To start, I never heard of Glenleven before. I found the dealership through autotrader, I was interested in a Subaru and they had a few on their lot that I wanted to look at. I saved a couple of WRX's. No word of a lie, in less than 20 minutes, I had a salesman by the name of Liam respond via text. Liam was awesome, he went over all the details through text about both cars that I was interested in, and arranged a day for me to come in to see them. I narrowed down both vehicles to a 2018 Subaru WRX STi, when I arrived at the dealership, he had the vehicle parked out front, washed and ready for a test drive, he also left the vehicle engine cold for me to start it to let it warm up so I could listen to the motor during a cold start. He let me comb through the entire vehicle from inside to out, to make sure I was satisfied, as i was a little on edge about buying a used vehicle. I took about an hour to comb through the vehicle, Liam was very patient and never rushed me. Onto the test drive, Liam made sure I knew how the vehicle electronics worked before starting our drive and was very knowledgable on how all the different features worked while we were driving. Oh, he also was very patient on the test drive, this wasn't a 5 minute drive, he allowed me to get a feel for the vehicle to make sure I was making the right purchase. Liam had my current vehicle appraised while we were out on the test drive, which was a very fast process from start to finish. He provided me with a very generous trade in value for my vehicle, which helped with my decision to purchase the new vehicle. I also had the pleasure of dealing with Stephanie, who went over all of the paperwork once I finished up with Liam. Talking to Stephanie about the vehicle I purchased and other vehicles in general was awesome as she has quite the background in cars and tuning! Once the day came to pick up my new to me 2018 Subaru WRX STi, I arrived at the dealership, my new car was sitting outside, waxed and polished up like it just came off the assembly line! I had chosen to go with the paint protection warranty, which includes a 10 year warranty against rust. Was I ever pleased with that choice, it freshened up the paint perfectly, 100% satisfied with that! Liam finalized the paperwork and swapped my plates. Before I left, Stephanie came over to Liam's desk to make sure I was happy and satisfied, where we all just started talking like we knew each other, this is huge because it really made me feel comfortable purchasing a car from a dealership that I have never stepped foot into before. I would also like to point out that Liam went above and beyond his duty on the first day when I test drove the Subaru, before I left for the dealer, he let me know that he had to leave at 4 to take care of some things, I arranged to be there earlier than I previously said I would be. By the time we were finished with the test drive, my combing over of the vehicle, and all the paperwork, if was 5 ! Liam never rushed through the appointment we has even though he was running late. Very VERY well done Liam, Stephanie and Glenleven Chrysler ! Hopefully we will be able to do business again in the future ! 5 stars all around !!!!

I visited Glenleven following a terrible experience at the Brampton Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership. The energy was immediately night & day - where the Brampton dealer was busy and salesy and the initial phone call to book an appt was even 'salesy' ("Wow I l love your name, I like you already") type of energy, Glenleven were friendly, calm, no hassle. When I called in to say I want to see one of their Jeeps, they said they'd pull it out before I arrived and just generally seemed very relaxed about the whole thing. When I arrived, I saw my dream car right out front, all cleaned up! I went in and we crunched some numbers. I drove it. And I knew I wanted it. Due to my bad experience the previous day, I was a bit on edge and wanted to have my mom come with me the following day to make a commitment, and they were so flexible. They refused my offer to put money down to hold the car, and said I'll likely be OK if we start the approval process first thing the following morning, which was done. My sales associate was Sarah Pacheco. She was extremely easy to deal with, personable, straight forward and NO HASSLE is the big word here. I wanted this car. Nobody made me feel like I wanted this car, besides me wanting this car. I asked Sarah what deals or offers they can do, what can they include, is this the final price ... she said they were firm on the price but did what they could on some small inclusions like touching up the hard top with a touch up pen, and including some small swag. They worked quickly and efficiently. I dealt with Stephanie the following day to get approved for the finance on the vehicle, and I dealt with Dan to do the pickup. There was another staff member there, a young gentleman whose name I didn't get, but he was also quite helpful and answered a lot of my moms questions that next day. The car was supposed to come with a hard and soft top and when I went to pick it up, they were unable to locate the soft top - but they delivered it to my house the following week! Extremely good experience at this dealer; I'm so grateful I found them and my new car. The thing about car dealerships is you walk in there with your guard up because you can't trust a word they say - but Glenleven did not give me this feeling and this feels like an honest car dealership. Highly recommend!

Purchased a 2018 Rubicon July 6th 2021 from Ricardo @ Glenleven Chrysler! This Jeep is absolutely incredible and the only place to carry such an incredible vehicle is Glenleven Chrysler. I'm located in Ottawa and about 4.5hrs from this dealership. Out of the many dealerships and Rubicons available this Jeep had the lowest price, lowest mileage and cleanest appearance! I was shopping at 11pm after a long day at work and I immediately got a response from Ricardo. Within the next day (which was his day off I later found out) he had made arrangements for me to receive all the information possible on this vehicle. Ricardo then proceeded to answer all of my questions within minutes of me communicating through email and phone calls as needed. Incredibly responsive and I felt like he cared about my interests rather than making the sale which was refreshing from a few negative experiences I had had locally. The financing representative Stephanie was very helpful and was able to explain everything very clear and I had felt confident I was making a good purchase. The transaction was seamless and within two days of committing to the vehicle I was on a train down to Oakville where (you guessed it! Ricardo was there to pick my wife and I up at the train station!) We were offered refreshments while the paperwork was being filled and the rest of the staff was also very friendly and welcoming. Within a few minutes we were on our way back home and they even filled the tank for us! My take-aways were: -I wasn't pressured into buying the vehicle -The prices were the lowest across the province and there was no need to haggle pricing -warranty left over from the vehicle was sufficient and their extended warranty was a no brainer -Vehicle was better than the photos on their site represented -Vehicle was clean and ready when we arrived -Care was taken to make sure we were 100% happy with our purchase Huge thank you to Ricardo and all of the staff at Glenleven that made our purchase memorable. Dealerships typically don't have great reviews and pushy salesman, and I can honestly say this is the best experience I have had to date buying a vehicle.

Best Automobile buying experience ever! Hats off to the folks at Glenleven Chrysler. I sincerely would like to thank Ricardo and Stephanie for the STELLAR service. I've been in sales for over 32 years on the road and go through a car ever 3 to 5 years and it is always the same. The salesperson makes a minimum of 3 to 5 trips to talk to the manager to approve a price, accessories, terms etc... Always came away feeling like I could have done better and always ended up paying hidden costs. Not at Glenleven. I called, Ricardo picked up, I asked him to give me the bottom line including all hidden costs before I made the 4 hour drive to Oakville. He said the price on line plus $10 Omvic charge and $99 Wheel lock charge was the only thing over and above and he was true to his word. Other dealerships charge extra for Admin fees, freight, etc.... Ricardo directed me to the Window sticker button under the add on the right hand side and it listed every option on the Jeep Cherokee Limited that I bought. Just that saved so much time. In the end Glenleven was $5000.00 less than two other places I inquired with for the exact same vehicle. Ricardo and I spent about half an hour on the phone the first time which covered most of the purchase. He then answered every phone call, text and email I sent in record time. He set me up with beautiful OEM rims and winter tires which they installed for me. They also gave me a more than fair price for my trade in. Stephanie, their Senior financial services manager is also a class act. Very pro, like Ricardo she really knows her stuff. Very knowledgeable and was able to explain things in a way that it was easy for me to understand. Through this whole process I didn't feel pressured to do or buy anything I was not comfortable with. Sorry for being so long winded, I just can't say enough about this unbelievable experience. This dealership does not allow customers to have the cars inspected by an independent mechanic, even though I offered to pay for the inspection at a dealership. In 25 years of buying second hand cars, I have never heard of such a policy. Google does not enable message threading, so below is my response to the response of the dealership written below this review: First, while I recognize that you stand behind the quality of your pre-owned vehicles, such willful ignorance of the conflict of interest in having the person who sells the vehicle also be the person who inspects the vehicle does not instill confidence. Second: Although I appreciate that I can bring along a mechanic to the dealership, from a practical perspective, this is not how mechanics typically operate, and pragmatically, this limits the ability to conduct a thorough review of a vehicle because it is not on a lift and it is not practical to carry the tools and instrumentation necessary for an inspection. Third, notably absent from the response is the provision of any sort of rationale for WHY Glenleven has this absurd policy in place. Yes, you are free to have this policy, no one is arguing otherwise, but what I am arguing is the merit of such a policy. Why would a dealership who has confidence in their vehicles not allow independent appraisal of their vehicles? How would Glenleven feel if a customer reported a policy of not allowing a bank to conduct a credit check for the dealership when purchasing a vehicle? Fourth, I visited a different dealership later the same day to test drive another car with identical features. It turns out that several of the functions of the car I was looking at at Glenleven were in fact not working properly. Potential customers of Glenleven - please exercise extreme caution when dealing with this dealership.

Pleasantly surprised: upfront, honest, amazing service This review is based on my interactions with 3 staff at this location: 1) Ricardo Tourinho 2) Daniel Hylton 3) Stephanie Lastoria-Schmidt I've gone through the car buying gauntlet too many times and have a large number of pleasant and unpleasant experiences for reference and comparison. I've dealt with the dealerships who are just trying to make an honest living and many of the sterotypical car dealers who charge you "hidden" fees, charge weird markups when you decide to buy, try to upsell you services you don't need or act in a deceptive fashion. This dealership is now in a 1st place tie for my most pleasant car buying experience. Honesty end to end, everything was clear, the sticker price you see? That's what I paid plus tax. That's it. Ricardo worked to make this happen. He got all the info I need before I showed up, and when I showed up with my trade-in, they paid what they promised. No weird gimmicks where they pretend they're valuing your car, then low-ball you. Daniel: this dude was super straight-forward, pleasant and obviously trying to be helpful to the customer. He gets back to you very quickly. You're not left waiting and waiting for days; you'll wait less than an hour. Stephanie: went through the whole finance program quickly and was very clear and easy to understand. There was no pushy extra service sales tactics; just the services explained as they are and the benefits to you as a customer. Trust in my opinion is the most important factor when making a large purchase decision. I will be happy to deal with this dealership in the future as I feel I am in honest hands and will DEFINITELY recommend them to friends and family.

I have been in the market for a new vehicle for some time now and having no luck in the used car industry, decided to invest and look for something new. I had never purchased a new vehicle myself and just recently moved up to Northern Ontario so the winters here are pretty severe. I was looking for a typical AWD SUV but knew I wouldn’t be satisfied with it. I really wanted a truck but didn’t think it would be possible to afford one with my budget. We recently bought a car (Nissan Rogue-SL) from Glenleven and we couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I had the pleasure of working with Jeremy Moon, who was not only very knowledgeable but also very friendly, helpful and professional. He even helped pickup my family from home to showroom on the day of the car delivery after his office hours. Not only once, but time and again he worked with me even whenever I needed him out of his office hours/week-offs. He was not only able to answer all of my questions and concerns. He understood exactly what information I wanted and he found me all. He also worked hard to get the best price he could. Special thanks once again to Jeremy and his co-workers who were equally fantastic (Stephanie helped us perfectly on the finance part, Daniel was very helpful on getting a good price, Tiju was another sales guy who was nice to talk to and very genuine to talk to). The best part is that the team has such a fabulous harmony that they do not compete with each other for grabbing any customer's business. I have purchased many other vehicles from other Chrysler Dealerships in the past, but believe me when I tell you purchasing my new Dodge Ram 1500 from Glenleven Chrysler has been the best decision I have ever made. Do yourself a favour and ask for Joseph as he will go out of his way to ensure your experience working with the dealership is smooth, quick and seamless. Cousin Joey took the time to answer all my questions through numerous phone calls, providing me with all the details I needed to make my decision. He didn't even ask me to come to the dealership until I was happy with his answers and we scheduled a time to view the vehicle. He had the vehicle cleaned so it would be spotless when I arrived to view it and I can honestly say I have not received that level of customer service at any other dealership. When it came time for paperwork, Cousin Joey had all the paperwork pre filled and ready to go for my arrival which made out appointments very quick and provided more time to ask any last minute questions. My husband returned yesterday from purchasing a beautiful 2018 370Z at Glenleven Chrysler. We live a 14 hour drive away so having a helpful, knowledgeable sales person to correspond with made our purchase stress free. Joseph went out of his way to calm our concerns about buying far from home. Joseph was more than accommodating when My husband flew in to Toronto by picking him up at the airport and saving the worry about travel to the dealership. Every thing about the 370Z was bang on to his description. I was concerned about any possible prior damage from the previous owner of the vehicle but as Joseph had stated the car was in mint condition! The purchase was so quick and easy and my husband was out of there in record time. As my husband had a couple of days driving ahead of him, Joseph went out of his way and contacted my husband to ensure that he made it home safe and sound. Nice to know that once you leave the dealership that they still care enough that you made it home safe! I purchased my Jeep at Glenleven at the end of December 2019. I have been extremely happy with it. I believe I spent a good 45 minutes outside looking at this Jeep and no one came out to bother me which I appreciated. I needed to think and felt that, when I was ready to talk to someone, I would go inside. Which I did. I wasn't pushed into anything at all. They talked to me about details of the Jeep I had questions about. I did then talk to Joseph Messina there, who was very easy and relaxing to talk to. He took me out for a test drive and explained all the features of the Jeep. He did not push me into buying anything, as clearly I was there for over 2 hours. When I came back to pick the Jeep up, it was spic and span inside and out. All my paper work was taken care of, all I had to do was drive away. I would definitely return to this Dealership and recommend any of my friends to go there. I came all the way from Whitby to Oakville, the drive was worth it. I had been looking for 6 months prior to coming there, as i had to have a good feeling about the Dealership and my Sales Representative to feel confident. Thanks so much ! This is the first time I have ever bought a car from Glenleven Chrysler and I am very happy I did!!!! Big shout out to Ricardo as without him I probably would not have purchased my 2020 Jeep Cherokee. I was about to leave the lot when I bumped into Ricardo and he asked me what I was looking for. I have been looking for a small/mid size suv for a while now and was hesitant when Ricardo mentioned the Cherokee. He convinced me to take a look at it and I have to say it was very impressive. Even still I told him I would think about it and went home to compare similar models and pricing and they by far had the best model for the best price!! The entire team was great at Glenleven from Dan the sales manager to Stephanie the finance manager no one was pushy or tried to talk me into things I really didn’t need. Because of there great service I am also going to service my Jeep here and see how it goes. I would highly recommend Ricardo to anyone looking to buy a Chrysler product. What can I say…customer service beyond belief! I am from Thunder Bay Ontario and when I called in to inquire about the Nissan 370Z I was greeted by Joseph (Cousin Joey). Because of the long distance, Joseph decided to give me a personal walk around of the vehicle showing me the up close and personal pictures of the car. We negotiated an amazing price and I made the arrangements to fly down to Pearson Airport. I arrived at 8:00am with Joseph already waiting for me with a fresh Tim Horton’s coffee! We got back to the dealership where I saw the car inside the detail bay freshly waxed and ready for my test drive. The car looked brand new! After the test drive, I decided to go forward with the deal and that I would be driving it home that day. Joseph sent the licensing to get done ASAP and I was ready to go within the hour. Joseph set up the Bluetooth and also set the GPS for me so all I had to do was drive! Even though I will not be servicing the vehicle at Glenleven Chrysler because of the distance, I highly recommend this dealership especially Joseph!! Thank you so much Joseph!

I just purchased a 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan from Joshua Dos Reis, and can truthfully say that it was an excellent experience! He was friendly, honest, did not pressure us into anything, and worked with me to get the best possible price (no other dealership in the area could come close to the purchase price). He sincerely went above and beyond every step of the way. His patience and dedication was outstanding and I would highly recommend him (and Glenleven Chrysler) to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. Update! We went back to Glenleven in late-2017 to purchase a new Grand Caravan for my father-in-law. The experience with salesman James Lewis was excellent - his funny, no-pressure, approachable demeanour made the buying experience quick and very enjoyable. We also had the pleasure of dealing with John Collins in the Service Department. He was very nice and dealt with our concerns with professionalism and direct honesty. Needless to say, we love dealing with Glenleven for purchasing and servicing our vehicles!

Just bought a brand new Durango from these guys. They give amazing deals and great trade in value however customer service is not there. I dealt with Chris as my salesperson, great guy. He’s the one you want to deal with. On the other hand the sales manager, the worst I have had to deal with yet. From the beginning he was doubting if I’m able to pay for it with questions about banks and stuff. Later on after I put a deposit on the car he doesn’t answer calls. Reception says Jay is busy and he never calls back. Chris was great Jay wasn’t. After when I come to pick up the car he wants me to go to the bank with them to verify a bank draft. He says it could be fake. It’s a bank draft signed. Anyways we go to the bank and they laugh at them saying it’s a draft it’s already verified. Chris should be the manager in my opinion great guy and amazing to deal with. I hope something is done about the sales manager Jay. It shouldn’t be so difficult to purchase a new car especially when you are buying it out in full.

From the moment I had reached out to Glenleven Chrysler, I was responded to immediately in the most courteous/professional manner by Sarah. Not only did she answer all of our questions in relation to the vehicle, she encouraged us to come into the dealership for a test drive and to provide the trade in value for our current vehicle (much more than what we were expecting I might add). Sarah also took the time to explain the various financing/warranty options so we could make the most informed decision prior to purchasing. I just purchased a 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan from Glenleven. What a great experience! This was the first time I walked into a dealership and wasn't pressured to buy. Tar and the management team (Chris - GM, Richard - Used Car Manager and Stephanie - Financial Services Manager) went above and beyond to ensure my family needs were met in the best way possible. In terms of price and quality of product and service - by far the best!! When you do your homework, you'll be sure to shop at Glenleven. After speaking with Tar over the phone, I finally booked a time to go see him only to cancel on him a few days later. When I finally got a chance to meet Tar in person he was very professional, listened to my needs, wasn't pushy and we were able to work out a great deal. Coming from Niagara I had the choice of many dealerships along the way, I chose Glenleven...glad I did, it was definitely worth the drive! Thank you Tar, Chris, Richard, Stephanie and staff!

If you're headed out to Glenleven, you need to specifically ask for Joey. This guy is going to put in the work for you so you can sit back comfortably and know you're getting the best he can offer. He can make a deal better than his managers! My trade-in had more complications than most but Joey was able to handle it without one bead of sweat. They say that they are firm on price but strong on trade and they definitely were. They dropped the price of the used truck I wanted and gave me an amazing value on my trade in. If you want top dollar for your trade, bring it to Joey. After the deal was done Joey even personally gave me a gas card out of his own wallet! Also, this place is 15 minutes from everywhere. Its right off the highway so it is super easy to get in and out. They had the truck I was coming to look at cleaned up and waiting for me when I got there. Their detailer needs a raise! All in all, great dealership so check them out.

I have been wanting a Dodge Challenger since it was re-released for the 2008 model year. Year after year I passed, until the last 3 years. Yes, 3 years. I'm cheap and patient - most dealerships worst nightmare. Finally, the car I was driving died on me, and I was ready to make the plunge. I had essentially searched, emailed and visited a large number of Dodge dealerships in the GTA and Southern Ontario, and had the best experience here. Even after the getting the best price I'd ever received, I left, offered the same deals to other dealers, and they couldn't beat Glenleven. The part I liked best about shopping here, was there was no pressure. James didn't pressure me in the least. He listened to my concerns, and worked with me to get to the price I wanted. I must have bothered James and the Sales manager for 4 months, and they treated me the same every time I called. I highly recommend Glenleven. Will definitely buy from them again.

I picked up my Jeep at Glenleven last week. I was greeted by Daniel Hylton with a welcoming smile, which did not waver throughout my decision making process. Daniel was very patient, and allowed me the time I needed to come to my decision. I felt comfortable with him, and the communication and transaction felt open and honest. Hey, they are there to do business, but I never felt they wanted to business at my expense. Glenleven is a bit out of the way, but I think they know that, and work a little harder to get your business. The people that I met in the various departments when I picked up my Jeep actually looked like they communicated with each other, and wanted to be there - I found this to be unique among places I visited. I don't buy cars often, so providing this review is something I volunteered to do to show my appreciation to Daniel, and the Glenleven folks.

First of all I want to start by saying I NEVER write reviews but how could I not with the excellent customer service that was provided. I previously had a car that was passed down to me so this was my first time buying a car. I went to a few dealerships but when I got to Glenleven and met with Liam about the particular Mazda I was looking for he took his time and went through all the details answering all the questions I had. There was absolutely no pressure through the process and after purchasing the car Liam took the time to follow up and make sure everything was good. Loved the customer service and quick communication. All the staff at this dealership seem very down to earth. All I can say is that this was a great first time buying experience for me. I think my review is getting a bit too long but this dealership is highly recommended. Thanks again Liam !!

I am incredibly impressed with Glenleven! They are definitely my go to dealership now. I was in the market for a new (to me) vehicle and found a too good to be true deal online so I enquired. Alan responded very quickly and answered all of my questions. We made a deal while I was still on vacation with the final sale based on a favourable test drive. The whole experience including the test drive was fantastic so of course I bought the vehicle. Unfortunately after I picked it up I discovered an issue and reported it to Alan. He made an appointment with service and the issues were very quickly taken care of with no cost to me! This was above and beyond what I expected from a used vehicle purchase! I am very happy with my new van and want to thank Alan and John for taking care of me, you guys are amazing and really know how to take care of your customers.

I have just picked up a new Ram 1500 from Glenleven Chrysler. The entire experience was top notch. From being greeted by a friendly receptionist, to being introduced to Richard the Sales Manager and Daniel the Assistant Sales Manager. Both gentlemen are true professionals at their craft. I had many questions for them, which were answered not just with words - but also with - Steve, let's go out to a truck so I can show you. Not only did I leave the dealership with a great deal on a Ram but I plan to have it serviced their as well. I was introduced to their service team and shown around the dealership. There is something to be said about customer service - which is hard to find these days - I am so glad to see that the staff at Glenleven Chrysler consider it a necessity! Well done! Very easy buying experience. I dealt with Tiju, the assistant sales manager. There were no high pressure tactics, no hidden fees and no pushy attempts at upsells. If I said no, he moved on. It was a very laid back and relaxing experience, when was the last time you said that about buying a car/truck? The finance experience was straight forward and the finance manager Stephanie treated me very well, helping me correct a problem of my own making that she didn't have to. At pickup the sales manager Daniel, again, made the process comfortable and there were absolutely no surprises. Special mention to the fellow who detailed my vehicles before pickup, I'm still amazed at how clean everything is, the paint feels smoother than a baby's bottom! I'm sorry I couldn't recall your name! I would not hesitate to buy from this dealership again, thanks guys.

Was inquiring about a used 2007 Jeep Compass , and needless to say after some thinking and persuading James was able to process everything in a timely and professional matter. Stephanie the Finance manager definitely gave world class service with dealing with the banking side of the sale. All in all , Glenleven Chrysler is by far one of the best dealerships that we'll have the luxury of being able to walk into. I called in about a used Subaru I seen on auto trader and was connected to a sales representative named Liam. I was shown the car as soon as it was available after the detailing and inspection was finished on the car. He asked if I wanted to test drive the car and during the ride he explained the details and modes of the vehicle which was very helpful after purchasing it. He is a great guy that will work with you to make sure you get the vehicle you want in excellent condition. They fixed any problems that was found on the exterior of the car. Picked up a new Dodge Grand Caravan here about a week ago. Let me begin by telling you how amazing the staff are here. My brother and I got stuck in a parking lot with a flat tire and didn’t know what to do. Called a bunch of places and no one would come out to help us. We called this dealership to see if they could help and they sent 2 technicians out to help us. I just picked up my 2021 Wrangler Rubicon on 11/30 and I must say that of the 9 brand new cars I have purchased in my life this was, by far, the most pleasant new car buying experience I have ever had. It was great dealing with both the Sales Rep Ricardo and the Sales Manager Daniel. I never felt pressured or that I was being misled in any way throughout the whole process. They certainly do not fit the stereotypical "car salesman" mould. There were no surprises on the pick up day to ruin the experience like I have had other times with other dealers, and that is very much appreciated. The sales guy James was absolutely fabulous and I loved working with him! The team also worked really hard to make sure everything was A-OK with my new vehicle even a smidge after my warranty with them was up. It would be a five star review, but the warranty/financial person was not at all friendly. When I didn't want any of the additional warranty or financing options, she seemed legitimately angry with me and her whole demeanor changed. (I guess she works off commission.) I almost regretted my decision to buy the vehicle while speaking with her. Other than that experience, I'm glad I chose to work with them and am super happy with my new vehicle!

I have dealt with most Jeep dealers in the area because I love the cars and owned a few in previous years and own two currently. So my feed back on sales these guys are by far the best. No pressure tactics and attentive to customer needs. Other dealers in the area are surprisingly either don’t care when you visit or too aggressive in their selling techniques. Their service is also very good and no cheap tricks like forcing you to get the expensive synthetic oil change if you don’t need it. My favorite service though is that they offer car cleaning and detailing packages starting around 27 dollars. So I get that every time I drop my car for service.

The worst experience my friend ever had Bought a new car. The car broke down 3 times in 1 month. Car stopped on the middle of the road while driving. Talked with the employee. They have zero concern about the customer safety. One time stopped on a highway creating huge traffic. Very poor customer service. The only solution that they provide is they can service the car when it breakdown again on the middle of the road. Be aware Don’t fall for the sweet smile they have when you go to buy a car. Because after you buy it they don’t even ask you to have a seat when you go to talk to them.

Purchased my truck from Glenleven back in 2016. I have been taking it there for service and i must say in all my years in dealing with dealerships this is by far the best experience i have had. The service department lead by Bill is absolutely amazing. Recently had an issue with my truck and they went above and beyond my expectations. Always try and bring in my truck when John is at the desk, great informative trustworthy individual who wont steer you wrong. My husband has been bringing our two vehicles here for years. They are now under new management and we are extremely disappointed with the quality of their work. We drove our jeep home yesterday with snow tires that they just put on, only to find out ALL FIVE lug nuts were not tightened AT ALL on one tire. We could have lost a tire on the highway or WORSE. This kind of mistake is completely unacceptable. And to make matters worse, no apology or return call from the manager. Think twice about getting your vehicle serviced here.

I drive in about 20 minutes to this dealership so that says a lot of what I think of them when there are about 4 other dealerships closer to me. We bought our van there and have had good service over the 5 years since. Very nice waiting room and the shuttle drivers are nice too. Usually deal with Sandra at the service desk - very smart and helpful. I don't remember the young fellow who sold us the Grand Caravan but he is still there and waves when he sees me. I would consider buying another car or van from them in the future.
