The most horrific standard of care I’ve ever seen. My friend had her 10 year old border collie collapse at home, she rushed him to Rossmore to be seen as this was the only clinic open on a weekend in the Liverpool area, she ended up being left in reception for 2 hours with no triaging from nurses or vets ( first mistake ). while my friends dog was waiting to be seen, the vets were taking in HEALTHY animals first. once they were seen, the vet had said “ could be a possible snake bite “ , so why was her dog waiting for 2 hours ?. After this her dog was admitted for fluids and further work up, with little to no communication from the vets, i had decided to leave work to see what was going on ( i work as a vet nurse ). close to closing, the vet that was on the late shift could not even give myself or my friends a diagnoses on what they thought was possibly wrong. After visiting my friends dog, we seen him sitting in a cage full of his own urine with no bedding, animals with no heating supply while still recovering from anaesthetics and animals sitting in their own urine and faeces. After not getting a clear answer from the vet on site, I had called a vet from my own work who had advised that his prognosis was poor. While my friends were deciding on whether or not to refer to sash or to euthanise the nurses out the front kept saying “ we close in 10 mins, so can you make your decision” , after myself having to carry my own friends dog out the cage with no assistance, she had decided on euthanasia. With no help, I even had to put him into the body bag for her to take home, AGAIN WITH NO HELP. Rossmore vet is known in the veterinary community to be heartless, neglectful, aggressive and loves misdiagnosing animals which places them in harms way . Please if you care about your animals there is a number of other vets in the area to take your babies to.

Absolutely disgusting place. Rotten, rude and horrible staff that don't care about the animals welbeing at all. I have a massive concern that if my pets are ever lost they'll be taken here and that's the last thing I would want. My husband and I, a few days after losing my mother in law were driving home through Rossmore around 6:40pm to come accross a german shepard in the middle of the road. Cars going past beeping it off the road. I have 3 dogs and I'm quite aware that if a dog is on the road their not meant to be there! Although it was the last thing we needed at the time, we stopped. Door knocked with no luck and then naturally made our way to Rossmore vet. Well. The skinny blonde at the counter was so nasty and rude about us bringing him in. He was chipped and called the owner and left a message saying he was there. That's where i thought my responsibility ended. Nope. She told us to take him to liverpool council vet instead. It was now after 7 so we went to check on our phone if they were open. She wasn't having that she told us quickly go now I'll call them and tell them you're on your way. Having no other option if they were closed we said no we'll wait, she then said, look we can't take him so if you're not willing to drive him to liverpool then just drop him back where you found him. WHAT!? i told my husband to tie the lead somewhere we're leavimg then another girl comes out screaming at my husband that she'll call the police on him with camera footage of him dumping an animal!! To say I am livid is an understatement. If you care for your pets or animals in general stay away from here.

DONT GO HERE - I took my dog here on the weekend . He had a limp when her walked and got puffed out quickly. His 12. The vet gave him medication for an irregular heartbeat that he thought the dog had. I gave the medication to my dog and my dog got worse over two days. I called the vet and ask what do I do they said just keep giving him the medication. I decided the next morning to not give him the medication to see if he would feel any better once I stop the medication within 24 hours. He was a lot better he still had his limp, but wasn’t panting constantly. I call the vet and advise them. They had given the wrong medication or the wrong diagnosis which made my dog. I was advised to take him to another Vet to get a second opinion and if that opinion was different, I could request for a refund. I took him to another vet who had a different opinion, and at the moment my dog is doing well. I contacted the office of Rossmore to get a refund. I spoke to the supervisor who was so rude and basically told me it’s the vets opinion on a diagnosis whether it’s correct or not, it’s his opinion And that now that I’m not willing to pay the bill, I’m becoming aggressive. This is far from the truth as I’ve already paid the bill. I am requesting a refund because I don’t want this to happen to anybody else if they keep making false diagnosis and issuing medication that is not required, it can really harm and animal , I do not recommend anybody who loves their animals to go to this Vet. Please save your money and your time and do your research and find a better vet out there for your animal.

Im writing this review based on what I witnessed my dear friends just go through after taking their beautiful 7 month old fur baby to be checked after she was feeling a little unwell to this clinic, after Being informed that she would be staying in overnight my friends went home believing their little girl was in the best place, there was no contact overnight that the little girl had taken a turn for the worst only a call the next morning to say she had a cardiac arrest and died,as you can imagine the terrible suffering my friends went through hearing this with no explanation what went wrong, when they arrived to pick up their now deceased little girl they were handed her little body and told to go home and google the symptoms she died from! In my opinion this is absolutely disgusting and heartless, after looking further into other people's experiences with this clinic it seems this is a experience many other people have also had, in my personal opinion I do not advise anyone who loves their beautiful pets to ever use this veterinary clinic and I would advise to always read the reviews as watching the heartbreak my dear friends are suffering is just terrible and they were shown no compassion or empathy at all! One again I can not stress enough please read the reviews and check other people's experiences as it could save your beloved pets life and you would not have to experience what my beautiful friend's are going through. Absolutely disgusting I do not recommend you take your pets here.

I rang at 7pm yesterday Thursday 8th to book my sick kitten in to see the vet and when I arrived at 7.15pm I was asked to take a seat and 15 mins later I had a young vet come out and tell me and another man waiting that we would have to pay an after hour fee of $200 or he would not treat my 4 week old kitten and because the man next to me had been waiting longer then me and because he spoke up in anger the fee was waved but I was told I would still have to pay and because I told them I was there before closing and wasn’t told this earlier on the phone and that I couldn’t afford the fee I was told that there was nothing they could do but urged me as I walked out that my kitten was not well and I could lose him if he didn’t see the vet, this was not a caring attitude at all from your staff and it was more then obvious that they cared more about the money then the sick kitten that was dying and I am disgusted how your staff treated us and your practice should be ashamed of yourselves for having a staff member on that was as disrespectful and heartless as this guy was and I want something done about this vet so no one else has to go through what we went through tonight , I have had my hours cut at work like so many other people in Australia and was forced to leave your practice with a dying cat so hope your team is happy with the end result here .

While the rest of the world celebrate Christmas 2016, I (and my family) mourn the loss of our beloved little girl - 4 year old pure Staffy Minnie. If only I had not sent her to Rossmore Vet, my little girl would have been alive and celebrating Christmas with us. On Tues (20/12), my little girl went for a simple procedure of de-sexing and was discharged the next evening. We found her breathless the following morning. Rossmore Vet deny any wrong however she was bleeding internally and discharged without appropriate checks. She was the MOST beautiful, caring and gentle soul. I will never forgive Rossmore Vet - you have taken a part of me. Please be careful when you take your pet to this horrible place - they simply don't care. Look after your babies...and avoid Rossmore Vets. My fit and healthy girl had many more years to live but this right was taken away from her. How can you be so cruel and negligent in your duty of care? How can they continue to carry out their business?? I will not rest until I find justice for my little angel..... Whilst Rossmore Vet & staff enjoy Christmas, my house is quiet with silent cries and thoughts of our baby. We cry the most when our other dog cries as he misses her so much - our heart is absolutely broken. I wouldn't recommend an inch of a STAR for this awful business!!

I took my chihuahua Biggie to Rossmore vet to be desexed on the 18/04/17. I got there at 9:15 and was there when the pre-operative sedative was given to my dog Biggie at about 9:30 by Dr T. H. Over 2 hours later I was told that he had gone into cardiac arrest and died when the vet was about to put the drip in before the anaesthetic had even begun. It is my concern that he wasn't monitored properly and left too long before they got around to seeing to him as there was over a 2 hour window from the time the sedative was administered and the time I was notified of his death. This has truly devastated me and my family. I would strongly recommend not using this vet practice. I dropped off a perfectly healthy, beautiful dog who was purchased from a reputable breeder and had been declared perfectly healthy by a vet before I bought him and it broke my heart that he died during what should have been a routine, everyday operation. I believe with more care administering the sedative and proper monitoring after the sedative he would still be alive. Biggie was the baby of our family. The most loving, cheeky and mischievous dog. His death has left a huge hole in our lives. Writing this review won't bring him back but I truly hope it makes others think twice before taking their animals to this practice.

Went here for the first time, it was pretty good experience with the doctor that was examining my dog (prembroke welsh corgi), the 2nd time we went there the experience went downhill 180 degree, went there for yearly vaccination and consultation, the VET that we got was pretty in a rush, giving vaccine injection when the table is still pretty dirty from previous patients then doesnt even do general check up or examination, simply asking "anything else?" right after the 2 seconds injection process, clearly he wanted us to go out ASAP. He didnt seem to be a caring VET at all, I guess it just depends on luck in this place, we cant book ahead because it is a walk in only. I really hope this place can be better. This is a really good place for emergency related issues, but I prefer to have a more caring VET even if I have to book way ahead of time. EDIT: editing this review, the vet just called and apologizes for the previous behaviour and offering a better service next time, quite happy that they actually read the review and striving to do better. Unfortunately I can't give 5 star as for me its a sign of a "perfect" place, will try to come back again some other time and see...

Think there needs to be abit more care by reception when people are making appointments, i understand it was busy. But over hearing the staff handling paperwork say( while the women who booked me in was at lunch” ) “I think this one should go next”! As she tossed my paper work to the side!! really annoyed me. when clearly I was waiting in the waiting area before they had even arrived. Finally the women had come back from lunch and realised I was still waiting with no others in sight. Cause everyone who had come after me left before me! even though I called up before hand and watched 3 family’s of pets and a bloke wanting a script, get seen before my cat.! Alittle more organisation wouldn’t go astray. The women was rather apologetic who had booked me in but the other women who made me feeling like I wasn’t even there needs to learn to realise that what she did wasn’t very professional! Just because I was down the other end of the room doesn’t mean I can’t hear you! Will be back in 2 weeks please don’t make me feel like I’m invisible.

If you care about your pet please don’t take it to this clinic very poor service from the Dr he didn’t even bother to give my pet a proper check up and take samples to diagnose him which he is supposed to do and is always done by other vets. he didn’t even look at my bird properly and automatically thought he needed to be sedated and stitched which he didn’t after I told him I didn’t want that for my pet he refused to help me and told me to leave. He wouldn’t even give me a piece of plastic which I even offered to buy to help my pet from biting himself, if you care about animals why not help! This doctor was very rude I highly wouldn’t recommend this clinic in general. Dr. Kevin Shulman Is the worst!!!!! These peoples jobs is to care for our loved animals but from what I’ve seen and heard about this clinic they have no care in the world! Please take your pets anywhere but here even if it cost more you know ur getting the best service for your pet which is what I’m gonna do! I am very disappointed

I went to Rossmore vet after being referred to them by a long time dog owner and breeder. He spoke highly of the level of experience and care offered at this clinic. I have read some other reviews and can not understand where the negative feedback comes from however my experience was nothing short of perfect given the circumstances. I came in with my golden retriever, which I soon found out was dieing and had less then 1 day to live. I did not have to wait long at reception given that it was a busy day, the vet was very helpful and understanding, she explained everything to me thoroughly from the blood tests and xrays and gave me the best advice as to how to spend the last few hours with my dieing dog. My Golden Retriever Jenny was the best dog anyone could ask for, and the advice I received from the vet was perfect. Despite the travel, I live approx. 1 hour from Rossmore, I will continue to bring my other dog and 3 cats to this vet in the future.

Possibly one of the worst vet clinics I’ve ever been to. As our regular vet is currently closed for business, for the meantime we had to optimise for another vet, in which we came here. Firstly, the waiting period was terrible waiting for over an hour and a half, to have my 9 month old dog examined for warts to have been told “there was nothing they could do” and “to leave it” to then having been charged for a consultation, in which resulted in my dog not being treated. Having a gut instinct, we decided to approach another vet for a second opinion, upon examination the warts have multiplied and have been suggested to be removed immediately. So thanks to this vet clinic we weren’t able to address this issue straight away, concluding in the progression of my dogs condition. I would not recommend this vet clinic to anyone, truly disappointed with this service. If your looking for somewhere to waste your time and money by all means.

If I could give no stars I would. I’m a breeder and took my litter here to have their vet worked done. The vet that microchipped my pups did it horrifically and one of the pups she stabbed completely through the skin like a piercing going in one side then coming out the other as she was pushing with so much force and the pup was in agony. I also took a very I’ll 9 week old pup there and they just wasted my time, took the pup out back while he was slowly passing away and brought him out after 35 minutes to tell me I need to go else where we he shorted passed away at SASH ( a much better vet ). They are unhygienic, many dogs leave with kennel cough also. They need to be reevaluated by the vet board as they are very behind in standards and skill and it’s quite alarming. Will never return back here as they have gone so down hill over the years and they should not be trusted with any of our pets lives.

High price ....$500 plus dollars later. ..said he had a snake bite and anti venum was well over $1000 without other fees. As I didn't have this this vet was willing to release us!!! No mention it may necessary to put our boy to sleep! Just go home and wait it out!!!! An hour after the pain killer wore off my beautiful Labrador seizures non stop until I found a vet at Thirlmere I didn't know about. I am new to area. Rossmore did not answer my frantic calls. When I rang the next day it was all about money;!!! It was cruel and a nightmare and watching my beautiful 15 year old boy suffer from midnight to 9 am was just not on . Thirlmere are marvelous their costs reasonable they house call and do AH ... I just wish I had known about them Our family are devastated from the poor service you and MacArthur Vets Camden provided ... Amos had a brain tumour!!!!! He is at Peace Shame on you Shame

My experience with seeing the vets so far have been good, especially with Kevin being so helpful with my own birds, including chickens. And not once has he given up on them no matter how sick they are. Though the waiting is of itself the worst experience at this clinic. I can count over 5 times I have waited to see a vet ending in frustration. 3 times I have waited over 2 hours, watching as other people came and go. And twice I was forgotten entirely, with one time the last vet almost leaving the clinic without even seeing me. And with our most recent visit was a 3 hour wait, which is incredibly rude as our poor budgie was stressed the entire time. It's honestly ridiculous how customers can be left waiting for long periods of time to see a vet, and to put people who have came after your arrival in front of you.

Two very bad experiences with this vet. One encounter was when they told me to buy $200 medicine for my cat to take and then the next day I got told my cat had no chance in surviving anyways. I’m not too sure what went wrong there but it’s one thing to misdiagnose but to also make me pay $200 for nothing? The last and final encounter was when I took my dog here as she had an accident on the road. She has a big graze on the side of her belly and they just let her walk free without a cone or anything to stop her from licking the graze. It’s very hard to stop and control your dog from licking a graze and they also said it would not be a problem. Days go by, she continues to lick it and as you can guess it got infected. So now they’re referring us to a specialist vet. How convenient.

I have been going to Rossmore for years since I had foster labs. Now I have three dogs and one cat of my own. They have treated my pets for bloat, snake bite, toxins, spinal injury, mole removal and of course the usual immunisations. I have turned up with random wildlife after jumping in skanky lakes and they have always been kind to me. As a pet minder I encourage many of my clients to go there as the price is so competitive (we are never badly shocked) but the care is a great. Hours are amazing and I love that you can just drop In. My dogs love visiting. Recently a vet nurse dropped off medication at our home. Thank you ALL for being pawsome. Love from Dolly, Lizzy, Lucy (the retrievers) and Daisy (the cat)

I don’t think they even deserve one star. Our dog has been sick for a while while we have been bounced around between vets. Finally line up an MRI with Rossmore Vet and make an appointment over one week in advance. My wife and I take the day off work and drive out to the vet. 5 minutes...I repeat, 5 minutes prior to arriving, we receive a phone call. The vet has been called out to a house call AND by the way our MRI machine isn’t big enough to do what is required. What an absolute waste of time. And waste of an annual leave day. Their solution: “take her to Sydney uni”. These vets should be ashamed at the service they provide. Poor communication; poor customer service.

Was not impressed with this vet clinic. 1, there's no appointments so you just wait in the carpark where everyone just socialises. There's no covid safety plan. 2, the vet did not even WEIGH the kittens I took there. 3, the vet did not look in the kittens mouths or feel them in anyway. Just chipped them and vaccinated them. I have never experienced a "health check" like this before. The door wasn't even shut so noise could be reduced. If you want cheap, unprofessional, totally rushed, rude staff members (the American accent girl is lovely and she would be the only positive thing I found at this place) go here! If you want compassion and care, go somewhere else.

never had a problem until today. today my sister and grandmother had taken her dog to the vet to get checked up because he has been in pain lately. the vet pulled our dog across the table by his tail so he turned and bit him. our dog doesn’t bite people but considering he had his tail pulled it seemed like an instinct. the vet had then proceeded to yell and swear at my family and it looked to be like he was going to hit my grandmother then told them to get out when they asked for a new vet. i was told that he had put an empty needle on the table but refused to say why. i strongly do not recommend this vet. I've taken a few birds here (it's so hard to find an avian vet let alone a decent one). They've all been treated very well. I even took in a Princess Parot whose leg was severely broken thanks to my Cockatoo (long and gross story) and they successfully removed the leg and she's now a content one-legged bird. Their prices are extremely reasonable too. Highly recommend. Edit: After taking my dog who developed a rash on his feet I've gone down to 4 stars. The fellow who treated him seemed like he didn't want to be there and couldn't care less about my dog. My dog still has the rash and I'll be taking him to a different vet.

Gave them a try and very happy with the service. The lay out is very open and clean too,parking is easily accessible. There’s a grass section right out the front for me this was important as I get to “settle” my dog by letting her have a sniff around before I go into the office. Receptionist was lovely and helpful,plenty of foods for dogs available and treatments etc,there’s also a water bowl outside incase your dog is thirsty. The vet I seen was a pleasant,very informative and explained what was happening to my dog. Problem was solved with antibiotics and the cost for 2 dogs was competitive. Recommend them..

Very bad, Cat not fed and very upset refused to give my cat back for 10 days until I signed document's there was nothing wrong with Toni, they done nothing, they blamed my cat for taking its capita out, and charging for job not done Rossmore Veterinary incompetent unskilled fraudulently charges to my Credit Card They said they didn’t make much profit on my job Never got copy of documents forced to sign fefore I got Toni He scrimmed all the way home very upset, he ate three teen of food and still hungry, had lost more than one kilo! He's been very scared of everything and everybody, he stated relaxing now after 5 months

I went back to Rossmore vet after 2 years because of the terrible experience I had with Vet Shulem. Unfortunatly when I went back today I got him again. Extremely arrogant and rude and does not care about your pet. On one occasion my dog was having anxiety and I whistled to calm him down. He literally said "dont whistle it may calm him but youre annoying me". The very first time I went I had another vet who was quite good and most others seem fine, unfortunately vet Shalum seems to be the head vet. I feel he may have a financial interest in the veterinary because he just cares about making money, not your pet.

We arrived without a booking when the surgery was busy, our girl had cut her foot at the dog park. We were greeted promptly and waited for our turn, we were seen promptly and three gorgeous staff helped sedate Lucy, clean out her injury and stitch her up, all with a smile and friendly chat (our vet Dr Momenifar was also treating anothwr dog at the one time). I wanted to highlight the consistent great service that we get at Rossmore Vets and especially acknowledge that when they are under the pump their customer care does not waiver. Thanks guys again for a pleasant visit in unpleasant circumstances.

I can’t thank Dr Kevin and the staff enough for saving our dogs life. After seeing a home vet who I thought could help until I could get her to Rossmore vet, painted a picture of death for Nalla, I actually thought that’s what we were taking Nalla to Rossmore for, to end her life. To our surprise we were told it was a straight forward procedure with a very high success rate. Obviously we chose to operate and our fur baby is back home wagging her tail all because of Dr Kevin. You are truly a legend. I didn’t know you guys did home visits and now I do I won’t be taking that risk again

Just wanted to say thankyou to Robert, and the team for always looking out for Dakota's best interests over her near 13 yrs. Rossmore has been our family's vet since I was a kid, and when I decided to get my own dog Dakota, they were always the most professional, and understanding people always. In Dakota's final hours, Robert and his team showed her dignity, did the best for her, and gave me the honest and most accurate and timely advice in what to do. I am positive that without your help and guidance Dakota would not have lived to close ot 13yrs old. Thanks again for your support.

Came in and took my dog here, Dr Cindy was very knowledgeable and compassionate. She not only did an overall checkup on my dog (which we've never had, the vets weve seen in the past normally just see you for one thing and send you off with the bill..) but Dr Cindy showed genuine care for the pet and consideration for the pet owner. She asked questions like "hows your dog with taking medication, so that way I can prescribe you some medication that is effective for the dog and easier for you to give" she is an asset to your veterinary hospital, we will definitely see Dr Cindy again.

Cons: Service is very standard, don’t expect a very individual service. Everybody seems to be rushing so I felt that I didn’t receive the proper instructions on how to look after my dog after neutering. They have never replied an email sent. I have been to another vet that have provide so much detail, care and attention that I am not planning to take my dog back to Rossmore Vet. Pros: prices are reasonable and apparently they have great experience providing care for all sorts of animals. So at the end of the day it really depends on which kind of service you are after.

We found a baby bird that had almost drowned and so we called this vet and they told us they will take it in, it’s no trouble at all and that they will deal with WIRES. When we bought in this baby bird they kept questioning why we bought it in and we were telling them the lady on the phone said it was no trouble. The two receptionists that were on were literally contemplating on if they wanted to take it in or not. It felt like they didn’t even care about the baby birds well-being or what happened to it. It was a total shock to have this happen with such good reviews.

If I could give 0 starts I would. This vet has gone down hill real fast. The customer service is disgusting, the staff come off aggressive. The care for the animals aren’t even there, the way they Handel my cat, just tipped the carry cage upside down and dragged him by his neck, did not even give him time to step out of the carrier. prescribed 9 month old expired medication to give my sick cat and couldn’t recommend we come pick up the medication tonight and want to charge after hour fees just to pick up Medication for their stuff up.

I should have written this review a long time ago, but it was too hard for us to talk about our beloved dog Goldie who passed away on 07/03/2018 due to a big brain tumor. Rossmore Veterinary Hospital is by far the best veterinary hospital that we have been to. The vets (Robert and Kevin) are very professional and experienced. All the staff there were very friendly and lovely and everyone genuinely cared about animals. I highly recommend Rossmore Veterinary Hospital for their affordable and exceptional service and care.

Do not allow the old grumpy man Dr TED Humphries near your pets. If he’s the only vet on duty, RUN! He is as rough as guts, not to mention cruel ! . He picked up my 23kg puppy by the front legs lifting her onto the table. He then forcefully tried to get her on her back by grabbing her arms and legs, like she was a rag doll! After I told him to STOP and requested another vet , he walked me to the door and told me to get out! I have never encountered anything like it! What medical practitioner does that? Disgusting!

Took my youngest dog here today. All my dogs are rescue dogs and she is really quite damaged. They were fantastic. The vet really understood her and helped. I was annoyed with our previous vet for different reasons so needed to find somewhere else to go. These guys were recommended by more than one person and the recommendations couldn't have been more accurate. Amazing people, all of them, the vet and the vet nurses. The price was amazing too. I couldn't believe how cheap they were compared to the previous vet.

I would give a zero star if I could for this place, because of these unprofessional people my 5 day old puppy died because of how they injected my puppy with this liquid, one of the nerves of the puppy was severed and it was crying all night. My father even saw these people searching up on google how to treat the dog that was in the next room. My parents trusted these people and this is what I am left with. I will never return to this place again and I hope nobody will bring their pets to these people

Would give 0 stars if I could, their after hours service was putrid to our friends who called and pleaded with the afterhours vet to come out but wouldn't as 1 visit wasn't worth his time and would call back if another callout had come through, even after our friend said he was happy to pay for 2 visits but still declined. Due to this they had to sit on the dining room floor for over 8 hours and stop her from moving around because of the pain until opening times. You all should be ashamed.

I have been here a couple of times and have only had really good experiences, however after my visit today I won’t be returning. The vet was rude and rushed us out of there didn’t have the time of day to speak to me or even pay my puppy any attention and was so rough with my pup. The prices here are great but I would rather spend the extra money elsewhere to have my puppy taken care of I’m so disappointed that 1 vet let me down so much that it changed my mind about going to Rossmore

Had the vet come to check my goat's leg as she was walking uncomfortably. The vet gave her some injections and problem remained. Had to take her in and the problem was her nails needed trimming only. They charged me for both consultation's. I would assume a reasonablessing vet would on first instance inspect her feet and would've noticed the nails. Further they could have waived the 2nd consultation fee due to the incompetence of the vet.

I was very impressed with the service we received at the Rossmore Vet Hospital, not only are the prices reasonable but they really cared for the welfare of my little dog. I am very happy with the way they treated him, the prices and the friendly faces we found there. Thanks so much to all the friendly staff for being very caring and looking after Barney and a very special thanks to Dr Rob for his professionalism, knowledge and kindness.

Terrible experience They do not cater for, or even attempt to make any adjustments for reactive/ anxious dogs. Didn’t take the time to explain things properly- just wanted to get me in and out. - a lot of money later and absolutely no answers. Have called multiple times to follow up documentation/ X-rays and still haven’t been sent. Will definitely not be returning and will be telling everyone I can to stay away.

I wish to Thank the staff and the Vet today for such an awesome experience. My fur baby ate something unknown in the back yard and his belly bloated and he became panicked. I rang Rossmore vets who advised to come down. They were so busy but very aware of my concern. We have received some treatment by medication and absolute care. I just want to Thank you for all of your assistance and kindness

The Staff and Vetanarians are so good with the service they gave our dog but I can only give 1 star for the cleanliness of the rooms, I visited the place on a Sunday and the smell in the waiting room was overpowering with urine, if the staff can change their cleaning bucket more often with bleach and do the rooms after each patient, my dog would not have caught kennel cough or maybe other fur babies

I couldn't fault the girls & Ted here today. It was our first visit with our cat Olley and they were friendly prompt and competant. Ted the Vet knew exactly what was wrong immediately. Our cat also had dental cleaning etc under anaesthesia and Ted the vet personally called me when Olley was waking & reassured us he was ok which I thought was lovely. So 10/10 from me.

Such a shame this place used to be good! It’s gone down hill a lot! Rude staff, they rush the whole consultation process, prescribe wrong medications, very loud and uncomfortable for pets with all the barking happening, consultation room with every door open so pets can easily escape and staff constantly walking through, where is the privacy? It needs a huge revamp!

Our dog had surgery here for a broken hip after an unfortunate car accident. The Vet Robert who operated on her did a great job and was very patient and helpful in providing advice on how to take care of her. She is recovering well and is now able to walk on her own after four weeks post surgery. Robert and the staff at Rossmore Vet are all very friendly and caring.

My sheep recently had to have a home visit due to a lame foot. Nick and one of the final year vets came out very promptly. Nick very thoroughly and gently examined Miffy. I was impressed with his professional and friendly manner. He could not have been more helpful. Miffy is now on the mend and grateful for the care she received from Rossmore Center.

I was very impressed by Dr Ufaq Aijaz exceptional Skills to understand the animal health issues .I was their to treat my cat which she dealt with very Gently and right consultation made every step of the whole process through out the treatment very easy and brought my cat back to normal health. She has deep love and care for animals.

The only Vets we trust with our pets. They have never let us down. Kevin is very experienced and a true wizard in what he does. All the other vets in the practice are also amazing, and the nurses are very kind, compassionate, and experienced. The prices are also very reasonable. Had to ring Sunday night after hours my little Lilly dog jrt was suffering from an allergic reaction face all swollen and hive all over her they we’re waiting for me gave my girl the antihistamine and waited until she stared to feel better so they were great and all the staff I’ve encountered have been lovely even when she vomits

Excellent vet care , good balance of empathy and professionalism , I feel they are very thorough and genuinely care about my cats , they are also very reasonably price and never try to upsell /force expensive services . Really appreciate this clinic and their vets and the care they have consistently provided to my fur babies ❤️

Took my MALE cat to get desexed, only to come back the next day and get charged for a FEMALE cats operation. We told them it was a MALE cat with the surgeon then coming back after checking and telling us that indeed it is a MALE, then telling us that they proceeded with the surgery looking for ovaries when there were none.

It will be a very sad day for animals when Ted retires, his experience and knowledge is excellent and he truly loves helping animals and logically diagnoses and treats the issue. We had a dog eat a spider or insect that stung our dog in his mouth and throat. Ted found this and treated the problem within a few minutes.

This VET does NOT keep records - We have had many issues getting repeat antihistamine tablets for our Dog. Being told "he has not been into the VET since Feb" He has been in multiple times since Feb for cancer checks and steroid shots etc. Make sure you keep your invoices for records as they do not...........

Spoke to the person after hours over the phone he showed next to no interest at all in finding out what exactly was wrong didn’t ask no questions regarding my dog for her signs or symptoms and gave absolutely no advice at all definitely will not be bothering calling let alone taking my animals to them again

This place is absolutely phenomenal. Took my dog here after hours on Sunday night due to an emergency and the lady was so caring. We had to go back today for an X Ray and again they were amazing and informed us about everything. So glad I found this place and would definitely make this place my local vet!

Never had a problem until the other day I took my dog there 2 and they misdiagnosed him both time told me there was nothing wrong I ended up having to rush my dog to emergency for oxygen because the 2 different vets I seen could not take there time and run to test I had as them to very disappointed …

Take our dogs cats and hens to Rossmore Vet. They visit property when needed vaccines for sheep and calf. Awesome staff helpful and friendly..also they have been out to my horse when required. Highly recommend this veterinary practice. Jenna Rocky Jay Lambo Bibi all the hens Jerry and his harem of sheep.

Today was my visit time to this vet. They came highly recommended. It’s a big block of land with an animal shelter attached it’s been in business for nearly 50 years. The building and vets look it. But with 10 vets on staff the wait wasn’t long and much cheaper. Very happy and will use them from now on.

This vet is great, they took care of my Labrador from birth through to his unfortunate death (where they were very accomodating and sympathetic towards the situation). I already recommend these guys to anybody that asks. They also have a pool around the back that you can take your fur baby swimming in.

My wife have been bringing our baby Millie to these fabulous, caring and very friendly people for nearly 11 years, we have always found them courteous, the Vets always explain things in plain language and they don't charge like wounded bulls. Thanks guys, Millie will be in to see you next week.

The best vet to take your fur babies to. They are always so quick and efficient and all the vets there have been amazing to work with. The fact that it's all walk ins and they open till late makes it super convenient as well. Picture of my fur baby Tango who is always a very happy customer.

Took both my girls back to see Kevin today after a brief change due to distance. Well worth the trip and definitely won't make that mistake again. Kevin is absolutely fantastic as always and won't be making that mistake again. Highly recommend him as he is both very informative and caring.

I would give more than 1 if I could took my 12 week old lab there because she was a bit active he punched her in the nose and hurt her badly giving the injection even the nurse hit her across the nose because she was scared and was biting a little will never in my life go back …

Terrible vet, my families dog suffered horribly and died last year due to their negligence. Definitely wouldn't recommend to anyone. Also appalling customer service, the staff all seem to come across as rude and aggressive. In terms of service it's cheap and nasty, you get what pay for.

Always friendly staff and Always caring about the animals and not driven by greed i could not recommend this place more. I wouldn't trust anyone else but these amazing people. I took my cat here and it was the best decision i ever made. If it wasn't for them i would have my cat now.

My staffy was sick and they advised she needed an operation but I had to pay $2000 to start procedure. I didn't have the money so I was sent home with my furbaby still sick. I went for a second opinion at the RSPCA and they gave me payment plans and operated her straight away.

Very disappointed, imagine the pain my family is going through, I had to travel overseas and could not yet take my dog because they committed a mistake in the rabies certificate and are giving me a hard time to correct it. I don’t recommend for those who really love your pet .

The clinic has kennel cough won’t do anything about it. We’ve gotten kennel cough now twice from this clinic and they’re not even willing to help. Vet will say the dog doesn’t have it… and let you walk through the clinic with your sick animal .. DO BETTER ROSSMORE …

Have been attending this vet for 6 years, at first they were great, couldn't fault them. Each visit has gone down hill. It's getting worse and worse, some of the girls at the front desk are extremely rude. Needs a good overhaul, new staff who actually want to be there.

The veterinarians themselves are wonderful. The receptionists on the other hand are always so rude and unwilling to help & answer simple questions without a bunch of attitude. Such disgusting customer service. After 2 years of using this vets I will not be returning.

Found 3 kittens and call them asked about what I should do told me to bring them just for them to turn around and then tell me to take the kittens back where I found them don’t feed them don’t do nothing so I would second guess taking stray animals back to them again

Hoping this practice receives local support as the hard work of staff looking after our fury friends. Adopted Monty the feline years ago when he was gravely thinking of returning to adopt a whippet as the care and compassion for animal needs was good to see :)

We went to Rossmore Vets years ago and picked up a couple of strays kittens and they both had cat flue and we had to nurse ‍⚕️ them! Now they are big one is fluffy and one is part Siamese and tabby she is the bossy one ☝️ …

My experience was very good. Vet Dr Faroogh was honest and knowledgeable at her job. She has lots of compassion and empathy. The vet nurse Hayley is really calming and understanding - these two ladies are amazing. I would recommend.

Today was the first time going here to vaccinated our puppies and wow what a great experience it was. The lady was great and very caring checked our pups over perfectly with a lot of passion ❤ Maltese shitzu pups.

We took our little furbaby to Rossmore vets yesterday for a dental , they were amazing, it was a third of the price of another local vet , and we could be happier , they did a wonderful job and were very caring .

Very impressed with the service! My dog was treated well and has recovered well. There was a slight mishap with the price but the staff had no issues in sorting it out quickly! Can not fault and highly recommend!

Be careful bringing your pets here. The old man vet cannot read an X-ray properly and completely missed it. This could potentially harm more animals. Get a second opinion after bringing your pets here

One of the most caring helpfull vets i have ever come across always helpful with any concern in person and by phone, great on price and are there for the passion and care of animals not the money.

The minute I walked into the vet I knew my dogs would be in good hands the staff are lovely I would highly recommend rossmore veterinary hospital thank you for looking after my fur babies.

They did a really good job at seeing us late at night. We were in a complete panic about our baby, the staff reassured us and took their time at making sure he was all safe and alright.

Killed my dog, only went in for a leg check up, they kept him overnight and called me in the morning saying he had a heart attack, uuummm, hurt leg to a heart attack. I don’t so.

Amazing we took our dog there with swollen eyes and they attended to her immediately and so professionally. We have seen 3 vets here and they are all amazing customer for life.

Don't ever take your pets here... worst customer service. Bad vets especially KEVIN. He disrespects customers, talks down to females and doesn't know how to speak to people.

Austral Boarding Kennels find Rossmore vet to be excellent!!! All the staff are wonderful, the vets are experienced and helpful! No hesitation on the care of all our pets!
