old son, because he holding a toy. They don't like also if you leave your shopping cart not in right place. I think they just rude and lazy. I like Ross, but not this one. AVOID this place!

100+ degrees outside in Texas. Most parents carry a snack and water for their children. If you are one of these parents take your business elsewhere. They will rudely turn you around. Will never shop at another Ross store. Terrible values.

Not long ago my sister lost her wallet there and no one was there to help . They were all rude and refuse to help us , we asked the security to check the camera and they refused , that the manager was there didn’t want to apparently …

womens public restroom are really nasty n dirty looks like it never been clean for days. Toilet's are none working and they staff's are lazy and rude to their customers when a customer made a complaint about their women's were too dirty.

Waste of time..mall entry opens whenever staff decides to open the gate. I was told to just walk around...really!! Store dirty and unorganized. Don't try to beat the crowd by coming early, as the staff are ignorant to the store hours.

Convenient and Good customer service, Cashiers don't take much time for checking out,Right next to the mall very Convenient location. Certain shelves were empty and didn't have much variety of casual shoes in 10.5 section.

They have a great selection of clothes for all ages from newborns all the way up to adults but there was one thing the restroom kind dirty there was toilet paper all over stalls floors they were not very clean

This is a really good Ross except for the selection for certain things that I would expect to be able to find her I couldn't find but it was much better than the Burlington that's next door

For my first time inside a store in months their was a long line! The store itself is organized they ran out of things but im sure they will restock the next day …

I love Ross! Is just sometimes that you have to rack the whole store to find something that you might like. But that is the price of finding great deals, I guess! ;-)

An employee at the front door Wouldn’t let us come in with a bottled water and would not explain why that was a policy. I thought that was strange. Didn’t go in.

Good place to find cheap things for every room in the hause as well clothing,shoes and home decor. They have a large selection of everything really good store!!

“Loss prevention” does nothing but stand there & be on his phone but is quick to jump on you for bringing in a practically empty bottle of Gatorade. Trash.

Good deals, but the store is pretty messy. Customers just put stuff down everywhere. Checking out is a nightmare. Only two registers were open. Long line.

They already kick out 10 for having drinks. I am standing here waiting for my family because i can not go in the store with close water for my baby.
