This agency is ridiculous! The agent I rented the place from turned out to be also the landlord. He took the agency fee as the agent (one month rent plus taxes) which in this case is not even legal. On top of it he refused to take responsibility for the landlord's maintenance obligations, and did not provide the services he promised in the contract (such as internet - which i did not have for 2 months), he even kept my deposit after signing the agreement, in which he agrees to return it. After all, he hang up on my lawyer who contacted him... This person is a joke, He thinks it is legal to steal his clients money, and disappear without any consequences. If you are the type of person who likes to live in a non-functioning apartment, with no internet, no toilet and no landlord or agent who is there to provide the promised services and you are a fan of wasting money and time, then Villaci agency is the prefect choice for you!

A very unprofessional agent, who also happens to be the landlord of his apartments. He refused to pay for our apartment's maintenance obligations as stated on the contract: After an electricity blackout I called him and asked if he could send an electrician, he replied "You live there, it's your problem." In general, he would do everything to prove that the tenant caused every minor damage in the apartment so that he can avoid paying for it. When it comes to paying back the deposit... good luck if he replies to any of your calls!! Definitely not recommended.

Worst place to rent an apartment. The apartment that i got was unbelievably dirty and had bed bugs. The guy who introduced me to the apartment said that i can contact him anytime about anything, but blocked me and disappeared as soon as they gave me the apartment. Also they take agency fee which is illegal and they have never answered me and fully ignore me when I try to contact them. Never go there, you’re gonna get scammed.

The rent was reasonable and I was provided a new couch the same week I moved in. The agent was kind and I had no troubles with the place. Highly recommended!

Beware. They are looking for expats as most of them has to leave country in a hurry due to change in job and they do not pay the deposits. Very bad experience. I also faced the same problem. Now they have renamed themselves from Villaci. I totally agree with Justin Csilla.

I had bad experience with them. They did not refund the deposit without any adequate explanation. Moreover the "landlord" asked me for extra payment for cleaning. And extra fees (~21% of the rental price) that they ask for their service are also illegal.
