I must have come here on the wrong day as my experience is not as glowing as other revues. I've been doing a bit of cycling of late and was really looking forward to a good leg rub. Courteous staff yes, I was asked on what areas that I wanted concentrated on and I replied with shoulders and legs please. No question about pressure so I assumed that would be eased into as we went. Once the massage started I received a hard elbow slid through my calf muscle that nearly had me hit the roof! She apologised and I said, no problems you weren't to know that I was sore. Anyway, back was massaged well, calves and hamstrings too and then I turned over and was given a neck massage. I was then asked to sit up where the neck massage was done a little deeper which felt fantastic. Shortly after though I get a "Thank you" and the massage is over. My Quads were totally ignored which was what I was looking forward to. And add to insult to injury, when I got up to get dressed, I looked at the digital clock - 6 minutes short of the hour. At $80 per hour I definitely wont be back or recommend this place.

I recently came to this place with really little expectations after having read a bad review here. I just decided to give it a try because the place is close to my home. The first impression wasn’t the best since the masseuse that came to me was wearing a mask, confirming that she was sick, and I thought she would cough during the whole session, as I read in the review. Then, she walked me to the room, which I found cosy, clean, and comfortable and little by little, I started to relax. A few minutes later, the massage started, and it felt very nice. At some moments painful, yes, but I was considering this since my body was tense. Yet, the feeling afterwards was worth it. I also liked the details of the spa, the background music, the smells, the lightning and the kindness and politeness of the masseuse, who during the whole session cough once… wearing a mask, and even had the courtesy to say I’m sorry. To sum up, I visited the place with little expectations, and I left it enchanted… and relaxed, so I cannot do anything else but recommend it.

Pretty sure most of the reviews for this place are fake - I would never recommend this spa. The rooms and tables/sheets/towels are not clean, which to be honest is fine if its cheap, side-of-the-road place, but the price is similar to a much fancier spa so was expecting a lot better cleanliness. All the staff were all sick when I visited (not a pleasant experience having your masseuse cough on you for 90 minutes!) so did help the feeling of grossness. Also the massage itself was just not good. I regularly have thai massage and it was neither relaxing nor invigorating - it just hurt. The masseuse was clearly a beginner, missing the pressure points and almost fell off the table a few times! I feel very ripped off so felt like I needed to leave a true review to ensure people don't make the same mistake as me. Avoid!

Fantastic 2-hour massage by Miki. I left feeling like a new man. I haven't had such a skilled massage in years. Happy to recommend. The only thing that detracted from the experience, and the reason why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5, was being able to hear everything said in the reception area and next room. It detracted from what could have otherwise been a perfectly relaxing experience. When it comes time to refresh the interior design and fitout, the owners might do well to consider better acoustic insulation between rooms and that would take this really impressive business to the next level.

After I have tried many massage places, one day I went to this Thai Massage place. WARM and PLEASANT WELCOME. Booked for half hour to try. Then found EXCELLENT and extended for 1 hour. Since then I go there every week for 1 hr or 90 minutes. Very professional; clean clothes to cover your body; very pleasant ladies. Make sure not to offend those ladies by asking other favors. They are professional massage therapists and do an excellent massage. In my experience, their $80 one hour massage is better than other place $90 two-hour massage. Don

My gielfrgirl and I always come here for our massages. I love coming here because as soon as you walk in the door you are consumed by the relaxing atmosphere. Regardless of who massages you, they all do a fantastic and thoughrer job, using techniques I haven't experienced in other Thai massage places. One of my favourite parts of this place is that you never feel rushed and they always cater to your needs. Can't wait to come back soon.

EXCELLENT, PERFECT. Today is the second time I went with Chalott for 1 hour massage. She spent all the full hour doing a realy professional thetraputic massage addressing my problems. She is caring, listening and talented. I already booked Chalot for next Sunday, and I will book her every Sunday as a regular customer, because it helps me with my joint problems. I strongly recommend Royal Paradise Thai Massage to anyone.

I went to the Royal Thai Massage at Milton, this afternoon with a terrible migraine & left with a smile on my face!! Charlotte was SO good she knew exactly what to do!! She was firm where necessary, she took extra care to focus on my neck & shoulders which were the areas causing my headache. I left refreshed, relaxed & looking forward to my next 5 star massage with Charlotte.!!! Highly recommend.

The absolute mastercraft of these masseuses is outstanding. I've never felt like I'm in the hands of an expert at their craft like I did tonight. Some people say the pain of the massage is worth it cause you'll feel better afterwards, but if you come here there'll be no pain and you'll feel divine.

Highly recommend. I had stiff neck for long time and tried so many things, finally I had a session with Charlet and she recognised the areas immediately and used hot stones. After 3 sessions, my body is now flexible and no more pain. Good in communication, nice environment and super friendly staff.

Quite disappointed, we both have the same foot massage. The one masseur was okay but the other was not, I think she lack of training and even didn’t have a welcome conversation and started straight away. The Thai massage is always a trustable brand, but not for the services we received.

Since I've lived in this area I have been to this place more than 20 times and there hasn't been a single time when I wasn't pleased with the massage or the friendly service. All girls are always smiling and friendly and more importantly the massages have always been excellent.

Definitely agree with Aron , the staff are nice but for a massage being kind is one thing but need to apply more skills, price is high , it was not a real thai massage, very slow , wasting time, finished early and none of the thai massage stretches. I wont go there again

The service was great. I love it. They’re also very thoughtful when i was shivering with cold and provided me with blanket. They also know which muscle were tight and I felt so good after the session. This is my second time going there. Definitely will go again.

I have had thai massages before and have always felt better afterwards. This was not one of those massages. In between my shoulder blades is sorer than when I went in. I'm going to end up with bruising from it. I wouldn't wish that experience on my worst enemy.
