So this is where I got hospitalized by the staff, for pretty much no reason I went there with my friend for a beer because of the high rating. We had a beer, I paid the bartender immediately because the place wasn't really for me so I wanted to leave after that 1 beer. My friend left first and the staff (not the bartender) starting yelling we hadn't paid. I said we had already paid but no-one seemed to listen, they were all yelling at this point. My friend was yelling for me on the street so I decided to try move outside. I wouldn't have done this if I knew it would spark a much wilder aggression than I thought. Everyone started throwing items at me, even people from other bars, my shirt was ripped apart and eventually something hit my head causing massive bleeding and I had to retreat to go to the hospital. Noone showed remorse, even after the bleeding started, aggressions were still high. I called the bar from the hospital hoping they could explain to me why this was necessary, as I actually had paid for our drinks, but they continued to show aggression. I wish I could police report this, but I had to leave Vietnam the next day so I was unable to. By far the worst bar experience of my life. Be careful if you choose to go here, you never know when a nice evening might turn sour.

Ordered 2 beers and paid but was accused of not paying. They attacked us and my friend was sent to the hospital bleeding (see pic below). They will scam you for extra drinks and they are violent. Stay away from this place. Also the reviews are mostly fake (you can tell because all the reviewers have only 1 review)

I was in Ruby’s bar in September had a fun time with with lovely Staff. They have ice cold Tiger beer. And F1 on TV after that was Football. I will be back in January will be back for a Ice Cold Tiger beer my favorite.

Very nice and friendly bar in Ho Chi Minh Center. There are many bar in the area but this one is particularly welcoming and there is always an happy atmosphere . And, very important, they never overcharge you!

Woman boss there extremely rude, disrespectful, unprofessional and terrible customer service. They liar, deceptive, scam artists. Very bad people. Avoid visiting there, especially if you are tourist.

I’ve known the owner for about 5 years now. This is her new business and she deserves all the best. A real entrepreneur, smart and a heart of gold. Come support her new adventure. Cheers Craig
