自分でも恥ずかしいのですか、過去に泊まったことを忘れて再度宿泊しました。 結構平気で宿泊料をぼってくるので注意してください。 朝8時ごろに荷物預かりをお願いしようと思ってお邪魔したところ、ドアの入り口は閉まっており、インターフォンを鳴らしたのですが出て来ず。 お電話して荷物預かりができないかお願いしたところ、無理と。 booking.comのメッセージには可能とあったのですが、、、 宿の前にいるのでどうにかならないかとお願いしたところ、例のお母様がこの日はすごく不遜な態度で出てきてくれました。 ガムクチャクチャAirpods耳につけっぱなしで、超やる気なく愛想なしです。 ただ態度は悪いですが、しきりに日本人大好きとは言っています。 そして、部屋が開いているので、是非使ってくれと言ってくれて一瞬良い人かと思いました。 これ、罠なので使わないでくださいね。 部屋広くて、ベッドも3台ありましたが、床は髪の毛まみれです。 特にテーブルの下の髪の毛がやばかったので、床掃除をせずに見えないところに、押し込んだんだと思います。 また備え付けのドライヤーは故障してました。 そして一度目の外出時に、先に宿泊料を払ってくれと言われました。 ２泊で5,000円程度だったのですが、8,000円ほどを提示。 いやいや、違くない？と言うと、朝早くチェックインしたからだと言われました。 まず、アーリーチェックインが有料であることは提示されてないし、朝食も食べてないのに、フルの料金以上の金額を提示されるのはおかしいと主張したところ、じゃぁいくらならば払うのかと。 ウズベキスタンで今まで正規の料金以外の料金を支払うよう求められたのは、タクシー以外ありません。 ただ、アーリーチェックインが有料かどうか確認するのを怠ったということもあったので6,000円程お支払いしましたが、釈然としません。 前回の経験からみても、ここの宿は騙せる人はまず、ボッタクると考えて良いと思います。 私が計算がおかしいと主張すると、あえてスムとドルを織り交ぜて、総額がわかりにくい内訳の説明をしてきました。 悔しいので紙に書き出して、金額がおかしい旨を主張して、なんとか減額できましたが。。。 この方都合が悪くなると英語が分からないフリするので、ご注意を。 その後もずっと感じが悪く、娘さんと思しき人も、挨拶を無視。 朝ごはんもがっかりでした。 良かった点は、シングルの予約でしたが、一部屋にベッド3台と広々しており、無駄にコンセントがたくさんあることです。 しかし、超絶嫌な気分になるので、総じておすすめしません。 ----- 昔の口コミ 家族経営のとても良いB&Bですが、とんでもない目に遭いました。 チェックイン後、観光から戻ってくると、荷物が廊下に並べられてました。 事情を聞くとシステム不具合でオーバーブッキングした為、荷物を出したとのこと。 チェックインは私が先でしたが、予約が早かった方に部屋を利用させるとのことでした。 やむを得なかったのかもしれませんが、みんなが通る廊下に置かれたリュックの上に、脱き捨てたブラジャーをご丁寧に畳んで置く必要はないと思います。 その際に対応してくださったのがお母様でしたが、英語が全く通じず苦労しました。 オーバーブッキングにより個室が埋まったため、ドミトリーを利用するよるようなニュアンスの話をされたのに対し、価格も違うし、他の方との相部屋は嫌な為、他の宿に泊まる旨を伝えようとしましたが、全然伝わらず、かなり揉めました。 興奮してウズベク語で何かを叫んでいましたが、全くわからず、そのうち息子が出てきてな英語で会話できましたが、システム上キャンセルもできないし、差額返金には応じられないけれど、ランドリー サービスを無料にするというよく分からない提案をされました。 夜も遅く、長い時間揉めて疲れてしまったので、この提案に応じて、ドミトリーを利用しました。 腑に落ちない対応でしたが、ファミリー皆さん感じが良く、その後はとても親切にして下さったので、この評価です。お母様はとてもフレンドリー、娘さんも明るく英語が上手です。 トラブルさえなければ、お勧めできる宿です。

We stayed three nights with our hosts Khurshida Khanum and Agha Ezzatollah in their most friendly and welcoming place in Bukhara. This completely felt like home than a guesthouse. Other than the beautiful and immaculately clean rooms, excellent breakfast, and fine coffee (home-made jams made by Khurshida Khanum were excellent), we loved how welcoming and hospitable they were, and kind in heart. Agha Ezzatollah gave us a private tour of Bukhara and gave us details of his memories of the city in his beautiful and lovely Bukhari accent. They also invited us to a music night which was also awesome. I won't think again when I come back to Bukhara. I will definitely choose Rumi Hostel and come back to stay with Khurshida Khanum and Agha Ezzatollah.

The poor review by Ian Ian is self-serving and factually wrong. Ian ran out without paying for the laundry, leading myself - who actually stayed there - to believe it has been paid & to face the come-back for an unpaid bill. I found the staff at Rumi extremely helpful and friendly. They even did laundry for 2 people who didn't stay there & their reward was a vindictive review because some clothes hadn't dried overnight & some socks couldn't be immediately located. Please disregard the 1 star review by Ian Ian, Rumi is a great place to stay, comfy rooms, a good breakfast and nice friendly staff who went out of their way to help us. I would not hesitate to stay there again and am ashamed of the poor vindictive review and the behaviour of Ian who I no longer call a friend. Allan Hainey

It is sad when everyone has given a good review i personally don't feel the same. It is an economical and low budget place with breakfast however we had spoken to the lady and wanted without breakfast she said she would reduce it by 3 usd but at the time of payment did not keep to her word. Then she promised us watermelon for breakfast but 1st day gave us no fruits and 2nd day was rotten apples. So for 2 days charged us 6 usd for breakfast and gave nothing. There was breakfast but i don't eat that breakfast so we wanted without breakfast. Plus she wanted only cash so that she would save 15% tax. Extremely unhappy as dishonest lady

Очень понравился хостел. Снимали отдельный номер с ванной. Все очень чистенько, приятненько. В туалете все чисто. А главное тихо, но это в двухместном номере, не знаю как в общих. Единственное, что к пледам нужно наверно наволочки. Похоже не меняются. Единственный минус, который заметили. Очень порадовало наличие хорошего фена. Wifi работает без перебоев. На утро дают завтраки: кашку, сыр, колбаску, яичко. Можно попросить кофе. Без проблем сделают. Очень приятный администратор, вежливая девушка, Все подскажет, расскажет. Спасибо вам. И очень близкое расположение к центру. В трех-пяти минутах. Соотношение цены-качество отличное для этого хостела.

I had a terrible experience with this hostel. I reserved a room with Booking. But when I arrived at midnight on a taxi from the railway station with lots of bags the host family told me that my room is already occupied by other people, sorry. They could cancel my reservation, but they hadn't do it before I arrived. What was most disappointing is that they could say it was their mistake, but instead it was me who was accused of doings things wrong. When I tried to argue they finally cancelled my reservation and took a defensive stance that they were not reporting to me after appealing to my nationality which was rude. At the end I had to search for another guest house at 1 am.

One of the worst experiences we ever had unfortunately. We booked 2 rooms and after 1 hour an employee came in both rooms without even asking and put the AC to 26 saying it couldn't go lower. The lady stole the 2 remotes and left without any explanation. It is completely unprofessional to enter the guest room without asking or knocking on the door and even more absurd to steal the AC remote. The staff were really rude to our group without any reason. I would suggest to all travelers to find another place to stay because there are a lot of great places in Bukhara.

Была та же проблема, что и у многих отписавшихся. Забронировали комнату через букинг, пришло подтверждение. Но когда мы приехали, сказали, что комната занята, как альтернативу предложили кровать в общей комнате за почти ту же стоимость. В ситуации обвиняли букинг, а потом и нас самих, хотя было очевидно, что это ошибка персонала. Пока мы искали другие варианты, отметили на букинге, что мы якобы никогда не приходили. Возмущались и грубили, когда мы уведомили, что сообщим о сложившейся ситуации в поддержку

Franchement un hôstel très bien tenu. Ma chambre était grande et propre. Les lits étaient confortables et munis de rideau. Quznt au petit déjeuner il était oarfait: poridge, pain, oeufs et fruits. Seul ombre au tableau, ils semblaient radins au niveau de la climatisation( il fallait la demander) et des lumières!

Positive: The staff spoke English very well, specially the manager's son and they organized us a shared taxi to Khiva. The hotel is located just 250 meters away from the main city attractions. The room was very spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. Negative: We we offered three separated hard single beds but it seems the tone of the country. The internet connection was not working that good but again is applicable to any other parts in the country.

Fantastic hostel! The owners are super friendly and helpful, the location is great, the rooms are clean and the breakfast is superb-so much food on offer, my fave was the homemade crepes! They have a little seating area in the courtyard where it’s super easy to meet fellow travellers and have a few beers and chill out. We had such a blast there and would recommend to everyone!

The guy senior there is not friendly at all. Starting showing his arrogance and telling me not to even wash underwear in the bathrooms. Apparently they are charging for laundry. Breakfasts are at 8(!) not convenient if you are traveler and need to leave earlier than that. Reception lady was not welcoming too. I arrived and was checking in. She saw me in front of her and continued relaxingly talking on phone. Wasn’t expecting this kind of attitude.

Family run business. Rooms are okay. We had twin rooms and WiFi is not working all time. Very slow. Toilets are clean and good water pressure. Staff provide good advices where to eat. The kitchen for guests doesn’t have that much and you have to ask for the main one to lend the kitchen appliances. Breakfast is okay. Not our favorite since we are not used to fried stuffs in the morning. Taxi drive to train station has good rates!!!!

Хостел с богатой историей посетителей!) А это много значит... Итак первое хочу сказать-доступная цена! Мы заплатили около 200 000 сум за двоих, на 1 сутки. Во вторых в хостеле почти все продумано до мелочей, что делает пребывание в нем комфортным! Все чисто и находится на своем месте! Ну и дополняет все это отличное расположение- пару сотен метров до центра! Хозяевам спасибо за прием!) А путешественникам рекомендую к посещению!)

Said our laundry would be done by 10pm. 10am the next day it's still hung up,. And wet we had to collect it ourselves. Then we found a lot of items missing. No apology from the staff. We even had to repeatedly ask them to check if they could find them but they would just disappear and reappear a few minutes later busy with a different task.

Не советую этот хостел. Завышенная цена за такой дурацкий хостел. Там не чисто, проблемы с водой. Когда моешься вода каждые 2 минуты исчезает. Короче нормально невозможно искупаться. Сказали завтрак бесплатный, но и завтрака не дали. Хорошо что остались там тока 1 день. Персонал по началу приветливый но когда говоришь о больших минусах хостела, их отношение меняется к тебе. Мы огорчены.

Nice bed, AC, nice breakfast, nice info. reasonable price. Would be even better if they accept card payment instead of cash. However, it’s very shady business. They asked me to cancel the reservation for the next day, and marked me as not-show-up customer for the first day I stayed. I didn’t cancel to reserve my rights on booking.com and they asked me out at 10pm in the second day.

I had such a great experience staying at Rumi. The location was close to old town but still quiet enough. The breakfast was great and the father even helped me to cook and offered me some local food. Top notch hospitality!

I didn't know about this place but I just told the taxi driver, "hostel." He took me here. I have never had great experiences with hostels before so I was nervous, but I think what I loved most about this place was the love from the family who owns it. It has been a while since I stayed somewhere where I really felt cared for. I would recommend this hostel to anyone. Thanks again!

Отличный гостевой дом. Такие же хозяева. Расположение хорошее, буквально 300 метров по старинным улочкам и вы на "ляби хауз". Завтраки отличные (шведский стол). Каши, блинчики, омлет, сыр, колбаса, варенье. Чай, кофе. Дыни, арбузы. Комнаты чистые, соответствуют описанию. Интернет правда слабый, но это во всём Узбекистане. Мне очень понравилось. Рекомендую.

Все очень понравилось нам, расположение, доброжелательная хозяйка (из отзывов узнала, что ее зовут Хуршида, как и мою маму), вкусный завтрак, красивый и уютный номер, спасибо большое!

We intended to stay for two nights but ended up staying four (in a clean 8 bed dorm). The hostel is a great silkroad spot, one of those places where you can meet a lot of longterm travelers. It has a very relaxing atmosphere, good prices, very friendly family staff and great breakfast. Only five minutes walk to the city center. Highly recommended!

Great place! We're traveling overland to Mongolia and Bek, the owner, helped us a lot with getting the car ready for the Pamir Highway. Because of his help we were also able to see the sight in bukara that day. The place itself is really nice, I recommend this hostel to everyone traveling to bukhara. Especially if your with a car!

Great location, great hospitality, comfortable and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay is the owners of the hostel. All of them are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. Don't look anywhere else!

Centrally located hostel near the old city center. It has an inner courtyard. We had a clean big room with private bathroom. Breakfast was included. The wifi was mediocre. Good value for money though.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Rooms clean and comfortable but tad expensive for what it was compared to other nicer places in Uzbekistan. However breakfasts not great, greasy pastries and all very beige. Great location to Bukhara's attractions.

We booked a place for 4 beds room. We came from the train station by a taxi. They said that they don't have that room available. We spent hours to book another place. I won't recommend this place.

I'm happy to meet them. They behaved so kindly and helpfully. The rooms were totally clean and comfortable to stay. You can stay here peacefully. They were quite polite and suave. I recommend you this nice place.

Spatious dorm, clean bathroom, and curtains for privacy. Bekhruz speaks fantastic English and helped me out so much, answered my many questions and even spent hours supporting me with a pharmacy "quest". Raxmat!

Suggested if you are traveling on a budget in Bukhara. The lady in charge is very helpful and upgraded my reservation to a superior room free of charge. Location is also good, only about 500m from the old town.

위치와 건물은 깔끔한데, 주인 돈 장사가 깔끔하지 않다. 8달러에 예약했는데 10만숨을 달라고 했다. 항의하지 않으면 2.5달러를 잃는다. 이메일의 택시비용도 비싸게 안내한다. 지나가는 택시 잡아 타면 공항까지 5~7천숨에는 탈 수 있다. 아침 8시 넘어서 부엌엘 가보니 아무것도 없다. 그래도 부하라는 정말 멋진 도시이다.

家族経営のホスピタリティ溢れるB&Bです。 滞在中に風邪で熱があったのですが薬をくれたり、寒気があったら、ジンジャーシナモンチャイを枕元まで持って来てくれたりと、親身にしてもらいました。 おやつ時には、フルーツやチャイを入れてくれるし、アットホームですよ。 部屋は大変綺麗に保たれており、広く、バスタブまであります。 夕食3＄、ランドリー3＄ 酒類持ち込み禁止。

Cozy hotel with friendly host. Excellent location close to most historical monuments, just 10 minutes walk. Staying here every time visiting that beautiful city. Recommended.

Great place run by a family. Warm and welcoming atmosphere, generous breakfast (included), and great location (about 5-10 mins walking distance from famous tourist sites)

繁華街から歩いて5分もないところで立地はとてもいいです 宿主も英語が喋れるのでコミュニケーションも比較的取りやすいです。 列車のチケットも依頼するとオンラインで取ってくれたりするので、面倒見もいい感じです ただ、国内のどこにでも言えますが、トイレが臭い（ボットン式）ですがそこはご愛嬌

Если вы приехали в Бухару рекомендую остановиться в Руми, всё рядом. Хозяин может показать город, а его мама готовит шикарные завтраки!
