I took a specialty vehicle in for repair and was very pleased with the outcome. I could tell the minute I walked through the door the shop cared about customer service. I was greeted by a friendly staff member named Amr Hassan. The first thing he asked was ‘how are you today, would you like a cup of coffee or any water?’ From that point I knew I’d come to the right place. The shop completed the work on a timely basis and we couldn’t even tell the vehicle had sustained previous damage. About a week after we picked up the vehicle, we received a follow up call to make sure we had a positive experience. I had a parking lot situation that costed me bumper, fender and headlight on passenger side, on my 10-year old Chrysler 300. I’ve been to many local body shops around to get the quotes/estimates as the car is in runnable state. This man AMR stood out tall from the crowd, gave me the estimates on-the-fly instantly. He let me buy the autoParts myself as I found a good deal online and only charged me for the labor and paint without any objection. He also let me choose the dates for the repair and handed over the vehicle in less than 2.5 days with everything detailed. Overall, I found this place very friendly and homely. Amazing service here! My truck was involved in an accident. I visited Royal Auto Body the next day. Got a quote in 30 minutes. They worked with the other party to arrange for payment. Work started within a few days and was finished the same day. They provided a loaner while they were working on my truck. And the work was done perfectly - better than new. The entire time they were super friendly and helpful and provided great communications. I can't say enough about the great service here. I would use them again for any body work needed. Great local business!!

As soon as I walked in, Amr, the CEO of Royal Auto Body, automatically offered his help to me without me even having to ask. I knew he was pretty busy, but he still put time aside for me. I told him I needed my front bumper color matched to my car and some body work on my rear bumper. He offered me the best price out there! He returned my car back to me within 48 hours, and it looked spectacular. Just like new. I would totally recommend this place to anyone!

This place is a joke. I was quoted one price & I thought it was pretty reasonable at first. I was advised that any extra work would most likely cost more, but when it came time to pick up my car, I was charged more for work that wasnt even complete. On top of that, I still need to spend $100+ on another part for my car because it wasnt done in the first place. 100% would not recommend. Save your money, & your time.

Late in posting this review, but Amr did an excellent job on my Jeep over the summer! I was looking for a professional repair for my sun faded roof and hood, and the results were amazing! Service was fast and communication was great. My partner brought our BMW in for additional paint work as well and we were equally happy. Will definitely use this shop again.

Unbelievable service. They were on time and the price they quoted was the price I paid, which was $600 less than the place I normally go to and they even did some extra work that they did not charge me for. I was absolutely amazed when I saw the job they did on my car. Looks like new ! Both Amr, the owner, and his wife were very friendly and very courteous.

I had the worst experience here, they didnt even do the job they said they would, they also over charged me. The management is so rude. I went with this place based on the reviews and it's nothing like what people keep saying. I would save my money if I were you. Worst place possible to get anything done with your car.

Was recommended Royal Auto Body by a tow truck driver. They really took care of me. As someone who had never gotten into an accident, Amr really broke down the process for how the vehicle repairs would work better than my insurance. Very personable and responsive. I'm very pleased with the work they did on my truck. Every time I've been there, I'm taken care of immediately, and all questions answered plainly without a bunch of bull or nonsense. They completed the work a little before expected and surpassed my expectations. I highly recommend.

Worst place ever do not take your car. Do not recommend they take forever they don’t even fix what was already broken. They messed up your car even more and they expect you to pay for what they messed up very rude. Unprofessional. Save your money and time!!

Ownership is great. Went to park my car a day early for my service appt to get a device out of my car; the owner did me a solid and took it out that day for me. This company has been very fair and honest in my 3 visits.
