As a first time home buyer, and someone very interested in learning more about real estate, I had an endless stream of questions for Ryan. He was very patient with me throughout the process and very knowledgeable in his responses, which I greatly appreciated. If he didn't know the answer to something, he made a point to reach out to his other real estate contacts and get an answer for me. I was very particular in my home search. We ended up seeing probably somewhere around 15-20 homes, and putting in several offers before landing the one I wanted. The condo that I ultimately ended up buying turned out to be a short sale. Ryan informed me that he had never done a short sale before, but his real estate partner had and would be able to help us with any obstacles along the way. The whole process from offer to closing ended up taking about 5 moths, most of which was just spent waiting for the seller's bank to process the paperwork. Ryan was great throughout and persistent in contacting the seller's bank for updates and keeping me in the loop. Just a warning to those considering a short sale - it can be a frustratingly long process with weeks or months going by in which you get no updates from the seller side making you wonder if the deal is ever going to go through. Having Ryan on your side makes the process much more bearable, and you can rest assured that he is pushing them for updates as often as possible. From start to finish, I spent a total of 7 months going through the process of searching for and buying my first home. Considering the length of time, the frustrating short sale process (waiting for seller's bank), and the fact that the unit I purchased was just a small studio (not a huge commission for him), Ryan was incredibly patient and available throughout the process. He has a great enthusiasm for his job and a great attitude. I highly recommend him, especially if you're a first-time home buyer.

Ryan scheduled me for a showing on Saturday, April 25, 2015. I was there 15 minutes early and called Ryan twice to see if he might be around early, but Ryan did not answer. I waited at the house for the 15 minutes I was early and then an additional half hour past the time we scheduled to meet. Ryan never showed. Ryan called my cell phone and left a message two hours later stating he did not know whose number had called him, but to please call him back. Ryan did not answer when I called back. Ryan clearly does not want to sell homes. He is not responsive and clearly has poor time management skills and will simply waste your time as the seller or buyer. I strongly recommend finding a different real estate agent. There are so many out there that will give you excellent service as I have come to find, but Ryan is not one of them. He is not reliable even to make it to the appointments he schedules, so it makes me seriously question whether he would even have any valuable knowledge that would be helpful when making a very serious decision of buying a home.

Upon accepting a job and committing to a relocation to Chicago, I knew the city was entirely too large and unfamiliar to me to begin my apartment hunt on my own. Upon reaching out to a friend regarding who or where I could go to for help, without hesitation, she mentioned Ryan. Before Ryan delved into the basic qualifying criteria questions, he took the time to not only ask about my interests but to also explain all of the different neighborhoods and their intricacies and we were able to narrow my search down quickly with this step, something I found very unique. Extremely knowledgeable of the city and a true professional, I would look no further for real estate assistance in the Chicago market. Ryan’s relentless willingness to find me an apartment was a customer’s dream. I was able to focus on what was important to me, my new job and planning my move, while Ryan was hard at work doing what he does best.

My husband and I were looking to rent a condo in Chicago and I knew that Ryan would be the perfect person to help us find it. I recently moved from Huntsville, AL to Chicago, IL rather quickly. I knew that it would be very difficult to find a place while still living in Alabama. Ryan made the process extremely easy. He presented me with plenty of places to choose from, and knew that I had a limited window to get a place locked down. So when I came up to Chicago to view properties he already had a game plan and we were able to find the right place for me. He's very professional and also easy to get along with. He didn't let me make any wrong decisions and informed me about aspects of Chicago real estate I didn't know about.
