I'd give this place zero stars but the app won't allow it. They have several bottles of allocated bourbon on display with no prices. The clerk tells me that they are there for their regular customers to, "take a look at first!" So as a paying customer I am not allowed to purchase. Seems a little like discrimination to me. A second clerk snickered and laughed as I conversed with the first. Why display them amongst other sellable bottles if they are not for sale? How do you expect to build or increase your client base and make more of them "regulars" if you are dismissive to everyone else? Perhaps it was just me that you don't care to sell to???

will never again patronize this establishment. The young man working there this evening was rude. When I requested a receipt after my purchase, he stated that I did not ask for one, and that I would not be able to return my wine. First of all, my just because I request a receipt does not mean I'm going to try and return something. There are various reasons a customer requests - even expects a receipt upon a product purchase. After explaining this, he replied, "Well most people don't need one." He was rude, spoke with a discriminative tone, and was hell bent on having the last word, at the expense of this location's reputation. I guess...

This place is everything the comments say. Walked in there highly skeptical that they would have any Pappy's but they absolutely had two bottles and not just for display... these are for sale! Being from NC, this is like a bigfoot siting. I was so shocked I chickened out of the wife's wrath and just got a bottle of Kentucky Owl (confiscated) instead but I am thinking about driving back over tonight. Hard to walk away from a bottle of Pappy's.

If you only had one liquor store you could go to ... this would be the one! We drive hours to get here, worth the trip every time. If you are a connoisseur of top shelf bourbons and scotch or the Crème de la crème of Pinot Noirs, this is the place to visit... every time we walk in we find bottles we couldn’t find anywhere else. Becoming a regular here will serve you well!

It was just a bottle of wine, but it was well worth it! This wine shop is truly one of the best in terms of having a wine selection that is both high quality and balanced. David was great! Came looking for some favorites and there it was! What was rather stupid easy to find here was almost a rarity from where I moved from. Even chatted and he shared some knowledge on distinctions between what certain labels and whiskies were. Overall I’m definitely coming back here as a regular to restock or buy a gift for a friend.

They have a good beer and wine selection, staff is chill. Just have to check the stuff you get, alot of the times I get stuff off the shelves (mixers and such) that's past it's best by date ...and don't realize it until I am home. Their prices are kind of high on some stuff too, compared to other places.. but this place is convenient.

Royal Liquors is my first and usually only stop when looking for a specific if not rare spirit-for my cabinet or as a gift. The staff is friendly and experienced in their craft. Floor stacks of best sellers, a craft beer cooler closet and good selection of fine wine round out the one stop shop. Parking is plentiful.

Upfront desk guy got rude with me when I asked a simple question on how much is that again. The screen was turned to see what is charged and you cannot see the price. I could of snatched him up from behind counter but am civil. I go there for the product not the bone head behind the desk.

Employees are polite, but they're not very good at directing people to the right product that the customers want. The manager one time directed me away from an inexpensive brew to the twice as expensive brew. He was not concerned with what I wanted to buy but what he wanted me to buy.

My favorite liquor store. A vast selection of craft beers you cant find anywhere else. I challenge you! Elliot the buyer is super cool and has a ton of knowledge when it comes to all things beer. Pro tip: the walkin in the back is about as close to heaven as one can get.

Came in from Monterey looking for some Russian River beers and not only found some I also discovered my new favorite spot for top notch scotch and other whiskies. I was told to thank Dave for the selection so cheers to Dave and I'll be back for more.

Stopped in to pick up a birthday bottle that I could not get at Total Wine. The price was a deal, they new exactly what I was looking for and I was able to purchase a card and gift bag as well. First time in, won't be the last! Great store/service!

Don’t believe Google’s description of this place as a “spartan” liquor store. They have an incredible craft beer selection, and the owner David is a gracious host. Their wine selection looks solid, too, but I’ve never really looked closely.

This place is jam packed with so many varieties of beer it would have taken ages to read each label and figure out what I wanted to try. Luckily for me I found a variety to take home and try out. I may have to start coming here weekly.

Called and was told they had a certain item in stock. When I arrived, no stock. Website and phone call were not helpful. Didn't even bother to take information to when item is in stock. Wasted trip, can't get that time and drive back.

This has become my go to place. David is extremely knowledgeable about his products. The Whisky selection is particularly impressive, and he always finds something new and delicious for me to try. Very reasonable prices as well.

Craft beer and whiskey selection are top notch. Don't miss the walk-in fridge in the back for all the latest. They keep the 10% ABV stouts on the shelves at room temp, and all other brews are cold, always.
