When I booked, complimentary breakfast was included in my 7 night stay. When checking in I was advised that breakfast was discontinued, and I would have to make my own arrangements which was difficult with elderly mother and no nearby facilities. Tea making facilities in room and toaster but no plates or cutlery. I had to buy disposable plates and cutlery. Room was not serviced for entire stay. I had to request new towels, toilet paper and rubbish removal, despite putting sign on door as per instructions in room. There were no guest booklets in room regarding local facilities or attractions. Our room was at the end of the hotel and parking was very difficult. Maintenance of the surrounding gardens very poor.

I booked my parents in2 this place while they visited us from NZ (as my husband & I recently moved in2 a granny flat - (hence only "floor bed avail @ ours"). The receptionist spoke EXTREMELY broken english - which was confusing, then got frustrating. Entrance hall/stairs 2 room were dirty & smelt musty. Room in itself smelt like 2nd hand smoke & we l8r found out during their stay that th people in th room nxt door were smoking in these "no smoking" rooms, while my parents were there. No milk or cereal bowls provided. Highly dissapointed with MYSELF 4 recommending ur services 2 my parents

Firstly, we were allocated to a 2king sized bedroom. Then we realised there was a damp area on the carpet, so they offered a change of room,which was nice! The next room was 2 bedroom suite,which was what indicated during the booking! So make sure they give you what you booked! Service was okay, the receptionist was nice and friendly. Just that I personally feel he is not super familiar with the area itself. Room was nice as well. Big bathroom with strong water pressure. The room fits 4 but they only provide 2 persons' towel?! Laundry service available at $5,including drying. They gave us free detergent. Overall,it was a nice stay just that the rating reflects the photo doesnt tally with what they give us at first.

From the moment I made initial contact with management I knew we were onto a good thing. We needed accomodation for over 100people and the new owners made this complex task happen! Upon arrival they were extremely organised and accommodating! The rooms are presented well with generous size beds and modern bathrooms! The motel is positioned well with access to numerous supermarkets and dining options! The team put on a great continental breakfast with many options! I stayed here for two nights with my wife and two children. We were all very impressed with how clean our room was and even the size of our room was much bigger than we expected. The owners are amazing people very kind and friendly and they even had a free continental breakfast wich we thought was very generous. It was close to everything we had planned for our weekend . We will 100% stay here again in the future and recommend staying here for anyone that needs a hotel in the area. Thank you for having us it was a wonderful experience

Stayed.3 nights for a wedding and was very pleased with shower/bathroom amenities in a two bedroom room (which they upgraded us to at no extra cost). Beds were very comfy after long drive from Adelaide. Close to everything you need, pub, shops, petrol and eateries. Carpet in room needed to be stretched as was bubbled up in places but otherwise all good.

Whilst I’ve stayed here many times, this most recent visit was by far the best. The new management are fantastic and have made great improvements. Safer and cleaner and no more exorbitant security deposit that takes days to be refunded. Little things like a friendly reminder of your stay text and a delightful continental breakfast really made the stay special. It’s always been the place I stay but now it’s also the place I recommend. Looking forward to coming back.

We highly recommend this lovely hotel/motel. Lovely spotlessly clean, freshly renovated rooms. The rooms are very large with a lovely bathroom & quality products supplied. I was met with an unprofessional and rude receptionist who was not approachable or polite in any way. We are Rowville locals who needed to stay for 4 nights due to renovations. I could not fault the rooms, service, or price. We had a lovely, renovated 2 bedroom family room which was well maintained with everything we needed. The owner/manager was lovely, and was keen to make sure we had what we needed. We requested a quick vacuum from housekeeping on day 2 and had no problem getting extra towels as we didn't need the room serviced. We would gladly stay again if needed!

I hd booked via Bookings.com, but when I arrived the receptionist wanted an additional $400 taken from my card " in case of damage. "It will be returned to your card in 3 or 4 days if no damage occurs". As a frequent traveller, I was upset that my overnight stay would drain over $500 from my account, as the receptionist spoke little English, and kept saying "Company Policy" I decided to seek alternative accommodation. I suspect it was a sham, but in any case would never advise anyone to stay there again.

Nice room, carpet was lovely and soft when kicking off your shoes and walking round room :) found the bed very soft for my liking but was clean and warm. Found bathroom big and spacious apart from the small corner space where the toilet was placed. I'm not a small person by any standards but I feel the toilet would be unusable if someone bigger than me tried to go in that little space. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Mini bar for those who use, was reasonably priced.

Would definitely stay again, lovely clean and updated rooms, comfy beds and an amazing rainfall shower! The family room was perfect for us, love that the double room is separate to the single beds. Continental breakfast was just perfect and greatly appreciated. The new owners are a lovely couple who were very friendly and helpful. Thank you for having us.

This would be the worst place i stayed at. We payed for a ks room, only to be told there were none left when we arrived. We had to wait for our room to be finished at 6pm. We were given a key card to our room and another couple were already in the roomHow embarrasing. Finally received the correct room key card and there was soap in the shower plus wrapper? Was the shower even cleaned, not likely. Never had this happen before ever..

Not terrible but not amazing either, staff provided a good service and the food was good too. But this place is showing signs of wear and aging and a general lack of fit and finish, I'd suggest its due for a renovation, I found there to be an odd atmosphere in the building as well. I'd stay here again but it would be a little way down the list of choices for sure. Looking at some of the other reviews you milage might vary.

Planned on staying for 5 nights before we flew out of Australia, unfortunately my partner and I both got covid and had to delay everything. The owners of the hotel were so accommodating to us, allowing us to extend our stay to nearly two weeks while we isolated. Very grateful for their hospitality and them checking in on us to make sure we were okay.

Function rooms are not worth for the money they charge. Arrogant management that has no customer services. Asking for a huge bond in last minute and has silly hotel policies as “no drinks (including water) and food spills on the carpets and it’ll incur extra cost” on top of their cleaning fees. Excellent service. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The quality of the room was excellent and the bed was really comfortable. Sound isolation from road noise was very good, Stud Road is a very busy road and we hardly noticed the noise at all. We were in the middle of a family crisis and staying here helped alleviate the stresses we were experiencing. Thank you!

Bed was just 2 singles pushed together and extremely uncomfortable. We accidentally parked in the wrong spot while trying to check in and had the office person come out and yell at us very aggressively. Then upon checking out walked into the front desk area to the cleaner's complaining that we hadn't checked out yet. (was still before check outside) Very awkward situation.

This is a wonderful place to stay with amazing accommodating lovely owners and I highly recommend it If I could give more stars I would trust me..!! Amazing facilities! The bed was super comfy! I jumped in before a wedding just to test the mattress and I almost didn't leave haha. The bathroom was super clean, and looks amazing! Had a super huge bench with plenty of space for all your makeup etc, the shower was a great size.

Big and clean family room. Near a bus stop if you want to take public transport. You can drive to a near grocery stores or walk if you want a bit of an exercise.

A nice retreat off Stud Rd. Every room has a flat screen TV, DVD player and free wifi. It's 2min from a golf course and close to the Dandenong Ranges. Close to Dandenong (markets, shopping) and to the M1 and M3 which go straight to the city (careful of tolls).

New Management is very friendly, and few housing keeping teething issues promptly rectified.

I don’t know how this hotel hasn’t been shut down yet. Found all sorts of things from ciggerate butts all under the bed. Stained chairs and dirty towels! And to top it off they won’t return your bond!
