First time going to this store didn't get a chance to buy my items because they had someone following me threw the store then when I turned my head and walk a lil more down the aisle there person took my cart a hid with it yes hid with it. My friend said when he entered the store looking for me security was at the front yelling who cart is this and the lady was standing there at the jewelry center they need to talk to their employees about running threw the store taking the carts before people can buy the items won't visit this one again they some kind of crazy

Horrible customer service. Supervisor incompetent with no.customer service skills. Instead announcing can I help the next customer please the yell NEXT like they are serving cattle not human beings. Customer service is no longer important at Ross. At one time it was major to treat the customer respect. Never go there again.

I was searching for Christmas items on sale and there was a large selection of ceramic decorations on sale. A lot of items were at least 50% off or more. The store was clean and the staff was helpful. The store wasn’t over crowded and I picked up other items that were heavily discounted as well.

Why do these stores not keep clean in our neighborhoods? It is dirty every time I come here. Look at all this trash blowing around the door like tumbleweed. The wall is dirty. Pressure washing is too cheap.

I returned a pair of casual pant. I waiting 10 minutes at the counter to get refund after two customers ahead of me. Then I proceeded to shop for miscellaneous items & then got in cashier's checkout line.

Their dressing room isn't well kept, dust like that doesn't acculturate in a few minutes, they don't clean properly. Clean it up or fire the cleaning company. Do something different in the New Year.

Please restock... from shoes to clothing. The only items that were plentiful in this store were women's underwear. Many tags missing on clothes, then the Cashier just looks up some higher price.
