This shop is a hidden little gem! So glad I stopped here after a long drive!! The zataar bread, halloumi pastry, pides and roles were very, very good! Great quality and good ingredients - keep up the good work on the pastries! Definitely try this place out everyone!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My family and I have been getting pastries from this place for about 5 years. My brother 7 years. Nobody makes the same delicious pastries as Rumaisa. We’ve been everywhere and this place is just the best. Im so grateful I live near by. The owner is super kind, he knows us as regular customers and we always have requests. He kindly makes it as you want. We get this basically every morning and the amount of options is crazy. I love Rumaisa. I could eat it all day.

We (My family) have been having Saturday breakfast from this place for at least last 4 years and the quality and value for the money we spend is always outstanding. Great dishes include: Veg Pizza Zaatar with veges Cheese Pie Cheese and Olive Pie Along with great taste, the food is always fresh and we always feel welcomed here. Great work guys.....continue the great service you are doing the the local community.

We tried the cheese pie, the meat pizza as well as the hotdog. The cheese pie was a little salty. I know it's haloumi but at other bakeries, less so. I cannot fault the baker as it may be the brand of haloumi being used. The hotdog was delicious. Definitely one of the better quality beef sausages used with excellent flavours. We also enjoyed the the meat pie which has a fantastic variety of herbs and spices.

Quick service however hygiene is questionable. They often handle money and then move on to touching food without gloves or washing their hands. Once my cousin brought this to the lady’s attention and asked her order be re-made in a hygienic manner, there was a fuss but they did it. Food tastes good. Would rather not go back due to the hygiene.

We are regulars at Rumaisa Pastry and have been coming here every week for over four years. The food is always amazing. The place is clean and the staff are always very friendly. We have recently moved and still travel from Thomastown every Saturday morning before sports to fill up on some delicious pastry. Love this place HEAPS!

First and last time I’ll be getting anything from here. Ordered a pie, paid cash. She used the same hand to handle my note and then used the same hand to pick up my pie. No gloves? No tongs? Pretty disgusting hygiene practice. Other girl was taking her gloves off to handle money so what’s the excuse?

Lebanese pastry must be made by Lebanese people, this shop has no idea what they are making, very bad customer service, the pastry is dry and the food doesn’t taste anywhere close to Lebanese shops, I will never and don’t recommend anyone to come here, very bad expirence.

The food is always great, and always served fresh. Has a variety of foods to choose from. I would say it is a little bit on the expensive side but its manageable. I have never had any complaints about the food. I would highly recommend giving it a try

Delicious every time I go and always busy :) coffee is also one of my favourites in the area. Only thing that needs improving is their Uber Eats page - can't order coffee (only mocha and decaf) - yes this has stopped me from ordering from uber eats.

Quick service with delicious and affordable food. Vegetarian options available. Try the sesame one with cheese hot. OMG!! So delicious. Plenty of tables and seating as well if you want to eat in. Good for catering. Ask for small pieces.

Only rating this place a one star, as can’t rate it zero!! Disgusting customer service, the owner & employees don’t know how to treat customers properly, don’t know how they’re business is still operating!!

Have been ordering from Rumaisa for a few years now. Quality has only improved over time and prices remained reasonable. The pies are freshly made and the owner is happy to make additions.

Order the food through Menulog, went to collect, I been told they haven't seen the Orders due to busy. Guy was in service was very rude. It was a unpleasant experience.

Have tried many other bakeries like this. The flavours and pastry is second to none as well as the care given to make sure it is served hot. Rate very highly!

Found this place just yesterday. It's all Halal...n not just halal...it has a variety of choices and flavour too. Really liked it, will try more again soon.
