Had a great experience, the employee helping us took the time to look at my walking and tell me that I needed a stability shoe, and then helped me to find which brand of shoe would fit my foot (narrow foot, but need large toebox) without making my toes numb like so many others I have bought. The price for the shoe was no cheaper on Amazon, and I was happy to have been given expert advice here. They also helped the friend I was with, and she too was very happy with the time that was taken to find her the right shoe for her foot. Just going here and finding out that Saucony makes the right shape of shoe for my foot was worth the money.

Convenient location within the rec centre. I'm never overly impressed with the running room but this location is better than most of the others. This location is usually well stoked and has a decent selection of products despite it being a smaller shop. For the average athlete the knowledge and experience of the staff will be satisfying. However, the more hardcore individual will want a higher calibre of assistance than this shop provides.

I live in between both the Rabbit Hill Road location and the one in South Common. I go to both of these stores regularly because the customer service is so good. If they don't have what I'm looking for, the staff do a quick search online and find it for me at another location. I always opt to buy it and have it shipped to me (no extra charge!) because the item is usually at the 109 St store, and I don't like to park there.

St Albert running room did not have the Hokas in stock. They sent me to the Rabbit Hill location - only a 45 min drive. I arrive and there is a sign on the store that says "will be back in 10 min". Waited 30 min to pick up an online purchase of Hokas since the previous pair I bought had the sole fall off of it.

Came here last Wednesday 20 minutes prior to closing and was not greeted nor helped. The employee Mallory did not care to provide any sort of customer service and was very rude and disengaged. She was more concerned about closing the store earlier

Great place to come and run. They have a great group of runners and always welcome new people. Free to run Wednesday nights and Sunday mornings. Store prices can be a bit higher so shop around.

The woman that manages this store was an absolute pleasure to deal with! She examined my gate and made sure I ended up with the perfect shoe. An over all great experience.

Store prices are very high, but the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. There is also a small fitting room in the back.

Easily 5-10$ overpriced per item, only ever one person working and you’ll have to drag them out of the cash area for help.
