By far one of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had in UAE, Wouldn't recommend anyone to order online from them. Their customer service team is not answering their calls or answering messages across their platforms, needs to be chased for answers and even give the wrong info. We have placed an order on the 24th and till now haven't been received and no clarity of when we expect to receive it. I have been waiting for a call from their senior management and yet nothing. Extremely dissapointing.

I would like to thank Doreen and the whole team for my experience in shopping for running trainers and customised insoles. They were both very informative and friendly so much so that I came back to the store a second time within a week to purchase more insoles which are helping my posture! I have purchased 3 customised insoles and another for the wife. Highly recommend visiting the store and asking for Doreen although all staff are very helpful. Thank you so much! I bought ON Cloudmonster here, got my insoles made with competent help of one of the employees and their in-house foot zone analysis machine. I opted for some more complex insoles and they are getting delivered to my home. They called me with delivery update and were courteous all the way. I can truly recommend them, not only for runners. I went because I am suffering from a medical condition and they were just on top of everything.

Amazing selection & top tier customer service. I’ve been searching for running shoes for some time now and I finally got my hands (and feet ) on the perfect pair. The staff, as per usual, were super helpful and patient with me and we initially ran a test to make sure we have the right shoes for me. So happy with my purchase and can’t wait to come back for more!

Extremely disappointing customer service! I ordered a pair of Hoka shoes and they do not fit. I immediately emailed their customer service line, with no response in five days. I emailed again, and went onto their live chat box twice with no response. Do not order from them if you’re not sure it is going to fit !! Super frustrating and disappointing.

Zero respect from the sellers .. i came all the way from Abu Dhabi to Dubai , because Abudhabi Store told me that in Dubai they close at 12 also i double checked in Google maps its writing that it’s closed 12 midnight, when u reached they were closing the and they didn’t respect my situation and just told me that it’s my problem!!!!!

Bought some HOKA Mach 5s from their online store at a great price. and despite the 3-5 day stated delivery time, with a call to the office they very kindly expedited delivery (as I was about to leave the country). I received them the next day! Absolutely top customer service. Very happy.

Basheer assisted me today with my insoles. He was so kind and patient with all my questions as I wanted to make sure that I was getting a good, long lasting solution for my health. I’m glad he was present today and educated me so much on how proper footwear is so important

I like the shoes. Unfortunately. I didn’t like the service. The employee told me that the shoes has a price but when i reach the cashier it was a higher difference. And he told me that i can refund at least the tax at the airport but they didn’t stamp the receipt . …

The staff is quite poor with communication and judging the customers based on their own theory. We waited for more than 20 mins to just try a shoe of pairs which never arrived. Do not visit the showroom ever.

The most authentic running brands shoes and accessories.. Runners must visit the store RUNNERS in The Dubai Mall to have right shoes for the type of feet they have whether high arch flat feet and so on..

The personal is really helpful and kind, there is also a possibility to instantly get orthopedic insoles as there is a foot scanner

I love the people who work in this shop and the quality of their customer service was amazing..many option for Running shoes..

Unprofessional sellers, they give me the 2 pairs left feet!!!!! And now no body respond to me messages to fix their mistake.
