I booked an long appointment with Dr Rahman due to my complicated medical history including a brain injury only for Dr Rahman to stop me 5 mins in and tell me he cannot help me with any Workcover, TAC or any other paperwork required for insurances because he hasn't got time and also that I need a doctor who has treated me for a longer time to fill them out. He told me to find a clinic with multiple doctors even though I told him my last doctor is from a 'super clinic' and every time I go there I have to re-explain my situation because he sees that many patients he doesn't remember my situation. This is a perfect example of when our doctors are focused more on money than actually providing quality healthcare. An excuse I have gotten from many doctors around the area. it really is disappointing what our health care has come down too.

First, of all the facility is very clean and tidy. The receptionists have impeccable mannerisms and professionalism, making it a joy to visit. Finally, I see Dr. RAHMAN, and let me tell you, he is a fantastic doctor. He takes his time to listen, actually conducts physical examinations, and has the most beautiful bedside manner. It is such a beautiful clinic to visit, and the icing on top of the cake is that they BULK BILL. This is fantastic as the cost of living has substantially increased, but they make healthcare accessible and affordable to all.

It's very easy for me to get there. The receptionists are friendly and polite.. our GP Dr Abu Rahman is very kind, friendly and approachable... He makes both my husband and myself feel at ease with any situation. His advice is very precious.... Thank you for giving me the chance to express myself.

Dr Rahman and nurse-Sarah both have a very calm, friendly and efficient manner about them. Very thorough in their review of symptoms and recommend them highly. All my dealings with the clinic thus far from receptionists, pathology, nurse, dentist and doctor have been very positive.

Very freindly environment, reception staff kind and understanding. Dr Abu Rehman was fantastic. Knowledgeable and patient when seeing my child. This was our first time to this clinic and will definitely be back when we need a good Dr. Thankyou so much.

Very clean neat place and very helpful stuff. Dr Rahman has been my doctor for over 10 years he was in Craigieburn but moved here so I will follow him anywhere haha but I definitely love the availability here and plenty of parking

Very kind and professional doctor and nurse here. The only clinic so far I’ve seen in Roxy/Craigie that has put an extra mile in having a toy section area to keep the little ones busy and well behaved!

Well decorated, cleaned and spacious waiting area. Reception people are friendly and helpful. I met Dr Rahman and he is exceptionally caring, friendly and professional. Plenty of car parking spaces.
