There aren't enough good things to say about Rydel Roofing! We had (what I thought was) a leak in our roof. I called Rydel, and the next day Mike was at our house assessing the problem. He spent over an hour crawling around in our pretty gross and quite small attic spaces to diagnose the issue. Turns out that the previous roof had been installed by the last owners of our house and had been done pretty terribly. Condensation built up due to lack of ventilation and our roof was covered in mold! Gross. Mike knew exactly what had to be done and encouraged us to contact an expert in insulation to make sure that part of the job was taken care of. Roofers Jamie and John were incredible, frequently working 12 or 14 hour days to get the job done. Their precision is outstanding and I never thought I'd say this about a roof, but it is a piece of art! We no longer have to worry about leaks or poor ventilation thanks to the expert services of Rydel Roofing. I recommended them for EVERYONE in need of roofing expertise.

Can’t say enough about Rydel Roofing. After 5 different quotes, Rydel came through with a competitive price and quality workmanship. Andrew was most accommodating with our needs and kept us up to snuff with all that was involved. The head crewman Cory was also fantastic with everything that was to be carried out, and kept us informed of the work at all times. Heck, Cory even went that extra mile by putting the satellite antenna back up in position on the roof, and I might add he did a better job than the 3 previous times we had the satellite company in trying to resolve our connection difficulty’s with the unit. Overpriced and subcontracted - but not as overpriced as some. Had to call the crew boss repeatedly - once because the underlay wasn't complete, once because the crew didn't caulk the roof vents and once because the cleanup was lacking and my daughter was crawling over nails. To be fair, everything I complained about the crew boss did have them fix or fixed himself. Person quoting (Benn) was very personable but didn't see that the roof would need to be resheeted, so the re-sheet (for an extra $4700) was a surprise. Final product looks good. Salesman came by after the project and upgraded my warrantee for free as an apology for all the trouble, says they have renegotiated contracts with their subcontractors to avoid the issues I had with them.

I chose Rydel Roofing to replace my roof with a new steel one and they did a fantastic job. The crew was knowledgeable, conscientious, and hard-working. They worked in sections so the unfinished roof was never left exposed to rainy/snowy weather. They cleaned up at the end of every day. Sam, the job manager, has excellent communication skills and kept me informed of the progress. Mike, the site supervisor, is very professional and showed up every day - even when the crew didn't work because of foul weather - to check the site. Stellar crew! Highly recommend.

We hired Kingston Rydel to install a new steel roof. The work was done in winter weather because the old one was damaged in the December windstorm. We are very happy with the results and with the diligence and attention to detail of the roofers. There were always good lines of communication by phone and email and everyone was friendly and professional from beginning to completion. I would recommend this company and am confident that any concerns in the future will be responded to.

Rydel Kingston installed my roof last summer and did an amazing job. Ben made it his priority to have my roof installed properly at a fair price. Crews showed up on time everyday and cleaned up at the end of every day. Couldn’t be more satisfied with the final product, I have a rental property that needs a new roof this year and I will be having Rydel do it again. It was a pleasure dealing with them compared to other roofing companies we’ve worked with in the past.

My husband and I were so impressed by Rydel Roofing. From meeting Adam who did our quote, answered all our questions (laughed at our jokes) and made sure we would get the best product for our home, and the team that they sent to our home were very courteous, respectful and they actually cleaned as they worked. Rydel did end up coming by, but what an experience. The guy was 30min late, arrived without a ladder, was very odd and although he said he would be back that day with a ladder to inspect the roof and send a quote by that Friday, he never did. So, yeah… I didn’t bother following up with the guy because he didn’t seem like he knew what he was doing and didn’t even come back or send a quote as promised.

Rydel roofing was great to deal with. We discovered a leak in our dining room late afternoon and they had Mike show up to inspect a few hours later. He came back the following day once things were dry to make the repair. Very pleased with the response time and service. It has rained several times since and no issues. Ben and Mike were great to deal with and I would highly recommend.

My neighbor that I've known welll for years used this company and they did a fantastic job redoing her roof. They provide great quality and did the job very quickly as it is a very large house with a large roof. The work man was very friendly too. I would highly recommend them to anyone
