I just left this store , i m so sorry I have to give 1 star this cashier didn't deserve nothing. I spend about 40 min in the store got items i need, affordable price with cheap service, came to register this girl didn't greet any costumer including me, I said hi how are you she didn't respond, ring my items up told me the total on the screen even my 4th grader can read the numbers and tell ppl she got the money gave me my change still no word. I know she can talk because she was talking to other employees. You guys accept applications, making interviews training programs meetings, etc. ( I m just guessing because regarding this situation, u don't !!!! ) your customers getting nothing out of that don't keep anyone doesn't wanna be there, don't steal other ppls hour who are dying to work bur they can't get enough hours. In the end, she didn't give me a bag for half of my items, and the shopping cart can't go out awesome right i had 2 Hands cpl bags many un baged items . I won't forget about this store specifically she scream after me " NEEEEEEEEXT" out standing.

Walk in the store with 2 kids. Ask if someone can help me get a big rug. No help. Ask if someone can help put the rug in the car since the cart wheel don’t go outside NOP!!!! No one is allowed to go outside to help a customer. Mind you I had two kids a little toddler. Common sense to help a customer. My 6 year old had to help!

Purchased a shirt 2 days ago along with some other clothes.. went to get the tag removed and the mng refused to without the receipt. Make sure u have then to remove the tag if u purchase clothes, had a plan white t shirt. I did not like that. Maybe if I was white it wouldn't have been a problem ‍♂️ …

Great store, great selection, even better prices. Only dislike the lllooonngg line but I guess to be expected with the season and lot of the cashiers are new. Shop with patience, a good heart and be kind. Talk to ppl behind and in front of you. You never know who you may meet Merry Christmas! …

Just visited this location after waiting for it to open for almost a year. The store was mostly empty racks and barely any selection at all. Stood in line for 40 minutes as there was only one cashier open and also servicing the return line.

only one cashier and a long line. young lady who was cashiering was rude and did not greet me, I said hello and thank you, she did not respond lol like at least pretend you care. the guy working security was really nice and welcoming

Siempre hay demasiada fila y una sola cajera que hace todo ella sola, tiene que atender a los clientes que necesitan cualquier cosa, además tambien tiene que cobrar, venir aquí es tardar más de 20minutos en la línea

New Ross, Same Thing. Long lines 8 registers, only 2 open, people dropping things and leaving when they realize the line has 20 people waiting! Gave 2 star because it's still clean.

Table we wanted was scratched and they didn't have any replacement ones plus offered to discount it but if it was to big then we couldn't bring back so we didn't buy it.

Absolutely Unacceptable. Lines running past divider. Only 1 REGISTER OPEN. Same as most TAMPA locations. I have NEVER seen this in Saint Petersburg.

Another great location just be prepared to be in line for a while but overall the staff was friendly and the store was clean.
