I planned to work here to supplement my income. The manager was rude, I had to wait 30+ minutes for the interview to begin, I was hired on the spot because they are desperate for people, which is understandable. However, once I completed the paperwork, it was not for the position promised. So I declined. The employees are swamped and they aren’t treated well here. Employees call in a lot because it’s grueling work at a low pay. Which is why also why there is such a high turn around rate. I called in about a return after I declined the position and I was promised by the manager that the return would be fine as long as it was within the 30 days and I had my card. Until I got there and he recognized me then suddenly, he can’t do it. He instantly declined it. I understand it’s hard to find employees but I definitely see why they can’t keep people on the pay role. I won’t be shopping at this Ross anymore. You catch more flies with honey not vinegar.

I said well charge me for it. She said she couldn't because it didn't have a barcode. I asked if she could get a manager since usually things that have no price they charge something close to it. She asked the cashier next to her and she didn't even turn around and just said no we can't sell it. I said is that your manager? She said no, I told the cashier I asked for a manager. She said if you would have said it was your daughters it would have been a different story? I told her so you're saying I should have lied? Umm no! That is not my daughters! That's why I am trying to purchase it?? Such bad customer service! Why have a store if you are not able to sell customers what you have!!! Ridiculous!!

I came in Wednesday 29 around 9:30 pm and I had found a piece of furniture that I was interested in but it was damaged but i thought I could probably repair it at home, but if i was gonna have to do that I wasn’t gonna pay full price so I went to the cashier since there was no one else there to ask her a question. I said excuse I had a question to which the pointed to the other side and rudely said for me to go so I could speak to her which made no sense why i would have to walk to the other side of her register for a question. Once I walked around there i told her I found a piece of furniture but it was damaged do you all give a discount and i was gonna show her a photo of the damaged to which she said rudely said interrupted me and said “We only do 10% no matter what” while I understand that they have policies and procedures there no reason to be so rude to customers.

Customer service much?? When someone finally came to open the door I was blocked from entering and told “We’re not open yet you can’t come in” I asked “you don’t open at 9?”. She said “We don’t open at 9 we open at 10”. I looked at the door and it says they open at 9, not 10. “She said we don’t open at 9 today we’re opening at 10”. I told her all I had to do was retrieve a package from the Amazon box and I’d be in and out and she still wouldn’t let me in. If you’re going to change you store hours at least PUT A SIGN ON THE FREAKING DOOR so your customers aren’t standing outside freezing just to get turned away when you open the door.

The selection here is just getting worse as time goes on. Half a rack will be the same shirt in different colors. And the older woman who is "loss prevention" is so damn rude! I guess I was taking too long looking at perfumes so she decided to just come and stare at me! I'm having to google reviews and scent descriptions because there's nothing labeled in the store. I felt rushed because she's just standing in front of me examining and now I've bought something I really don't care for. I always purchase about $50-$100 when I come here, but today will most likely be my last visit. Didn't your mother ever tell you it's impolite to stare? And to point at my tattoos when I asked what's the problem. Profiling. Down right unprofessional establishment.

I haven't been here for 4 months hoping they improved their customer service ....They failed today too. I checked out with a young lady named Eu...something , I had a 100$ bill from 2006 and she was telling me it might be fake and I want to pay with that ....pardon me....it's not my fault the machine they use to check money it's out of date .She only had to check it 3 times and no problem. They should use another methode to check money moreover other customers heard our conversation about that so that she made me feel embarrassed ,not even saying sorry and thank you . I give her 0 * customer service.I am sure I will shop at another Ross Store in the furture .

Not as much selection as there was before. As soon as I walked in I realized I forgot my glasses in the car as I was returning where I cane in the employee told me the exit was on he other side of the store as if the door wouldn't open. Also, before leaving I had to change my babies diaper. Fitting rooms were closed and apparently the restrooms were as well. I don't know how my husband was let in then. I asked if I could change him in the 2 front fitting rooms they have (with changing pad of course) since it was freezing outside and was told no. I did not get her name but the employee was very rude from the get go.

I was able to find some quick and cheap items for me and my grandson one day when we were off to the park. I was so excited to babysit him that I rushed out without even realizing I still had on house shoes and without his diaper bag. Luckily I was able to pop in and out of Ross fairly quickly and found a cute, inexpensive outfit for him and some basic shoes for myself. Would have given five stars, but at this particular location the cashier lady was not very friendly and it kind of blemished the good mood and shopping experience. Maybe she was just tired.

I love Ross ESPECIALLY this one it was neat clean and very organized the associates were polite they spoke AND they were making sure everyone was abiding by CDC rules I greatly appreciate it and did I mention the bathrooms were clean and this store wasn't hot or dusty standing in line didn't take forever the associate not only greeted us with a smile she asked if we found everything ok and she also let us know the hours were going to be extended due to the holiday season I was very impressed thanks for making our experience smooth and easy

My boyfriend and I went here yesterday and had an unpleasant experience with a cashier, her name was “Laura” she was extremely rude. My boyfriend and I paid seperately and I got through faster than he and while I waited for him I saw how rude she was also being to all the other customers. I never want to shop here again, we just moved to Ft. Worth and I love Ross but she ruined my first day here. Y’all should have a serious talk with her because y’all have just lost a customer and probably many more due to her rude behavior.

Women's restroom was disgusting. Got there at 9:30 AM. The store wasn't even open long, so that shows me the rest room wasn't cleaned the evening prior or morning. Each stall look like it was TP'd. Treasures were full and there was some bloody/feces looking covered tissue hanging out of the trash bin. Toilet paper all over the floors. I was so disgusted. I ended up leaving the store without really browsing for anyting. Sincerely, Plregnant woman who had to pee

NOTHING on the shelves. Very typical at MANY other locations as well. Not sure WHY. And when you find something to purchase, it's always an act of Congress to get to a cashier and there is always a line. TJ Maxx and Marshalls are a much better option in my opinion. They don't staff their stores properly and never have enough cashiers. The line today had 16 people in it. Do you think they open another cash register? Hell no!

The store’s location is a great place to shop & eat , also get to see a historic building at the same time. But the store inside is a s**tstorm of clothes on the floor & items not in their place at all , the shoes are always misplaced & crying , screaming children & no good basic electronics at all - they need to clean up & get their stuff together ..... I would make it a one star but since they are a great location - it gets a 2.

I personally really like Ross, but kind of have to be in the mood to go there. You have to enjoy the dig, and I know a lot of people are not into that. Not always the most organized establishment and you don’t exactly go there for the atmosphere. Also you don’t always know if you’re going to find what you’re looking for. This place is strictly about the deal and I like a good deal!!!

Love this ross location. Most of the decorations in my house are from here. I also bought shoes for work at a killer price and that makes me very happy. I get customers are messy with some isles, but employees pick them up as soon as they can. Lines are typical for a ross store but if they have extra help they call someone up to the front to move the lines quicker.

Always a wait at checkout lines because only one checker checks us out. Several staff walked behind the customer service area, but no one offered to check out those in either line....or even acknowledge anyone to say "she'll be with you in just a minute." Lots of holes in different departments but the biggest issue is that none of the staff is outgoing or friendly.

Best selection and prices of any Ross I've ever shopped at. Good thing I was on a limited time frame so I couldn't buy more stuff than I did. Person working at dressing room was super nice. All the associates for friendly and nice. Store was nice and clean. I'm not going back for a while cuz I can't afford to shop and I found too much stuff that I wanted to buy.

Yay! I achieved everything I wanted. I was in town visiting for a wedding. First off the greeting at the door was very pleasant. I spent around three hours just browsing. I purchased the bedspread I've been wanting so much. I also got the bride and groom their gift. Pretty much all I needed to shop for anywhere today. So yeah pretty good deal okay. Thanks Ross!

Big selection (more than most any other Ross in area) of Junior's clothes. I wear a sized small or small and 1-3 in pants, and it's hard to find a lot of stuff usually, but they had an awesome selection, and great clearance items. Remember markdowns happen on Mondays, if you want to know what departments & items were marked down just ask an associate.

One of the better Ross locations in the DFW area. Everything is well organized and the employees are very friendly. I feel like this particular store gets some inventory that others don't, so you have more options here. It's also cleaner, better stocked and less-torn apart by rude customers not putting things back where they got them.

Found a nice sweater. The shoes isle is always a little slim when I come, wish I knew if there was a specific day for shoe restock. As usual I had to stop and check out the snacks on the way out and was stuck between two snacks (pics shown)....I chose gummy bears, lol. On another note, the store is clean, orderly and kind staff.

When first open now I wouldn't buy jack outta there now people allow their kids swing and play on the clothes throw things on the floor .they steal shoes try them on leave old one their. It look like one big garage sales of nothing now.all because management allow it to go on ..

This place was a good place for and shopping and I really enjoyed how convenient it was to do what I arrived for as well as how being served didn't request too much in order to enjoy. If you're looking for something that fits in these parameters then this is a good place to go. I've shopped here plenty of times.

I love Ross! Everything is fashionable, but so affordable! I get must of my clothes here, kids clothes and shoes too. Let's see... Blow dryer, towels, shower curtain, rug, kitchen accessories, furniture. You can pretty much outfit your whole house except for beds and couches

One store manager in particular at the W 7th location needs coaching on how to properly assist visually impaired customers. A recent in-store experience showcased an extreme lack of empathy and also a need for training in handling & accommodating people with disabilities.

Maybe not the best if you are trans. As soon as she noticed me, an older staff member in the back gave me an unyielding, aggressive staredown through my entire visit which made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Unfortunate, because the rest of the staff was very nice.

You can find some really cute stuff in here, but you have to be willing to pick through a lot of junk. This place reminds me of a Pick n Save! I have to be in the right frame of mind to actually be able to sort through everything until you can find a treasure!

The manager REGIS is a RUDE angry man!!! I asked him to view glasses in the locked case, this man said MOVE, so I can get in. What happened to excuse me? I said something and he never apologized or acknowledged his RUDENESS!!! Very very upset!!

Every Tuesday we go to 3 Ross stores. Not only for the senior discount, but also because there variety is better than Marshalls and home goods. Their Buyers know what the public wants. Diversity. Not the Walmart offerings.

The entrance is disgusting and looks like someome vomitted all over the place with colors. Someone should change the entrance so it isn't too obnoxious and dirty.
