I actually like this Ross location, they always have nice shoes in my size... Clothes not so much my style i look overt them at least twice,lol. Just to make sure iv didn't miss any potential's. I will admit after about 15 mins of being in there it gets HOTT and i hate to sweat, if im only shopping! Please management, fix the air conditioning, no one wants to be have sweat trickling while shopping I can't even enjoy shopping because I'm more hot than shopping. And I end up having to leave this has happened on more than one occasion I prefer to go early in the morning when no one is there in the store seems to be way more cooler at that time. And no this is not a let me talk bad on Ross because like I stated I like this location. Just a little tweaks and twerks wouldn't help for them to know what's happening at their store. Oh yeah and the bathrooms need help as well I noticed that but I'm not going to speak about it. Because the AIR CONDITIONING is really my major concern, because I like to shop at Ross this one specifically.

Hello I am a faithful Ross customer and today's visit after 7:00 p.m. June 5th the store manager Christian associate Maria associate Brittany and the cashiers that were there at that hour or amazing every time I go to the store positive people that really care for their customers kudos to you all and God bless you and by the way the human store I felt humiliated I was lied to about a return the same day Amy a store manager that was there try to help me but the cashier just blurting out loud and rude feelings that I got from them which were bad vibes but who knows maybe they have store management problems there and I have over 30 years in retail management trust me I know best but yeah I felt like I was a little lied to at the human store at Ross I hope things get better we'll see you again next time thank you I love Ross by the way and I spent almost $200 last time on the store over there by my godmother's side of town I love that store Maria take care you're a good woman you're a good worker congratulations lady

I used to love coming to this store it was like a hidden gem, but this store has went downhill tremendously! The assistant manager is a joke she talks loud and over talks people to appear smarter than she is that’s what people do when they are not really intelligent. She is very rude and disrespectful and had no earthly idea how to handle situations of ambiguity instead she hangs up the phone because she is unsure of herself as well as the role that she holds at Ross that’s why she is an assistant because she doesn’t know how to handle situations at all grow up sweetheart not your age but you mind and mentality! Maybe one day those two sides of you will meet! I will have to start going to the Hulen store instead I don’t have those issues! This store is not worth the ground it was made on! They really need classes on customer service and active listening!

They had lots of options and the store was pretty neat and clean. The line really wasn't too long in comparison to the Lake Worth location, especially considering that the parking lot was packed. However, they only had one person worrying the register and nobody would come assist her. By the time we got to the front, the line was growing and some of the people waiting for very impatient and asked for the manager. There were too many people working to have only one person at the register, but in comparison to the Lake Worth location, I planned to sit in line all day, so this didn't seem too bad. The lady at the dressing room was friendly and helpful, as was the last working register. I felt bad that she had to get grief at for the other people who weren't helping.

Came here with the family. We go here and to other Rosses alot. But this time something was different in the air. Been contributing my money to Ross since the day of time. But for some reason instead of asking us if we needed help. We where just watched until we made our purchases. I found this funny, Considering the shoe I purchase for me and my family. You'll never find at Ross. And some is the prices of their pay checks.Not trying to brag but just stating the obvious. Note to the employees not all black people steal. We are your #1 consumers don't forget that. We pay your salaries. These are the shoes I was wearing when i went in Ross this particular day. Sorry Ross you don't sell these .

I LOVE this store! I am so glad a friend took me here and I feel that I have truly discovered a gold mine! :) The prices are awesome and the selections are great! Of course some things may have a minor flaw, but i have never had any problems with returning anything to them. Stores are a bit picked through at times, but I expect that because of the prices!!! everyone wants a great deal! The bathrooms and dressing rooms could use some updating and more cleaning, other then that I have no complaints, they are usually always very busy and i'm sure hard to keep up with the amount of people coming in and out.

I will NEVER shop at Ross again! I came in to return some underwear I had purchased that were too small. The sales rep wouldn't do my exchange at first even though they still had the tags on them and were unworn. After speaking with "Fawn", the manager I was given a store credit but because I couldn't locate my receipt they would only give me the current sale price for them. So now I'm out $8 for underwear I no longer own or could fit! I'll continue to shop at TJ Maxx. They know how to treat their customers.

I absolutely LOVE this store. I buy everything here. Clothing, housewares, shoes, purses, coats and jackets, gym attire and even things like make up and shampoo. Most everything is named brand and available at a big discount. Most of the staff is friendly and helpful. I dread going to the mall but I love name brand items so Ross is perfect for providing me brands I love without the hassle and high prices of the mall. I recommend Ross to anyone looking for great brands at a great price.

You never know what you will find here. I simply went here for a belt and ended up with a few other items as well. It was still a cheap trip and was a very simple transaction. The security presence here is strong and you get the sense of safety and security knowing that there are so many eyes on you and the other patrons. The cashier was very nice and quick to check me out as the manager seemingly watched over the store. I imagine a lot of theft must happen at this particular location.

I haven't shop at this Ross for about qi years. Still clean, friendly and lots of bargains but a lot of the clothes have gone back to the '60's and '70's with fabric patterns that did not look good back then. There's a few modern but I didn't find any clothing that I would wear. I'm not saying don't go here, you may find things you like. The other non clothing bargains are still there and the store is clean and employees were friendly.

I can almost always find something in the store. It's hard for me not to find something in this store. The only reason I don't give it a 5-star rating is because it is kind of messy. The employer that I ended up coming across was not friendly at all. So maybe when I go back, they will give me reason to change from a four to a five star rating. But definitely cute things for good prices. I love shopping at Ross.

If your a male don't bother going here. I come to this ross with the wife fairly often, I've come to a point where I won't be going in with her anymore. As a male there is nothing for me in this store. There mens clothing is a small corner while the womens section is 2/3 the of store. If your a male don't bother shopping at this ross. They don't even stock the small section for male clothing that they do have.

Just an ordinary visit as usual. I'm really starting to believe that Customer Service is a thing of the past, because everywhere I go, the employees act as if they couldn't care less about my business. They are rude and act like they are being put out by assisting me. Every once in a while you will still find someone who takes their job seriously and are courteous and eager to help.

Ross is a really great place to shop. They have lots of clothes for Woman, and Men at great prices. They also have pillows, towels, shower heads, shower curtains, pet supplies like a bed, toys for your dog or cat. They have art, mirrors, birthday bags, Toys, lots of things for the kitchen like a cutting board, silverware, measuring cups, pots and pans and much more.

It is one of my favorite stops when I am on the west side .... 2 stars off they do need to do three things : 1 - clean the restrooms more often! 2 : organize their shelves more often - can’t hardly find anything you want half of the time. 3 : more phone case variety - always a lost & found sisuation with that .... otherwise a good place.

Ross... Hah who doesn't like coming to this department store. Nice employees with a great attitude. My experience and expectations were met by my casher at the first register. Great atmosphere, great prices. Definitely some bang for your buck here, nice for little shopping sprees, got about 7 shirts, a pair of shoes and shorts for about 15$ average, some going to 25, shoes at 45, definitely better than buying from the name brand, good stuff overall, awesome place to shop

Everyone is Friendly and the woman in all black at the enterance is very cursmatic and welcoming! Clean and neat store. I've been there twice in one week. Best prices around! Found what I needed; that the other stores like Burlington coat factory didn't have or were over priced on. Great job Ross!

It was as expected. I was there specifically for a dog bed. 3 people in line, 1 cashier 2 people watching her work. The stores not the neatest but it's a Ross and people are digging through sh*t all day there so I'd guess it's an uphill battle. Cashier was nice once I made conversation with her.

The items are new, some are brand names at a low price but the sizes are not always accurate. They have changing rooms to try on the clothes however. i find that the shoe size are sometimes off. Good to try them on first. If you find one that fits you, it can be a real bargain.

Inventory at Ross during this pandemic is very scarce. Went a few times on different days, different weeks and didn’t seem it has been restocked yet. It’s very hard to find any home goods. Decided to go elsewhere, where there is always a great selection

poor customer service.. as I was skipped 2 different times so they could do returns as 2 to 3 other employees just chitchat.. so I say the items down and I walk out one of the female employees looks me dead in the eye and said " have a nice day sir"

For some reason when they stocked the racks they just threw all the clothing together. I was shopping in the little girls department but keep finding mens, women and boys clothing mixed in. That made my visit a bit CRAZY.

Kinda trashy store. Plus their loss prevention person is always glaring at you by the front door as you walk in. Makes me feel kind of funny. But hey, got a True Religion belt for $14. Can't beat that.

The deals are great, I got my Easter dress for $10, and my husband got a pair of Nike's, and a pair of Jordan's for less than $100. The prices are great, and there's a pretty good selection. Worth it!

This Ross had a great deal of items to choose from. A little short on stick of smaller women's shoes size 6, but over all very good. The staff at this location are very friendly and helpful as well.

I haven't been to a Ross in years since Burlington Coat Factory came into my life. I remember now is a nice place to shop for good deals and will go more often.

They have lots of clothes and accessories but not much of all sizes for certain items like under garments. They do have a good selection of bedding items too

The only flaw I experienced was how messy the store was. I went in the morning so they had not been open that long. I was able to get what I went for though.
